This place is very cool. They do everything and have some of the cheapest price around. Broke my screen got it fix there. Need a case got one from there. Wanted a cheap monthly plan that actually has a signal. Got it from there. And plus they try best to please the costumers. I great neighborhood location

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! Ive been to this place twice i was screwed over both times! UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS HIGHEST! My 1st I was getting my screen replace he told me to come back in 2 hours he still didnt finish. When I came back he was closed before the store hours where closed. The next day we showed up and no one was there all day !!! Like a person needs their freaking phone ! Yesterday my screen was destroyed. I told him my mother would come get it . I paid for half of the cost of the services. The place was suppose to be closed at 7pm . We came @ 6:05 pm. Also when I was paying for my services he accidentally slide my card for $95.00 HE SAID THE TRANSACTION DIDNT GO THROUGH! LIES, I just checked my account and it did . Then he had charged the original amount I was suppose to be paying which is $48. IM GOING BACK AND RAISING HELL . GETTING A COMPLETE REFUND AND MY STOLEN $95 back. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE THE MOST SLOPPY PHONE REPAIR SHOP. GO SOMEWHERE WITH MY CLASS AND RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!!!

Great black owned business serving my family and I for 5 years.

Took my S4 for cracked screen repair at the beginning of December 2015, before I took it in the home button was working. Got it back and the home button no longer works, and now 1 month later I already have a hairline crack under the main screen. I left message after message for them, Approx 5 messages! they never called me back once. Will not recommend them to anyone after this. $120 for it to be given back broke and already deteriorating! Karma will come back at them sooner or later.

Omg! I gave my iphone 6s plus to unlock and told mi would take 15 days. Time as far gone and I cant get no one on the phone at all. Anyone with info please share. Iphone was a gift.

Customers service is horrible, the promise you a call back but never do. Screen calls, give you the run around. Just all bad. Sent 4 people to them and the had the same experience.

This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL & they do bad business. I brought my phone here a week ago for a screen replacement and was charged $120 . A few days later noticed that my mute button stopped working after they replaced my screen. I called and asked if they could look at the phone and fix it since they messed it up. They told me to bring the phone back in so i did and the owner ended up CHARGING me another $20 to fix the mute button. They fixed the mute button but once again JACKED UP MY SCREEN the LED backlight can be seen through the sides and top of the phone and my screen is falling out of place, literally hanging on by a thread. I am typing with a detached screen. Now I have to pay out of pocket to have someone else fix what they shouldve been able to fix in the first place. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.
