I love coming to this sunglass hut! Lisa was so helpful in helping me find a pair that fit well (big head lol), looked stylish and would hold up to my lifestyle. New shades make you feel like a million bucks! Thanks guys!

The management here is horrible I’ve come in a few times asking for the manager who never seems to be there. and the employee was extremely rude he kept telling me “try again tomorrow” for the price of these glasses I really expect more

Where do I begin? Well, I have to say I am very impressed by Davids great customer service. He addressed all of my questions in what kind of sunglasses I wanted from size to color. He was very patient with my decision of choosing the right sunglasses. Took the time to explain himself with the kind of glasses that fit me. Went here today because a tiny screw fell out of my Mauis. I was greeted by the lovely Tia and she was great. Within 5 minutes my glasses were fixed and I was on my way! The Old Orchard Mall is very nice this time of year too.

I used to love this place. They simply do not carry any ray ban sunglasses that fit my face. This is a store that should carry every type of ray ban. I actually hate the fact that I have to have Versace and prada. Even though prada is actually made by ray ban. I would simply rather walk around with a pair of sunglasses that looks like its something anybody can get if they save up a little bit of money. When you start wearing the big name brands, its almost like youre showing off. And ironically, some of them are actually cheaper then the rayban ones. Not all though. My pradas are definitely a lot more expensive. That being said, they do have a lot, and their prices are not as crazy as they could be.

BAD ITEMS BAD MANAGER,NEVER AGAIN!! Not a good place at all spent $200 not the type of service you expect unfortunately, and because of the people works there to be fair the girl over there Her name is Desiree I think. She sold me a used pair, they were used! The tag was written! No scanbar or barcode. She asked to wear it and come back in 2 days to get a new one, they had a new shipment or something. Went back she denied and called security...

The store manager fixed my glasses and was very friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Having so many issues with sunglass hut. Youre better off ordering online or another department store like Nordstrom. The glasses I wanted in the store were not polarized so they were kind enough to order them for me to get mailed to my house. However, it took over two weeks to get my glasses after numerous phone calls. Initially, they couldnt find my order. Not the type of service you would expect paying $300 for sunglasses. The glasses then came and are too big for my face. Tried to return them and because I dont have the original credit card, I was unable to.
