Highly recommend Family Eye Care Center if you are looking for personalized service where you are treated as the only customer. No rushing through exam even with thorough explanations of each step of the process. The help in selecting new frames was also a positive experience. All employees convey genuine concern in helping. Very kind and professional staff. A truly positive experience.

I scheduled myself and my two boys, 4 and 7. Wonderful experience, and excellent care. They offer an extra screening for eyes that I elected to try and Dr. Crouch went through it thoroughly with me. Great family friendly place and excellent care!

Dr. Kevin Crouch is always very professional and thorough. He explains things well in terms that I can understand. When necessary he refers me to other professionals who can help with my problems. On my last visit (yesterday) he discovered plaque in my eye and referred me to have an ultrasound of my carotid arteries. I do not have the results of that test back yet but am thankful he discovered that problem and had me pursue some medical attention to possibly prevent something more serious from happening. I fully trust his medical acumen and would highly recommend him to anyone as a competent optometrist.

Been going here for the past 12 or so years? Maybe longer? Theyve always been absolutely lovely, and when I was having serious and scary eye issues last year they immediately squeezed me in and helped figure out what was wrong while explaining everything very clearly. I have always had a great experience and I couldnt recommend them higher.

The doctors are very thorough and kind. Jackie in the eyeglass center is amazing! They have a large selection of frames. I asked Jackie for a couple of suggestions. She pulled a frame that I would not have chose. I tried them on and they looked great! I have had several compliments on them. I highly recommend Family Eye Care Center.

Family eye care center is a friendly bunch. They are very helpful. They have flexible hours. I live out of town and work until 5 so the late Tuesdays are great! Service is prompt, the know me when I come in, granted I have been coming there for years; but there is a reason for that!

An efficient examination process with friendly and helpful staff the entire way throughout the visit! A very welcoming atmosphere as well. The appointment hours are flexible and being open later on Tuesdays is very helpful.
