Receptionist is super nice and seriously the best eye Dr. Ive ever been to. I have extremely wierd vision, and it was nice to have someone figure it out. I see the best Ive ever seen in my life after my first visit. Will always go to this Dr!

The exam doctor was very helpful and kind but the woman who works with him is very bad. She tried to steal my money. She told me that I would only have to pay $20 with insurance but she wasnt able to pull up my insurance to cover for the exam so I had to pay $80. A few days later I called my insurance to see what was wrong and was informed that my insurance actually covered $70 dollars so I was really only responsible to pay $10. I went back to go and get my money but she told me that it still wouldnt work. However, the exam doctor overheard our conversation and found the root problem very quickly. It turned out that she entered the wrong birthday into the system. I personally think that she did this on purpose to take my money. I dont reccomend that you go here. Wish the exam doctor worked elsewhere.

Do not use!! We have had nothing but trouble for the last 2 months. Still without a pair of glasses. Save the yourself a lot of trouble and shop somewhere else for your glasses. The staff is rude and not organized. When asked to order the same lenses as last time, they ordered a cheaper lense without even asking us if we wanted the cheaper lense. That was just the beginning of our troubles. We will never order glasses from this location again. This has been a very frustrating process and its still not over. Run from this place and go to someone who actually cares. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Staff clearly had significant troubles trying to figure out our insurance information over the phone. Staff also refused to give us parts of our childs eye prescription information(pupil distance), even after we had bought glasses and lenses from them. Horrible customer service over the phone, and not much better in person.

The doctor that does the eye exam himself is great but his staff and the other workers are horrible very rude and act like theyre better than you I had bought a pair of glasses and they broke and then I got the exact same frame and they broke in the exact same place so they were defective frames and the lady accused me of breaking my own glasses? I was completely caught off guard and appalled the fact that she was accusing me of breaking my own glasses made me super upset like who wants to come there to pay money to get new glasses like that didnt make any sense and I just found it extremely rude and distasteful they will never get my service again if I could give this zero stars I would.

Called asking if my prescription was through them and if I could come get my contacts. They said yes. Show up and now it’s a no and I have to wait until 2. Stop giving random info on the phones

Purchased prescription eye glasses and not only did they say that if we dont get the glasses that they recommended for my husband but that they wont cover the glasses he wanted under there warranty policy if dissatisfied with the glasses, so he ended up getting the ones that this older eye center lady said he had to get along with this Laurie who worked there as well . Keep in mind both employees where rude and now because of the glasses my husband was basically forced to get they are to big on his face fall down all the time and have had them readjusted 4 times with no suggestion and so all the employees want to do as we went back was to try readjusting them and rudely state they cant do anything more which tells me they dont want to honor there 60 day warranty policy if dissatisfied with the glasses you where told to get even though you pay full price with no insurance. I will not get prescription eye glasses again at Wal-Mart unless I absolutely have to but I would rather not, so even though we spent a lot I will save extra money to go somewhere else. As for the 2 employees that work at the eye center for walmart on Louise ave. Please dont tell a customer that even if the glasses he really wants are to small for his face thus you wont cover them so you make him get way bigger then he wanted . This is not right and I know because I called the corporate customer office number and they called me back to let me know the real truth.
