Had a 15$ off coupon for this particular jiffy lube and I was so impressed with the young men so polite and they explained the maintence I needed done on my vehicle I would have had them do it right then and there but couldn’t afford it. Will be coming back again!

Great place on Main St. in Snellville. One of the first places you see entering. Great fast service and they also tell you what all you need for the proper maintenance of your vehicle.

I will never go to another jiffy lube place! When my oil was changed by another place. My car was acting up. They new what had happen just by me telling them! but this guys they are so nice. They get me in and out. Love my discount book i got from them i saved so much money!!! They are the best!!!

I got my oil changed there. Very friendly people. I always get my company vehicle’s oil changed there because they carry hard to find oils. Would give a 5 but the store is hard to access. Not their fault. Fast and friendly!!!

I have been to this location a couple of times before and they have always done a great job with our oil changes and basic routine maintenance. I went in to get our headlight bulbs changed since they both went out. They didn’t even inspect our truck at all and told us it must be electrical and that we needed to go to the dealer to be serviced. I told them it was def not electrical since we were driving around with one headlight out for a while and didn’t have time to change it. They didn’t go out at the same time but they insisted it must be something wrong with the car. Finally we left and went to a mechanic shop down the street and had both headlight bulbs changed in under 20 mins. The mechanic down the street said all you need to do is look at the wires to see they weren’t fried and the guys at Jiffy Lube didn’t even do that. Very disappointing and it seems like this location has really gone down hill. Prob won’t be back.

I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and a family emergency was occuring simultaneously which required my attention out of town so money was TIGHT. The staff was so thoughtful and courteous and they helped me to find a solution so that I could do all that I needed to do. They were patient and understanding and kept me informed during every step of the process. It is quite easy to be taken advantage of when your heart is with family at a difficult time. This staff treated me like family and I am so very thankful! I will be back to this location for my vehicle service in the future. Superior Customer service! I HIGHLY recommend! Kessie and the team keep my car in-tune with quality oil changes, tune ups, tire rotations and fluid checks. Timely email notifications to remind me of scheduled checkups have kept my car running efficiently and safely. Im glad I found this neighborhood Jiffy Lube and wish all service shops had teams who are as finely tuned.

I have always experienced great and quick service here. Last time I came in I was considering a transmission flush on my old Honda. The mechanic was completely honest with me. He told me that it would probably be best for the vehicle to not have it done because of its mileage and because the transmission wasnt causing me any trouble. I then still wanted to give them some business and asked to have my coolant topped off but he did it for free!He could have just taken my money and called it a day but he gave me his honest opinion on the transmission flush regardless of the loss in business and I think thats a genuine action that I hope wont go unnoticed. Ill definitely be going there to get any routine maintenance done in the future.

I went into this location because my brake lights would not go off.I asked them to look at it and see if they could tell me what was going on, at first they stated that it was because my brake pads were too thin and suggested that I install new brake pads I agreed to allow them to put in the new brake pads and as they charged me for the new brake pads they also told me that it was a sensor that could be the problem so they were going to charge me for the sensor. they installed the brakes and the new sensor and told me I was good to go as I began to drive off I noticed that there was smoke coming from my tires I made a u-turn and came right back to the location at which the employees rushed and began to dump water on my vehicle to cool it down after they took it back in for inspection they determine that there was nothing more that they could do and insisted that my vehicle was already faulty before I took it into your location. They then recommended me to go to a mechanic and when I got to the mechanic the mechanic told me that not only where my rotors warped due to the heating from when the brakes were installed but now the master cylinder is also damaged. As well as my the system that distributes air into my brake lines. they took cash and said they would distribute it for the work but after realizing about the bad job that they did they refunded me the cash and didnt give me any paperwork the whole experience was very shady and I will never go back to this location again if I ever go to Jiffy Lube I also will be filing a formal complaint and Im considering taking legal action.

I came to the #365 location to get an oil change and got much more! Firstly, I was greeted in a timely manner and was offered many services that I may have needed. Margaret and Maurice were helpful and showed me how bad my oil filter was, so I replaced it. Im an uber driver and really needed the services provided. 5☆

Yeah, a really defination of Jiffy, they took my van in, did all thats needed to done and was out of there less than 20 mins.

One of the worst Jiffy Lube. One of the mechanic was smoking weed and there were kids in the building. The smell was awful. The old guy with the glasses in the photo had an attitude with me. I asked that he do not touch my car and that I was uncomfortable with him working on my car. He did and I ended up with an oil leak. I know he did something with my car because my car was perfectly fine the entire time until I after he worked on it that day. His attitude is enough to not go there. I will never return.

The guys were fighting with each other and throwing parts around. They kept telling me I needed more than I came for, an oil change and air in my tires. I replaced the cabin and air filter. One guy was telling me the other was a thief. After he did the headlight restoration, my headlights were left very drippy and runny with the coating. I was told I had a dry cell in my battery, and after checking my brake pads, I seemed to have lost a hub cap. As I was pulling out, my car was vibrating badly, like a vacuum hose was loose. I pulled back in..they couldnt figure out what they had done, started taking the engine cover off...I dont know why. Smeared the headlight job...it looks awful and got some of the coating on the paint as well as dirt and smears in the headlight coating. At one point, after I had given my information for the headlight restoration warranty, the other guy comes running in wanting to know what he was saying to me. He was worried he was lying to me. I was there about 5 hours, my sugar was dropping, I was crying and hyperventilating....these guys are a disaster and I want my car fixed. I am still very nervous about what they did I dont know about yet. When I went back the next day to get my missing hub cap, the first guy said we didnt even have your tires off, the second guy said they didnt have that tire off, it must have fallen off while driving. I think I might have noticed. Im calling corporate until they make this right. Oh, and finally, it was decided I had water in my gas...funny it didnt happen until I pulled out of there.

I thought I needed an emissions on my truck but I didnt and the employee was kind enough to inform me before I wasted my money. Gotta love honesty.

I don’t understand how this place has a high review score. I came here in a bind because it’s close to where I live and I needed an oil change fast. I was here for closer to an hour despite no lines. The cashier was telling me I needed various other parts replaced in my vehicle that would bring my total closer to $1k, and was telling me my car was close to undrivable unless I fixed it right now. This was all after I had just had it serviced and inspected at another location at the last timed service visit, and my vehicle had all somehow come minutes away from exploding unless I had this crackpot team, that can’t seem to close a hood properly, replace my Johnson rod and remove the unicorn from my radiator.

I went in for a routine oil change Monday afternoon. The guys working the were very kind and Miss Tori was so awesome! She informed me about how I could save on my service and how I could keep my car maintained for much longer than Ive been keeping it. She covered everything down to the type of battery I have (that I could purchase a different kind thatll last longer). She made sure my little Yaris was checked from top to bottom. I felt really comfortable. I WILL be back!

They are extremely slow with their service. I came Im for a routine oil change and they took 45 minutes. When I arrived it was one car in a double sided garage. The guy pulled my car in asap. After that it was a lot of talking and wasting time. This will be my last visit.

What can I say about this store other than each and every person there treats you as if you are apart of their family. As a felmale we are skeptical when our cars are in need of repair. Mr. Nathaniel McDaniels, Rasheen and many others staff memebers that i dont know their names. Went above and beyond helping me and giving me a peace of mind regarding my vehicle. This is the worse place to get your oil changed. I had to wait over an hour. A couple of months later I find our that my car does not have oil in it. They didnt fill the oil all the way up so my car burned the little it had in it. The worst customer service as well. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Next time Ill pay extra and go to a dealership to make sure its done correctly.

Went to get air in tire, the associate there was rude and had a major attitude when I was asking him questions, the lady who worked with him was nice and was calm, he on the other hand was super rude for no reason I really doubt Ill come back for any other services or recommend others to go there!

I came here to this location for an oil change a month ago and I am back to get oil in my vehicle. I paid over eighty dollars for my oil change a month ago and to have to be back a month later...its not worth it. They do not open on time either.

I went on Friday August 25th 2017 there to change the spark plugs for my car, and the crew did it.Period. But in addition, they did AC recharge which I did not ask for at all, and again they did AC RECHARGE for my car which I did not ask for. The AC now is not working and even if I turn on just the ventilation is not working at all. When I told to the crew that my Car AC WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE THEY DID THE AC RECHARGE (which I did not Ask for at all), the crew was trying to screw me down by saying that my car is from the cold states and the AC COMPRESSOR will break down no matter what!!!! They were trying to screw me down with different and idiotic reasons and lies.When I filled the complain the manager was trying to convince me that the AC of my car was about to break down no matter what even if they did not do the AC recharge which I did not ask for at all!!!!This is the worst experience I even had at any location, how come they did something to my car which I did not Ask for?Now the AC is broken down during this hot and humid days!!!!
