Even went as far as washing my Jeep for me in-and-out, everything was PERFECT!! I took my car here because a bunch of noises that were hard to pinpoint the cause. They did a very thorough look at my car and brought me out into the garage to show me exactly what they found wrong. I feel that you are getting an honest service shop who will fix your car for a fair price here. I had previously been to a chain service shop for the same issues and they replaced a part but did not do a thorough inspection and missed a whole bunch of other problems. This place is in a convenient neighborhood location. I will be bringing my vehicles here to be serviced from now on. I recommend you do to. I couldnt be happier with the customer service.

Nice friendly people. Great price. Did oil changes on two vehicles, everything is fine on my ford edge but on my ford focus the oil filter came lose while driving. Oil everywhere, had to call a tow truck to get it home.

Came in this morning with a flat tire caused by a nail, but due to my type of tires they were unable to patch or plug. However the owner was soooo helpful. Instead of sending me away with a flat, he gave (yes gave)me a used tire so that I could get to work. Although it was only meant as a temporary fix. I was very grateful! You don’t find customer service like that in the auto repair business. I highly recommend them!

Always inspect the work!!!!! I paid to have a tire patched - They did NOT patch the tire - they PLUGGED the tire and if I had not inspected the job, the plug could have come out and caused an accident or something worse - TIRES ARE VERY IMPORTANT .... I went to another tire shop and they patched it and said that was the worst plug job they ever saw - This is a shame!!!What if they had done this job for your Mother, Daughter, Sister or Wife and you trusted them to do the job you paid for and they decided to do what they wanted to do instead of what you paid for!!!! INTEGRITY!!! And to end this drama - the shop foreman told me to leave and do not come back - and that is what I intend on doing NEVER going back there (oh, and they did refund my money) the best thing that did happen..... BEWARE!!!

Went to this place today to get my tire fixed, they saw me walk in, I signed in! I sat and waited 22 min later a guy in the office come in and go to the refrigerator get him a drink and walk out! Never acknowledge me, never said can I help you! Nothing! so after 10 more min, I decided to leave! Still no one came out to say can I help you! Do you need anything! NOTHING!!!! That was my first and last time!

Ive been coming to this shop since theyve openness. Khoi has become a great friend. He has a whole new staff that has streamlined the shop.

I was told by another automotive service shop that I needed new coils and spark plugs. I brought my elderly parents car in for a second opinion. The ISHOP service staff quoted a fair price.The ISHOP mechanic told me the spark plugs needed replace but the coils were fine. He suggested that I may want to get the istat sensory and motor mounts repaired sometime soon.I was so impressed with their friendly professional service that I gave the green light to have those repairs done as well. The total of all these repairs was significantly less expensive then the other Automotive repair shop.I plan on sending all my friends here. A very pleased and grateful Customer in Snellville .👌

Car was damaged while in there care. Brought it to owners attention and nothing was done. Stay away!..update to reply below .....i never post my real name on public websites...i had a 08 yukon Denali that was there for a tune up & gas cap issue. Shop had my truck a week. Owner saw the damage and took pictures with his phone. With the day manager present. Called back several times and got the run around. Stay away...shady dealings at this place.

I was considering purchasing a vehicle from and wanted a diagnostic performed 1st. Seller and I took the car around the corner to ISHOP AUTO in Snellville, GA we pulled up to service station and a gentleman met us in parking lot to ask what I needed. I told him situation and he said Yes maam sure we can do that for you for free!! I asked the owner of the car if I heard him right and she said yes. He hoisted car up, performed all the major and minor checkpoints explaining any flags within 35 minutes and didnt charge me for this service. Body shop was clean, they were very thorough, both guys worked well together and seemed very sincere. That was the nicest thing for them to do for free. 5 stars! ps and a carfax was provided on top of all that!

I dont recommend this place to anyone. They told me i had a oil leak at first & charged me $400 for an oil pan gasket. Then they said i needed to change out my entire engine which was a lie. It turned out i just had a small oil leak. They are sneaky. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!

This auto repair shop is reasonable and knowlegeable for my Range Rover and Mercedes.

They took too long to let me know what was wrong thats my car and then they charge me $120 for a diagnostic which was not a complete report on my car and just basically told me that I needed a new motor which I already knew and I needed some kind of cooling for the hot air that was blowing in my car which I already knew a waste of my hundred and and twenty dollars at a waste of my time. Also I could not connect to their Wi-Fi one employee said there was a problem with the Wi-Fi the other one the manager he said I dont know why you couldnt connect to the Wi-Fi very pretentious and not helpful being there

This is by far the worst mechanic shop I have ever took my vehicle to I got a regular radiator hose on a beetle replaced but they told me there was another problem with the vehicle that I needed a thermostat as well so instead of calling and telling me I needed a thermostat they completely put the vehicle back together to force you or me to pay the labor of on taking the vehicle back together so they force you to pay the full price for the work when they could have just done it when the hose was off now I have the same hoes is busted and they will not warranty the work without doing a $100 test to make sure that is the right thing when this is the third time that this hose has busted on the vehicle the people are not friendly or nice the owner literally yelled at me to leave the store because I was telling them how horrible of a mechanic shop it was to put someones vehicle back together to force them to pay the additional labor on the car instead of just doing it when the car was already taken apart and could have been done then I had to call them every time instead of them calling me
