I needed new glasses for my husband who was in the hospital and needed them quickly. Dustin and Sara were awesome in helping me to get the frames, and because my husband could not be there for measuring for the bifocal, they used previous ones and came up with a perfect fit for my husband in record time!! I went in to update my glasses prescription. I had the exam done from a previous doctor. I went in to eyemart to compare prices on lenses and frames. It turned out they had a deal where i could get a second pair of glasses for $10 so i picked out frames and basic lenses. I left with two pairs of glasses for less than $100.The store was really busy but i was acknowledged right away and told I was 3rd in line for help. The manager Dustin was polite, and took the time to explain promotions and ask how my day was.When it was my turn the employee -Jessica- was friendly and explained all my options. She was up front about pricing and made sure all my questions were answered.The lab promised my glasses would be done in an hour. It was less than half an hour and i was told they were ready.Eyemart is by far my first choice for glasses due to the kindness of their employees, good prices, and protection plans for glasses. I recommend eyemart over anyone else every time.

I had an emergency situation And needed eyeglasses to return to work from an eye injury and had to have a friend drive me to eyemart Express by the time I got there it was an hour before closing and Dustin helped me along with a couple other employees I was able to get my glasses and return to work within 24 hours. Dustin was the rep that has helped me several times since with adjustments and has always been very delightful friendly helpful and I have hardly had to wait long at all each time. Was very much looking forward to purchasing one maybe two pairs of glasses, but I spent 30 minutes there, no one acknowledged my presence. Several workers were standing around. I saw them immediately help two people who came in after me. When I finally got someones attention I gave them the glasses I was interested in and they stood at their register to ring me up like I was at Walmart. I have no problem understanding if they were busy. But when they completely ignore that is bad customer service. When I expressed my disappointment, the woman couldnt have cared less. Teach your people some better customer service.

Went in today with broken glasses. Thought i could get new glasses from warranty, unfortunately both warranty and eye prescription were expired. Thanks to Joseph, who helped me, i was able to just pay for new frames and they put my old lenses in. I cant drive without glasses. Wonderful atmosphere! During these uncertain times they had provided a healthy environment and provided exemplary service and in a timely manner. I needed glasses ASAP in ordinary to be able to drive and in a matter of a 2 hour period I had 2 pairs of glasses. I would definitely go back and recommend them to my family and friends!

I enjoyed doing business with Eyemart. Despite the pandemic protocol, I was promptly waited on by courteous sales agents (Joseph) and my glasses were ready within four hours. Thats unheard of.When you need new glasses, there is nothing better than 4 hour service. Why wait days or weeks with so many other online stores, when Eyemart will take care of you for cheap.I used the twofer 40$ coupon and was quite pleased. I went cheap knowing the plastic lens would be thicker and maybe heavier and uncomfortable......but.......they were perfect. They werent so heavy that they were uncomfortable. If you want a thinner lens (poly) then it will always cost more wherever you shop. If you want more expensive frames with designer names, it will always cost more wherever you shop.Eyemart can handle all customers from cheapskates (like me) to those with more of a budget to shop for the latest expensive style.Im still impressed with Eyemart and never regretted taking my business elsewhere.If youve got to have glasses with new lens as soon as possible, go to Eyemart and get the job done. Takes four hours to have new lens with no scratches to see the world the way its supposed to be: clear and focused.This is the way the eyeglass business should be run: time is of the essence and nothing is more expedient then new glasses. A new wrinkle in the eyeglass business has been brought to the customer: this company is gonna swoop the market, and they should.

We walked in on a BUSY Saturday morning as first timers and were helped very quickly by Sara. She did such a fantastic job helping us, we were clueless and she was very patient and kind with my 5 year old. She was very thorough at explaining everything clearly. She got us, what I believe, to be the cheapest deal on 2 pairs which was really awesome.A couple hours later we were able to pick up, then another very kind lady, Liv, helped my son ensure proper fit. It was such a great experience and Im very very happy with the prices, customer service, and quality of product. We will continue to do business with Eyemart and I highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife was going through a very challenging time after cataract eye surgery and her eyes were not stabilizing enough that they could do the necessary ultraviolet treatments needed to get her eyesight back to where it needed to be. She was extremely frustrated and we decided that we would get a prescription from the Optometrist and try and get her what she needed, wrap around glasses with total eye coverage and full UV protection. Something to get her through two weeks. Dustin the manager would not quit until he found frames that would work, they were ready in 72 minutes and he called the next day to see how they were working for her and when he discovered that the prescription didnt work well asked us to bring them back so that he could try the previous prescription because they could have moved back enough that it would work. We did, the old prescription worked much better and she can now function somewhat normally which she was unable to do before. Great customer service from a manager who wouldnt give up.

We had an excellent experience, Lyndee and if I remember right, Joe, were very patient with my three year old and made picking out his “Spider-Man” and “ninja Turtle” glasses fun for him! With their coupons, you really get a fantastic deal on glasses! We called everywhere in town to try finding a place to get a prompt replacement after my son misshaped his primary pair, eyemart was the only place we could find that could have them done within a day! I’ll definitely be returning for myself in the near future.

Victoria was the clerk that helped me with purchasing my glasses. She was very helpful with the insurance that I have. She was not familiar with that insurance and they were not available to help her process my insurance as they were closed that day. She kept the frames I chose and after she was able to contact the insurance company on Monday, she then called me at home to inform me of it. I then went back to the store and she was able to help me with my purchase. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Greeted every customer that came through the door, even when she was working with another customer! Great service!

Sara at Eyemart in Sioux Falls on 41st is AMAZING. She is patient, gives her opinion without making us feel pressured into anything. My son loves her. We get all of our glasses there and they are always ready within 1 hour. Love that they text us when our order is ready. Sometimes their store can get a bit busy but we try to be there as soon as they open to minimize the wait time, especially with kids along. We wont go anywhere else. Opening for the first time since COVID-19, this EYEMART EXPRESS was amazing! Taking a first come, first served approach to welcoming customers worked well. I could tell that safety was their foremost concern and being able to serve their customers was in that safe and timely manner was so apparent!!The manager had a very long day because when I got there early in the morning, he was still there in the evening! Joseph, the young man who helped me was amazing in how he served me. So helpful and kind and fun!This morning I brought the staff Donuts because they deserved a treat after I’m sure was a crazy busy week. We brought our mother-in-law in to get a new pair of glasses she was in dire need. The optometrist was great. Selection of glasses there was quite a few at an affordable price. Also the gal Sandy who helped us also suggested another affordable option for sunglasses eyewear for very reasonable price we ended up getting sunglasses prescription. And regular glasses the price the customer service the time to get your glasses the same day is amazing would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again

The workers were super nice and super busy. They need another store In Sioux Falls. They were slammed with customers but all very, very nice.

They can were no help, not cheap!! We asked questions about the commercial. 2/$69.00 she refused to show us where to look for those frames. The frames we had said 2 for $69.00 right on them and she said confusing I know but that is not what they are and that was the end of that. She refused to answer any more questions. She tried to sell us lens that cost more we told her no, and yet she tried to ring up the cost with the more expensive lens. It cost more than $202.00 for 1 pair of glasses. NOT CHEAP, NOT HELPFUL!!

Im not a jerk! I have honestly gotten the worst service on more then one occasion. Heres some free advice, dont call 45 minutes before closing. If you must call and Virginia answers the phone, you should just wait until the next day and call back. Also, if you go in and you just need to pick up your glasses, you should call back later, or have them mail your glasses to you...youll get them faster. If you have to go in and they are a little busy...dont let Sara help you. She doesnt like people with disabilities. Im disabled. She was mean. Anyway, you can take my advice or not. I just want to make sure no one else gets treated the way my wife and I were.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They strive to get you the best eye wear for the most reasonable cost. They had my 2 pairs of glasses (with progressive bifocals) and my boyfriends 2 pair of glasses completed in less than an hour.

My glasses had broke. I have a prosthesis and my other eye has to be corrected quite a bit. I cannot see without glasses at all. I went into Eyemart to see if I could get glasses in an hour for work. They were done in 10 minutes! The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They knew my budget and directed me to exactly what I needed. I am highly recommending that anyone who needs glasses that Eyemart is the place to go.
