They just didnt seem to have things organized and they didnt ask the right questions. We were there easily at least double the time we should have been. .... then had to drive back because we were told both RX were in our paperwork stack. They werent. The exam went well, the after experience seemed disorganized.

I went there originally last year for some glasses. They were very friendly the doctor was awesome! But my insurance covers a frame every year. They charged me full price for the frames $650. A few months later i was on the motorcycle and my glasses came off my face i couldnt find them. I called immediately to use my warranty and they told me i cant use it if i lost them. I went back in had to schedule another appointment. Someone please explain to me how it was $300 cheaper without using my insurance because they refused to explain it to me. The ladys working there are rude. I will not be going back.

Misty was so helpful. We came in and my son had his 1st eye appointment and had to get glasses. She helped us decide between them. And when we came back in she made sure that they would fit him correctly and not hurt his ears. She is an amazing asset to your company

I called and explained I travel a lot so making a future appointment was difficult. Lori was very helpful getting an appointment for the exam that same day and the doctor was very professional with the eye exam and picking out glasses was easy also and great prices!!

The staff where great I have gone here for 2 decades for my glasses in two different cities that I have lived in

I got my first pair of bifocals here about two weeks ago. They were friendly, courteous and efficient, from the people who checked me in, the technician and optometrist who did the exam, to the people who helped with choosing and fitting the frames and lenses. I appreciated that during the pandemic they are limiting the number of patients and requiring masks. Ill be back next year for my eye exam.

I was helped immediately upon entering the store. Mary helped me with picking out my glasses and she was so friendly and nice and did a great job. I was very pleased with the help I received from Mary.I will go back to the Shopko Optical in Sioux Falls, SD because they were really nice, friendly and helpful. And, I love my new glasses and have gotten complimented quite a bit on how good they look on me.

Very friendly staff. The optometrist, Dr. Montreal, is highly professional and was able to solve an ongoing issue I was having with my contact lenses. A very trustworthy and knowledgeable individual. The pricing is very competitive and affordable.Ive been coming to this Shopko Optical location since I was a young boy, since back in the day when they had Double Dragon in the entryway.

Dr. Montreal is great! Found some early cataracts that were missed in my last exam at another provider. Tina was very thorough and patient. The prices are very competitive! Great place!
