Its cute and quick for whatever you need. Small inventory but good for something you know every beauty supply has.

The three times I came to this store it feels as if the owners were staring and judging me ... very uncomfortable definitely not going there again

This is just a quick stop cause its closer to my house but i would rather go to Jonesboro hair store just to get the best customer service. i came in one day and wasnt even looking at the owners, these people was watching me on the cameras, my daughter brought it to my attention but i wasnt worried cause i dont have to steal anything.

Good place, but always empty when I go lol and youll probably get no help, but its ok, Im an independent shopper anyways. The store owners seem nice.

Decent selection of kids hair accessories, but nothing super special. Smaller than many beauty supply stores.

I went in looking for natural affordable hair for weaving and they had a huge variety. They were able to assist and direct me towards making and awesome purchase. Thank you to the staff at Beauty Mart Supplies!

I went with a Asian friend. The owners refused to sell her a wig. He said she already has nice hair, people like her (like them) should not wear wig, so he refused to let her try it on, nor buy one. I asked him can I try a wig (I am black and he said, yes). We both walked out. NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!!! The also follow black customers to see if they are stealing. I am still in shock!

Not big selection on wigs and I didnt see anything new. Too costly for these wigs

Just went to this beauty supply with my mom to purchase a few beauty items because I heard they had good prices and customer service. Well let me tell you I would never go ba k to this beauty supply again. My mom was asking another consumer a question about a product when she said the prices are really not good. She advised that the beauty supply store off 78 and park place has better prices. The owner came over and inserted himself into the conversations and said he has the best prices and the best everything and that he would match the price. Well the lady countered him and said no you actually dont some of your stuff is abut 10 to 15 more expensive than mst in Decatur. Then he proceeded to say he is trying to be nice to the customers but Black Customers make it hard for him to be nice to us. Like what does the color of our skin have to do with us being customers and you having good customer service. I will never shop here again and will tell everybody that I know not to shop here. By looking at his reviews its not good either.

Today I had an idea and a budget to meet. This store blessed me by meeting both of my needs. Thank you!!!

I was followed around in the store by the owners which wasn’t pleasing. Found a new beauty store. Just can’t give my business where I’m not welcomed! My cash is green too.

This is probably my first negative review unfortunately, but its necessary. I felt uneasy the first step in. No greeting, just profiling and cameras at every corner beaming at you (about 20 to 30). Its a bit much, and irregardless of all the cameras, I was still being watched and followed. Had eye contact, and everything and it still persisted. If they werent watching you directly, their eyes were pinned to the monitors watching you.

In order for me to write a review I had to choose one star but honestly this store deserve no stars ! Their customer service was horrible and rude . The moment I walked in the store they assume I wanted to take something I didnt feel comfortable shopping because they wouldnt take their eyes off me when I was leaving they say some rude words. They were 100% disrespectful. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Now this is an awesome store. Loved shopping here. Will be back soon!

This place is awful the owners are extremley rude and they harrased my family when we went in they even tried to lay hands on us. so if you have respect for yourself then i would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Visited this store for the 1st time a few weeks ago even though I frequent this shopping plaza often. Please ladies do not patronize this beauty supply store. There are hundreds of beauty supply stores. Go where at least the owner or workers show you respect and appreciate your business. Now, I did have a book bag on my back a really cute one I purchased from Ross a couple of years ago, so dont know. Two Asian women were standing together behind the counter. I went up to the counter and told them Im looking for glasses-one of the ladies asked do you mean sunglasses-i said yes do you have any-she told me they do and literally said they are right over there and she pointed in that direction. I said thank you and walked over to where she directed me. Before I knew it shes literary standing right behind me watching my every move. Then she stood beside me and I mean right next to me. So, rude and uncomfortable. Eventually, I said thank you and walked out. I was not going to spend even a dollar. My review would be super super long if i explained exactly what happened but you guys get it. Seriously, are these Asians still being prejudice, racist, discriminatory towards people of color. Its sickening and stupid. I wish they would realize and we need to as well it is us who makes them rich not the white woman!! Ladies we need to open up our own beauty supply stores and invest in one another. These asians capatilize off of us and still dont like us. We need women of color owned beauty supply stores!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are reading this review someone please talk about it with your cosmetologist your beautician Beauty Supply vendors we need to do something about this this is a multi-million multitrillion-dollar industry and were the ones that are spending our money on these products.

I try to support small family owned business because my family has one, but I will NEVER return to this place again. If you ask them if you can return your product for a refund, they will say yes to your face so you can make the purchase, however they fail to tell you that their policy is no refunds, which is stated on the receipt after you make the purchase.When I confronted the owner about it, he called me a liar and said many other disrespectful things. I have dealt with bad customer service before, but never with so much rudeness, lieing and disrespect. There are other beauty supply stores in Snellville with better customer service.

It is 95 outside and they dont have the air on. Its been that way each time Ive come to this store. I will not return. I gave it 3 stars because at least got what I came for. I would have bought more if it was not so hot.

So while my friend and I were here the guy that worked here wouldn’t let us use the testers and when we did he told us that they where not for “little kids” first or all I’m not a kid and second I’m never coming here again. BTW all of the products are really overrated.

I was there buying makeup and when I went to look somewhere else in the store at other items the lady there came up to me and accused me of stilling lipstick I didnt even pick up any lipstick I tried to tell her but she started talking to her husband and getting more and more aggressive with her accusation I didnt know what to do I dont still and it is very disrespectful to accuse someone of doing so with not even a speck of reasoning or proof I understand they may have that happens often and if youre stuff is being stolen and its a small buisness that can be very hard but I dont need some little lady in my face like that so rude so disrespectful and they dont need to be supported with that kind of customer service the man was very nice though and I thank him for cooling things down and keeping me from making some rash decisions

The people were rude, and very disrespectful and dont waste your time there, because there is a reason they dont have customers.

I kind of think of myself as a hair store connoisseur. The selection is small and they are out of date with a lot of products. I havent had bad customer service. I guess they saw their reviews but the store isnt up to par considering how far hair stores have came.

They may have a lot of products but their prices for weave are through the roof! One pack of weave from them cost more than double a pack from SK Beauty by Publix.
