They didnβt had what I was looking for to buy,but they ordered for me, Arriving before Christmas,I was so Happy! π- -UPDATE 01-09-2021π..The person I gifted with what I order.. Unfortunately didnβt liked......So I had to return it, ..I didnβt got the cash money Back as I pay for it Originally, instead they issue a check, ( because they said they donβt carry cash money on the cashier ) when is higher than $200.., Well Let me tell You..Not really happy about it!!..kind of disappointed...I didnβt want the Tiffany check mailed out to my house ..So ..it took a week to the check get delivered to this location, ..So if you are thinking in pay cash ....and you arenβt sure if you will keep the item or if the gifted one will want to return it..Think twice.. Because youβll get a check from Tiffany to cash it into your bank account instead of cash money as you pay for it Originally.I Love Tiffany, But I donβt like this location management and stuff ....very Rude poor customer service ..and no helpful on resolving issues, ..looks like the sales staff just care about how high you willing to pay thatβs how much good costumer services theyβll bring it to you, ..But even if you pay high money if you planning to return it, donβt expect have a good costumer services in return....Very disappointed, make yourself a favor like I did and order it online!!..itβs cheaper ..and at least youβll get a nice perfect wrap package from the Tiffany New York Store.

Initially she wanted a Champagne Bottle however found out they had been discontinued. We opted for another charm instead but when I went to collect it Maria had searched the back office and found a new / old stock Champagne Bottle. This was my first nonessential trip out of the house in nearly a year, but I thoroughly trust Tiffany and needed to get one of my favorite rings repaired. I worked with Alfoaso and he was incredibly personable and full of energy and enthusiasm. I can tell he loves this company as much as I do! I really look forward to working with him again in the future.

I purchased my engagement rings here and the sales professionals were beyond expectations.
The store director Martin Bendera allows some very poor customer service at this location. While Maryanne in sales is wonderful, there is a very rude salesperson named Tammy that should not be working at Tiffanys. She always looks angry and avoids any contact if she notices that you might be returning something.
Okey my previous review was bad and I gave 1 star, becouse guy who was supposed to be on door wasnβt there and we come inside and he said that we need to go out, but this is my second time that i come back here to look for engagement ring, and i will say my opinion, EXTRAORDINARY!!! Maryann was so nice so great to me and my girlfriend that i was so happy visiting store when she was there! That why i change my review and 5 STARS FOR MARYANN!!!

Went in for a gift, only do many people can be in store at once. Good experience.
We got off to a great start with the customer service here. When my wife got the ring it was a different story. The quality became into question. Within the first 3 months the ring became bent. During the first year 2 more times. Weird because the band didnt bend but the engagement ring did. However, each time they handled it responsibly and took ownership for their poor quality design. Ultimately they had to build the shank up so this wont happen again. Each time the ring was never gone more than 2 weeks and was covered by them because we always bring it to them every 6 months for check up and maintenance. I hope they continue to back their product like they should because my wife treasures the rings and would never do anything strenuous to compromise them. So far so good for us.

Got a cheap (for Tiffany) ring from here quite a while ago with my mother & the sales lady was quite nice. Store hours are a little limited, but nice location!
Very helpful staff, very clean, great selection, but the one thing that stood out the most was the door / Security man that was present at the door when I entered, he was incredibly nice and even offered us bottled water...Nice touch...

I went in here and was given a horrible attitude by the Asian lady that works behind the counter and I wanted to buy a wedding band and a watch link and a wedding band for myself and everybody that worked there was extremely rude so I went to Ranzy jewelers in Highland Park and spent my $5000 somewhere else Tiffanyβs needs to get their customer service game together Iβm surprised anybody goes back.
