Vfix was very helpful with fixing my phone. I came in and it was so quick and easy. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommendyou come to them is your phone has problems.

Replaced the screen on my wifes iphone quickly for $100. It seemed to be fixed and was working great we went for a run a day after the fix and without any drop or impact the phone screen cracked. We went back to the store to see if they could replace the glass again and they refused to do anything to remedy the situation. The offered us a deal to replace the glass again for $50 this time. Total ripoff. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not go here unless you want to burn your money.

I want to give a 2 only the level of communication, but thats pretty it. I had my wifes Galaxy Note 10 lite screen changed, it took them 4 weeks to fix it, increased the price, and after 24 hours it turns out the screen is not properly fixed. So, the bottom line is, dont go, but the reality is that most of the phone repairs are similar and count on the fact that we want our phones fixed.

Awesome! I got the special double treatment from first Devika then Vinod. Fixed my phone in a bit of a pinch. Had totally lost the ability to recharge and they fixed a blocked connector. Great, speedy service!

Went to get my screen fixed for my phone, and they didnt tell me the under display fingerprint sensor wouldnt work after. Not to mention they scratched the living hell out of the back of it when prying the screen apart. Would not recommend.

If I could I would put 0 on this place, they sold me defective product and did not mention that the stuff can not be returned. When I came to fix the problem they gave me a really bad attitude. They try to be so nice to sell you defective stuff and after they are becoming super rude. I feel bad that I walked in today to that store. I should’ve read the review on this store than I would know that this store is the worth.I was never that disappointed with any store before.If you want to lose your money than yeah that’s the place to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone;(

I bought airpods and when i got them they were fake. They broke after 1 use. terrible service. I called to get real ones and they said that they were.

Those guys are liars. I went to change the screen of iPhone XS and before he changed the screen i asked 3 times this screen is original or fake, they told me original, and the price it was really higher almost like in apple store, we make deal to change after 2 hours I went to get my phone, when I checked it was fake screen, and didn’t put screen right, it was glue all around, i said I don’t want to get fake screen and bad job, they started arguing with me even though they lied. Don’t recommend this place unprofessional and lier.

Could not give a lower review for this place. Went in to get the display fixed on a 15 in MacBook and was told Id need to leave it with them and have it sent to a specialist. After 2 days, they told me theyd be able to do the repair but needed me to bring in a charger to test it (why it took them 2 days to realize that, and how a computer place could NOT have an apple charger accessible Ill never know).Then waited ANOTHER 2 days for the display to be fixed, only to be told that the new display was ALSO defective, so it would have to be replaced with the old screen since the replacement couldnt be ordered in time, and so they would have to put the old broken display back on, which would be ready for pickup at 3:30. Arriving at 5pm, the old broken but still functional display STILL hadnt been replaced, as they had left the defective screen on the computer, so I had to wait another 3 hours for their technician to return and remove the defective screen to make the computer functional again. Never fear though! If I wanted, I was told I could always just buy a brand new 13in MacBook or MacBook air from them.After all this, I was still stuck with the broken display, and as a bonus, they also managed to break the computers camera, which can no longer connect to anything from the computer and is no longer functional despite the fact it worked completely fine before being brought in.TLDR, went in to get a cracked display fixed, waited 5 days without a computer only for it to NOT be repaired and broken further, which the business then denied they had anything to do with.Zero Stars.

Wish I could give them zero stars. My wife broke the screen on her Pixel 3. So she called and they quoted her $160 to repair the screen. I was hesitant but she needs her phone for work. So apparently the shop at Old Orchard was being repaired. We met him in person in Skokie to give him the phone to fix. This was Thursday morning and it should have been ready by Friday. So Friday comes and we dont hear from him. The wife calls and he says hes not sure how to fix it he will give it to his android specialist. We get the phone back til Sunday four days after dropping it off. One month later the screen doesnt turn on. They gave us the run around. Stay away from this place its obvious they dont have a clue on how to fix phones.

I love VFix I changed my battery for a cheaper price compared to Apple. Also there are a lot of cool cases you can buy for your phone the have a variety and if there Is a one you want they can order it for you. One last thing the people that run VFix together are very nice and reasonable. I recommend everyone go there.

They initially seemed to do a good job fixing my iPhone screen. However after two months half the screen went largely dark (not completely). The phone was never dropped and always well cared for. They claimed that the screen could have this happen from just having the phone in your pocket. I’ve had iPhones for over 10 years and have always carried them in my pocket and never had this happen. With a 1 month warranty and the claim that normal usage can damage their work I would never suggest VFIX to anybody but the most budget minded and risk prone individuals (and even then would suggest elsewhere, if at all possible).

Buyer Beware. I had an iPhone XS screen replaced and within 20 days the screen became faulty (lines and discoloration). When I brought the device back to be serviced, I was told that I dropped the phone and it wasn’t covered by their warranty! The phone was not dropped and handled with care in everyday use - clearly a hardware quality issue. Was told tough luck since they were convinced the phone was dropped even though it was in pristine condition with no cracks, dents or damage. Stay away!

I’m giving a one star review because I had a bad experience with this place last week. I needed an Iphone XS screen replacement so a couple weeks ago while I was shopping at the mall, I saw this place and entered there to ask for a quote. The lady there told me usually is $180 but they have an offer so they will do it for $140. I left and said I will come back soon.Last week I called them to ask again for a quote ( I thought maybe they don’t have the special offer anymore)...a man answered and said they will replace the screen for $130. One hour later I show up at the place, he takes a look at it and gives me another quote of $170 saying that the LCD is broken. I said ok, left the phone there and came back after 20 mins. The new screen they put was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The colors were so different...the green was a neon, the pink was fuchsia, the blue was a baby blue...AND not only the colors were different, but while scrolling up and down on the screen the images were shaking.I went back in there and they told me that of course the screen is not an apple original, that if I wanted an original I should have said so. First of all, I didn’t even know that I had to decide between an original or a fake one...I’ve never had to replace a screen before so I think they are supposed to tell you what kind of product they have. Their excuse was that no other places would tell me that...Anyhow I asked them to replace the fake screen with an original one and I had to pay $120 more for that.

TERRIBLE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I AM WARNING U I SPEAK TRUTH!!!!! The guy that works there is nice. The lady in there told me my phone could be fixed I had an iPhone 6 that wouldn’t turn on and they told me they could fix it. A few days pass by and nothing! I CALLED AND SHE TOLD ME TO COME PICK IT BACK UP! As I went back she told me THEY SENT MY PHONE OFF TO A 3RD PARTY STORE ON DEVON TO DO THEIR WORK! MIND YOU I HAD TO DRIVE FROM SKOKIE TO DEVON AVENUE TO GET MY PHONE BACK! What kind of a BUSINESS MAKES A CUSTOMER GO TO ANOTHER STORE TO PICK UP THEIR PHONE???? Waste of time and money! That lady doesn’t know how customer service or proper business! YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO APPLE QUALITY & TRUTH GIVEN MIGHT BE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT LEARNED MY LESSON AT THIS PLACE

BUYER BEWARE! Just 2 days ago I bought a tempered glass screen protector for my LG Stylo 5 which just cracked! Wish I read these reviews before walking into the store! I only noticed their tiny No Refunds/Exchanges sign after they installed it on my phone.

Quick service, but lied about the quality of screens, not OLED for iPhone X but when i asked he told me it was. Dishonest but nice people
