I went here yesterday and I forgot the young lady’s name, but she was so kind and patient. She did not push products, but simply recommended them. I wish I got her name because she really went above and beyond.* I was here like two years ago, and the manager/supervisor was extremely rude to me over refusing to readjust a gifted bracelet and commented on its quality. It’s nice that they’ve seemingly improved their customer service! *
I went there 3 days ago heaven was well spoken and professional and Morgan were amazing super nice and patient they worked as a team it was amazing to see them work together because I got at least 20 items thanks ladies I will be shopping there again.

Went here a few weeks ago specifically looking for this Cinderella charm, online it said there was 1 charm left available so when my girlfriend and I drive over there and show them the picture of which one we were looking for they said they did not have it. (Keep in mind we were getting looks, stares from the 2 older ladies behind the desk. In their 60’s) I mentioned saying that the Pandora site said you had one in stock, but she made it clear that they were all out. Okay no biggie.We drive to the Pandora on the Hip (Harlem and Irving) and they say they’re all sold out too. BUT there’s one left in the old orchard location. So I tell the lady at the hip that we just came from the old orchard store and no luck. The lady from the hip store called the Pandora on the old orchard location and asked if they had that charm in stock.. they said Yep! Last one available if she wanted to put it aside..Of course we said no, instead we got the charm delivered to the hip location because no way were we going back. I don’t recommend this location at all, wasted my time and lied to our faces for no reason.
I’ve never been to a Pandora site. Didn’t know what to anticipate other than jewelry. The higher my expectations on a store the bigger the disappointments tend to be. I simply brought myself to find an engagement ring, upon entering I was questioned for my name, phone number, city that I live in, and the reason I was there. I must say that it felt as a harsh and unnecessary inquiry. I took a stroll around the place and the host remarked they didn’t sell any diamonds, in an unwelcoming way.It’s not what you don’t sell that matters but what you do have to sell, that does matter. Who’s to say that I wouldn’t return one day to buy something else, because of how pleasant a brief experience could’ve been. Now I associate this place with that memory of the hostess. Ugh!
Lauri assisted me with an exchange I had. The service she provided was superb and I’ll gladly come back to this location. Previous experience was not the best, I decided to give this store another chance and I am glad I did. From the phone call to ensure in person shopping was permitted to walking out the door, I am very pleased with the service I received today. Thank you ladies for being so welcoming and helpful!
The selection is standard but the employees are so unpleasant. Rude, unhelpful and followed my friend around for no reason. Don’t go here

I went to Old Orchard to go to Pandora, and told one of the associates there, that I wanted a charm, and I saw the safety chains and desired one to go along with my pandora bracelet, but the lady who helped me first told me I couldnt have the safety chain. It was beautiful with two hearts and a chain hanging down, and I was puzzled as to why I couldnt have what I had money for! It is my money and I have the funds to pay for it. How dare they tell me what I can and cant buy! Then since I couldnt have the safety chain, I saw a few charms I liked, one was a tea pot and the other was a dog. I liked the dog, but she said it was dangling charm and I dont need another dangling charm because I already had one! I was so mad. Then she said I could get clips and the dog. Which was going to be over my budget limit, and I told her before I was on a budget. I was so irritated that I told her, I am just going to get my funds back, and forget about the dog charm and the clips, but she insisted that I buy the dog charm! So I did buy the dog charm, instead of what I should have done, which was walk away.
Came to the store today to buy a gift for my mother. The guy who helped us out recommended me the cheapest bracelet instead of giving me the one I asked for. I had to tell him that I didnt want that one. Then when I was paying he asked me like 7 times if I wanted to apply for the credit card I kept saying no to him and he just didnt stop. He didnt even give me a gift box or anything. Never coming here again! Worst experience ever.
The worst customer service ever. Called about a specific charm for a christmas gift was told they had it in stock drive all the way to old orchard from chicago to be told that they didnt have it in stock. I talked to the manager that tried absolutely nothing to accommodate me. I will definitely never give them my business. Sorry not sorry.☹☹☹☹☹☹☹
I hope I could give this store negative star. The worst service that I ever had in my life. I ask for the repair or replacement bracelet(the clasp open by itself easily) and they told me there is no warranty for the free bracelet (I got my bracelet from the promotion which is purchase certain amount to receive a free bracelet). I called the company before I go to the store, the person who answered the call told me that free item has one year warranty. If I purchase in store I have to go back to the same store for replacement or repair.The store managers are attitudes, they don’t care about the customers. I don’t recommend this location, because there is No Service! Go somewhere else or order it online.
There isn’t a worse location than this old orchard one, stuff are not knowledgeable about their policy and they are not welling to help you with a return. They ONLY and ONLY care about you when you are buying and that is ridiculous. I can’t believe it is a Pandora comparing to the service I get at the other locations that are around the area. I gave them multiple chances, after all I am VERY disappointed. They don’t even deserve that one star I’m giving them. I wish there is an option of minus stars. Gina had me wait for exactly an hour and a half until she decided to help me now Thursday, May 23ed at 9:04pm.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. Non-existent customer service. I’m a new Pandora shopper and they’ve already lost a customer for life. After waiting 45 minutes for someone to help me, the guy I got could not have been less interested in helping me. not surprised to see that others have had the same experience.
The worst customer service. They sold me a broken charm, than harassed me about taking it back with the receipt, 2 days after the original purchased. The manager asked me multiple times if I brought it here and she’s looking directly at my receipt. Needless to say I’ll spend my money elsewhere, like Jared or Helzberg. Garbage store.

Horrible customer service. no regard for customer loyalty, awful experience will not be returning to this pandora location. It is literally worth it to make the drive out to the HIP, these women dont deserve the commission for their total lack of disregard for customer satisfaction.

Horrible location. They wouldnt except my return of a bracelet because it was worn. & then the store managers excuse changed to it being scratched. I asked for a completely new one for comparison and it looked exactly the same but had a clean shine to it. But she refunded me the money for the necklace(cheapest of both products) with no problems even tho I mentioned to her they both had been worn.
Last time I spend my money here. U cant just take charms away every time u show other ones and keep chosen in your hands cuz u assume I can take them and run away??? U made me feel very uncomfortable in that store. Sarah if Im not mistaken employee name. Good luck

Simply disgusting. Here is my conversation with the sales person. How much is it? $195 and we have 40% off. OK I will take the $30 charm and that set at 40% off. The sales person, oh I am sorry I meant $40 off. I am : OK.At checkout it came out to be $245. Why? Salesperson: Oh it is $195 after $40 discount..I bought it, because i looked at the prices ahead of time and was prepared to spend it, however I didnt realize that these are Pandoras sales practices. Never will walk in into one of these again.

Ive been here 2x recently, once an hr before closing & the sales that worked with us was patient, even even though we stayed past closing & my mother changed her mind quite a few times. The last visit wasnt quite as nice, with a pushy Latina sales lady (Josephine) that kept repeating herself like were deaf.Yes, my mother doesnt speak prefect English, but she understood what you said the first time you said it. She stepped back a little later, offering helpful suggestions. However, she was mistakenly told that their current sale couldnt be applied if paying with gift cards. So when we decided to make a larger purchase, her smile when the cashier told her to continue helping us was so fake, it was hilarious. Ill admit we did take quite a long time in the store, deciding whether we wanted to make 1 large purchase or 2 small for the discount, but the staff was nice.
Terrible store! very small. They never clean your jewelry on event days, so rude. If you spend 3000$ at this store as i have you expect your jewelry to be cleaned regardless. I make the drive to northbrook pandora, much larger and the ladies there are very attentive. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
