Went to Mavis for the first time today and talked to Rick about some new tires. He did such a great job with helping me find the new tires and gave me a great deal on it to. However, the only issue I had was the wait time. I spend almost 6 hours there, but at the end Rick took care of me.

I had a nail in my tire so I called Mavis to see if I could get a patch. I was told it was a slow period so I could come by immediately and probably be in and out within 30-45 minutes. As I arrived, I noticed this was true. Justin was the mechanic that worked the counter. He was polite and took my keys to look at the car. Nobody was inside so I was able to sit at the high counter and plug my laptop in. Wifi did not work but my iPad had data so I was fine. Within what felt like 30 minutes, they were done with my car. Pricing was affordable — about $20. I was extremely pleased with my service and will be back.

My experience at this Mavis location was great! The staff were especially courteous and made sure to acknowledge all customers upon entry into the store. There was a special discount being offered for brakes service which I was interested that the store manager applied without me having to ask. The manager thoroughly explained what the technicians found during their inspection, which services they recommended and why. He even broke it down conveying which was most cost effective and safe versus getting all things repaired, communicating the point that he understands people are in different situations and may not be able to afford to get everything done. My services (brakes and rotor installment) were completed as prompt as could be expected. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back for service in the future!

Horrible service. Came in because of a flat tireon Sunday October 3rd 2021 and you guys made it worse. Greg was a sweetheart. But the tech guys… no sir. You don’t care about the safety of your customers and would rather have them die on the roads then to just take the extra precautions and make sure the job was done correctly. Why my car keep going flat after bringing my car to you guys is beyond me. Your technician guy was the dopest guy ever. Like stop sleeping on the job and get it right. Discount Tires All day. I will never go back to Mavis Tires for the rest of God given life. These photos show my car 20 minutes after filling it with air. IT WAS A BRAND NEW TIRE FROM MAVIS!!!! What a joke.

Great ServiceAlways Professional and Friendly. I always have my tires rotated and balanced, multiple oil changes.A few Sundays ago,I had a screw lodged in my Honda. I arrived bright and early, I was able to be squeezed in. The tire was repaired no fuss and no charge.My go to location!!!!

Great service! Quick and efficient! The staff was super friendly. I came in for a patch and it was affordable. There establishment is clean and welcoming. Best tire shop in Sneville. The staff made me feel awesome after a long day!!! They are honest too. Most places are not especially, when dealing with women. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a great visit to Mavis today. Needed both of my vehicles serviced and Dusty in addition to the rest of the staff were able to get me in and out by noon. Top-Notch Service by Dusty and all involved!

Extremely poor customer service. Made appointments; only to be told no appointment was made! This occurred more than once! Individual that made the appointment (most recent one) said the reason he did not enter it in the system yesterday was because he was going to be there and just take care of it! That makes no sense. Claimed lack of appointment from day before was because the wrong store was called. ! Called the number from the phone the first appointment was made from and the phone rang there! Then, waited almost 2 hours to have the tire fixed! There is more, but just be cautious at this location. Was there in May this year and had more experiences like this. Bought a new tire and a used one was put on the car. Pointed it out and it was fixed, but just be careful; as mentioned above!

Went by this location this morning just to get my air pressure check. I was met with a smile, and though it was a free service, he took the time check them and adjust the air.Customer service at its best. I will definitely be back.

My tire pressure light was on so I stopped by to get it checked. TJ took the time to verify what the correct pressure should be, also showed me where to look. He adjusted the pressure for all 4 tires. He also advised me I will be needing new ones soon. I will be going back to this location when I am ready to purchase. His service was very much appreciated!!!

Justin was absolutely great he listen to my issue addressed it and got my car out of there quickly. I cannot say enough about the customer service at this store.

We moved to Grayson in January, and I have taken two cars here now for tires. Both times have been great. Lynn helped us this week after my sons tire needed replacement (through warranty), and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!!

Tim was so helpful on the phone, answering questions and made an appointment so there was no waiting involved as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone else was polite and helpful. I will be coming to this location again for service from now on.

Ive been a customer with Mavis Tires for the last 5 yrs, and this was the best service Ive experienced at this location on Scenic Hwy in Snellville or any other place where I bought tires or had an oil change. I highly recommend this location.

My tire indicator light came on indicating tire trouble. I was able to make it to Mavis Tires. Tim, the manager, was great. He fixed my tire and didnt try to sell me additional services like some places do.I highly recommend Mavis Tires in Snellville.

These mechanics will take advantage of you if you don’t know your stuff, like me. I took my car in to have both back tires replaced. At that time they told me an alignment couldn’t be done on the back tires of a Kia Optima and suggested replacing parts instead. Three weeks after getting my tires replaced something broke on my car and my rear wheel was turned inward. I had it towed to Mavis Tires since they had just replace my tires. They looked at it and said a bolt broke on my subframe. They told me the entire subframe needed to be replaced. I don’t know anything about cars and asked if the bolt could just be removed so I wouldn’t have to wait a week and spend $250 on a subframe. I was told NO the bolt cannot be removed because there is nothing to hold onto to get it out.I was told that replacing the subframe was the only way to fix the issue so I agreed. I was later told by a mechanic that the bolt can absolutely be removed and that the subframe did not need to be replaced since it wasn’t damaged. It took them a week and they charged me over $400 in labor charges when the labor should have only taken 2 hours. I went to pick up my car and they also tried to charge me to an alignment even those 3 weeks before they told me and alignment wasn’t able to be done on the back tires of a Kia Optima. Very unhappy with being taken advantage of. If you don’t know anything about cars I would not trust them. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

My daughter hit a curb with brand new tires. Luckily I got the warranty and was able to replace the tire at no cost! Unbelievable!

Wow! Excellent service! They close at 6 and I got here a little after 5. The gentleman was very personable and helpful. One of the reasons I dreaded getting a new tire is because the other stores stores I went to didn’t have that exact matching tire. He called his sister store and found the exact match and had someone bring it to this location. Again, they close at 6. Top notch service from start to finish.

We are a family of eight with two adult children away! We had brakes and rotor work completed on our Toyota Camry . We received excellent and honest work on our car; As a added bonus the under carriage was hanging in which they repaired. We were extremely grateful! We encourage all to seek Mavis the Snellville location, especially Military and First Responders! Also I did not have appointment but they still squeezed us in, we were lucky on a busy Saturday !

Shoutout to Mavis... I was actually at Lowes and came out to find my vehicle was dead... no life from the battery. My wife had the wonderful idea to go over to Mavis Tires & Battery to see if they had a Jump Box. They quickly grabbed one and brought us out to give us a jump start. I neglected to get the name of the guy that helped us, but so grateful that he helped us out and got us on our way again!

Most recently I took my vehicle to Mavis Tire for an oil change. As I enter the establishment I was greeted immediately by Mike and John at the front counter.I mentioned a few things that I was concerned with and asked for the staff to check. I was told that my tires was wearing on the inside and recommended new tires and a front wheel alignment.The team took the team and made sure everything was right. I really appreciate going above and beyond to drive great service!I appreciated the service so much that I ordered tires for my wife vehicle.Mike, John and team Mavis...great job!

I really appreciated the service that was rendered today. Everything was explained to me what was needed. The guy Mike was very informative and very courteous. Mavis Tire Supply personnel went out of their way to assist me with an issue that I had today with me car battery cable. After going to 5 other locations, which included 4 auto parts stores and the service department of the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, and either receiving no help or receiving an estimate that was outrageous, Mavis solved my issue within 10 minutes and didnt charge me for their service, even though I attempted to pay them something. That doesnt happen too often anymore.

I had an emergency situation with piece of metal stuck through a tire, and called at 4:15 on a Sunday afternoon. Tim said to come and they would work it out to do the flat repair before leaving for the day. I was relieved to have the problem repaired quickly and expertly. I thank Tim and Mavis Tire. My experience was great.

Awesome service received from Mavis Tires on Scenic Hwy, next to Lowes, 2 days ago. I purchased 4 new tires, had my brakes checked & replaced front pads for a reasonable price. The manager, Dusty was courteous, professional & took time to present several options for tires and brakes, also financing options available. Overall experience was good, prices reasonable.

Got immediate service, manager very helpful, balanced and rotated my tires, fixed leak, and got my bake pads replaced and brake line flush. Very fast service, definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed because I purchased four tires and a wheel alignment., after leaving the store the tires I purchased had 50 psi in three and one had 40psi. That same day I called the store and explained I didnt like the ride of the tires and wanted to get the ones that should have been on the vehicle, the manager agreed but had to wait for the delivery truck to come which would have been that Wednesday but I had to leave my vehicle and the truck arrived on Thursday around 12 oclock and I had to wait until Friday after being without the vehicle for two days and still had to wait on Friday. The manager wasnt present when I went by on Wednesday and acted as if he didnt remember after the present store manager called him. His excuse on Friday was that the truck came in late which was a lie.

I went there with a nail in my tire. They installed a plug patch and the next morning I came out and the tire was flat. I had to pump it up and take it to a different location to have it doe right.

I came in for an alignment right when the shop opened. They pulled my vehicle in after about 45 mins of waiting I guess to do an inspection then parked it back in the lot. After 2 hours of waiting I asked the tech how much longer it would be. Magically they immediately pulled my car back in (they had forgot about it). After another hour of waiting the manager came to cash me out and said he would discount the service e because of the wait. While I was at the counter the tech came and handed the manager my key and said “no alignment done on this one.” 3 hours of my day wasted with no more than a “well here’s your key back sir.”Horrible service. I will NEVER come back here again for any of my 4 vehicles or recommend them to anyone in the future.*UPDATE*. The manager Dusty called back to offer a formal apology and get a better understanding of what happened, which I appreciated.

All I can say is they were my lifesavers today. I had 3 lugs holding my wheel together and these great guys went above and beyond to get my car fixed today. I got a great deal on four new tires. I couldn’t be happier. It’s been a long time since I received great service like that.

On 3/10/2021 I scheduled an appointment with Mavis Tire Co. for the following day. The appointment and type of tire was ordered on that day. I arrived at my appointment time and was not serviced until a hour and a half later. I was very disappointed I was under the impression that if you have an appointment surely a thirty minute wait and you would have your car in the Bay Area and work would start. I requested two tires and a alignment. I took two hour and forty five minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left.

I took it to this NTB because it was convenient and ready to pay whatever was necessary, only to be surprised when they told me they would take care of it for free. That brought me back when I needed tires and I was surprised to find that they not only had the best prices but also great service. Thanks guys for taking care of my car.

My first time visiting since it changed to Mavis and the customer service was 5 stars. I was a little nervous being that I’m coming during a company change but David made me feel very comfortable and didn’t force any extra services on me but did recommend brake system and power steering flush that I will get done soon!

My visit at this location was AMAZING! I had an appointment at another company and they wanted me to come back hours later. I called Mavis tires and I was asked to come in immediately. A work ticket was already created for me when I arrived. The manager was exceptional, he told me exactly what I needed and what I will need in the near future, he gave me the best prices and did not try to rip me off!!! They worked on my car in an ample amount of time and I am satisfied with the service!

Quickest battery replacement ever!!! Battery replaced in less than 15 min no joke. Comfortable lobby with Magazines. Friendly staff would definitely recommend. I will be back.
