I’ve visited the store on February 10 at 6:55 PM. They close at seven and I called at 6:30 to make sure that they had a tow bar for sale. The person on the phone said yes I said how much is it they said $99.95. I said will be right there I did ask him is it in stock and the guy on the phone said yes. But when I got there they told me that they didn’t have towbars have never had total bars. I asked to see the manager night his last name is Swan storm and he refused to come out and speak to us my wife and I and Cory who was working the front desk said if I don’t leave they were gonna call the police on me. This is the type of service you can expect from this U-Haul company. Tried to call the manager no answer. I would not recommend using this company.. DRB

Really chill people, maybe a little too chill. Had an employee that was with a customer, speaking to the customer, and was playing music on her phone in her hand. When with a customer, your primary focus should be the customer. That is what your company is paying you to do. My experience was decent. This is just what I noticed. I am doing this for the couple that experienced this.

Worst experience my family has ever had, manager was terrible and had a complete attitude. No one really wanted to work or help, waited 5 hours to get trailer hitch installed, tech messed up lights, had to fix, returned then next day and manager was rude and was giving other customers attitude. After I opened the hood and looked at my car for Maintanence 2 days later I noticed they did not secure any of the wiring they added to the battery. Absolutely unprofessional installation. This was the worst customer service and lack of care for a $300 installation. I suggest you stay away from SNELLVILLE uhaul.

SARAH is the most rudest person ever. I went to rent a retailor from this location and was continually called by the wrong name even after correcting her several times. She had a very nasty demeanor and should not be the face of this location. I will never rent from here again!

Poor customer service, no one spoke with me onsite, only communicated via web messages, kept asking for more pictures, more contact info, more references, retake pictures, it was a real pain and not a pleasant experience at all. Save your time and money and rent elsewhere.

What a great crew! Very accommodating and helpful! I know local moves charge for mileage, but I will drive out of my way to use this establishment. Such a rare find these days to come across a company that cares and assists their customers!

I was very disappointed. It is transparent to me that the accountability piece is missing. How do you improve if you keep hiring the same type of people and expect to get a different outcome. This is clearly a result of poor management. JENNIFER was the person I spoke with. She was more concern with getting my payment information than explaining my options and she just hung up on me. I was shocked! This is sad and this behavior should not be tolerated. After calling back, I spoke with Daniel and he was nicer. I dont know how companies like the stay in business. Every seed you sow you reap.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. My reservation was not where i booked it, the store closes early, I had to wait for the store to open when using the 24/7 pick up option, customer service transferred me from department to department for 45 minutes and never helped, the truck broke down and each time i asked for a manager they were not there. Their online survey doesnt even work. This place does more damage then good. Thanks for ruining the holiday for one family.

My reservation was changed with no problems, they had a vehicle I wanted, however I had to wait around 30 extra minutes for them to have truck cleaned and ready for me. I cant imagine small cabin and empty space needs that much cleaning. While I was there one customer damaged another customers vehicle. Management was not quick to react or empathetic, just brushed the concern away as not their problem.

Only reason there is 1 star is because I had to choose it. Otherwise I would definitely tell you all to rent from another location if possible but definitely not this site. The GM Jermaine Joiner is terrible. I came and and did my part on renting a U-Haul truck. Reserved it online and completed he check in online as well. I somehow managed to get a truck without a contract and also received keys for truck. Then later received a call stating the payment didn’t go through and to bring the truck back or it would be reported stolen. 1 I never was able to get in touch with the GM to discuss options because he wasn’t willing to accept the fact that they screwed up and not me. 2 a payment was later taken out of my account and I was never notified that they finally received the payment. 3 He did not know the conversation he had with this employee over the phone was heard by my sister... who by the way went to the store to make a payment on my behalf. 4 a 3 hour one way move ended up taking damn near 8 hrs and more than half of that time was spent trying to resolve the situation. 5 someone redid the reservation and added the insurance for the truck on there which I never use. I will be making some calls. This was clearly the stores screw up yet they made me out to be the problem 😡

I reserved my storage space online. Moved from VA to GA. First month was free. Only had my belongings in storage for 2 months. The only issue I had was that we had to wait almost an hour for someone to open up the storage unit to place our belongings. Maybe they were under staffed that day. Other than that, no other complaints

Standing in line for 30 minutes. Havent been helped yet. When I walked in literally no one was behind the counter and two people were waiting ahead of me. Only one person behind counter now. Two other employees sitting in the office on their phones looking at Facebook. The guy behind the counter asked one of the other employees to go ahead and get the order ready for the customer ahead of me. That employee is still sitting on his phone. I booked online and checked in online and still they are not ready with my order. Someone is also waiting on hold for a phone reservation. Probably the strangest and worst uhaul experience I have ever had.

The only reason I give this place a star is to be able to write. Worse Customer service ever. We rented for 24 hrs and they say to return it back at 8 am on Sunday even tho we rented at 1030 am,,but guess what?? They open at 9 am so we were there for an hr and then this High school kid took the truck back and when we ask for the receipt he said it will come into your email,but since we wanted a hard copy we had to wait another amazing 16 minutes because the manager had the longest line ever and instead of prioritize her service and dispatching the customer who were just returning She just mix them all up. Bottom line we will never do bussiness with them even if that means paying a lil bit more in miles.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees have attitudes and are very unprofessional. Moving into our storage unit took over 4 hours.. 3 of which were waiting on the employees. Spend the extra couple dollars to rent elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Misleading advertising !!! Fuel efficient trucks !!! I have been Uhaul customer for over 20 years. At this location, I had the worst experience ever! I rented a 10 which is nothing but a E 350 cargo van with a box. I drove less than 8 miles and put gas on the truck, they charged me for 4 galons!! How in the world do you calculate 4 gallons on 8 miles ? No way Jose!!

If you need a hitch, do not use this location!! We have found nothing but mistakes since ours has been done.First we noticed the plastic cover that goes under our engine/bumper was broken off and dragging. When we alerted the manager, he made excuses as the the plugs that hold it where old and brittle and said we can go get the parts and hed fix it. Not, he would take care of it all of it. He wanted us to run around for the parts to help fix his mistake and only was willing to take care of it when we alerted him to the problemWhen we got home, we also found scratches on our front bumper and now we find out after we purchased a trailer that they messed up the wiring on out back tail light and broke the inside casing of out tail light.We will be making another call to the corporate. The manager at the location is not willing to work with anyone and provide good customer service at all.I just hope we dont find anything else wrong with our car.

If I could give them a negative star review O would. Our marching band uses this uhaul location for a couple of years now. Today when we needed our truck on time due to an early call time for a long rode trip this uhaul location decided to give our truck away without even contacting us to see if picking it up at a location further away was acceptable for us. It was not acceptable and causes undue hardship. We had to drive further to get it and cost our high school band more money at $.99 per mile and it doubled our pick up time. When we asked to return it to the place we were suppose to pick it up at and have done business with for at least two years we were told they would charge us a fee to do so. Good customer service says they should have had the truck delivered to their location where we contracted to rent the truck before the agreed upon time...not call the customer the day of and inconvenience them and then say you are going to charge them more!

I had a hitch and wiring harness installed at this location. We connected our trailer and it blew a fuse, so no lights. we were ready to go on a trip so we drove it back up there. They did not have anyone there to look at it so they sent us to another location, got there and there was no one there who knew about the wiring, so we went back to original location. Miss Rudeness sent someone out there to put in another fuse and sent us on our way. We could have done that. The fuse blew and we again had no lights. My husband went all over the trailer and there was nothing wrong with it, so I took the car back to the original location and Miss Rudeness sent someone to look at it and he again replaced the fuse. No help and they are all so rude. My husband disconnected everything except brake and turning lights and we hoped we would make it down the road, which we did not. We went to a location in Savannah, GA and a very polite nice young man named Will Heath found the problem in 5 minutes. The wiring was wrapped around the exhaust pipe and as soon as it heated up it was blowing the fuse. He redid the wiring and clipped up the wiring which had been hanging down and almost dragging. He gave me the burned up wiring which I carried up to the original location and showed it to Miss Rudeness to which she just did and said nothing. She is so rude, no one like her should be working in a customer service job.

This place is a joke...had a reservation for a 10a.m p/u...stood in line 2,hrs..only to be told they have no truck for me...got there earlier there were 2 trucks being dropped off...in the meantime it appears that side deals were being done....this is such a unprofessional establishment..asked the guy to check other locations..he say he did..but was on hold....NOT!!!!!!!! I called the 800 number spoke with someone and a truck was located after loosing a client of to their incompetency......Donot reserve a vehicle here...chances are it will not be there.....or it will rented to this highest bidder.....SMH.......The whole Staff needs to be retrained.....

I will never go here again! They are horrible at this location. Ive never been screwed over so hard before. I usually dont do ratings, but like the other lady said Im only giving it one star just so I can warn people. Use a prepaid card because when they do something messed up on their end, they already have your credit card info, so u cant stop them from charging u even tho they were in the wrong. Smh..they charged me $130 more than what my amount originally was and I even called corporate and all they did was make a complaint for me. Straight b.s..!

This Location has the ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGER. SHAUNDA is Mean Spirited, Snappy, Kurt, Very Unprofessional. Theres several Employees at this Location who really should be Fired. Starting with the Manager.In my Dealing with that Location....Theres on 3 People there who are Nice, Courteous, Patient and Professional their Names are Candace, DaShawn and another AA Gentleman whos name I didnt get.My Truck was Nasty and Sticky, Shaunda screwed My Bill Up, Double Charged Me. Then became very Baligerant when I bought those issues to Her Attention.Ive dealt with this Location years ago when the Manager was Ricardo. Im trying to figure out Why Does the Uhaul Corporate Office allow that Ignorant, Loud Mouth Manly Looking Woman Shaunda to Manage so a Busy Location. I rented the truck at 7pm 3/28/14. At 9am 3/29/14, I received a call from the location requesting i bring the truck in early because it would help them out. Even after being up till 4am completing my move i got up tired and sore to bring the truck in. When i arrived on site i jokingly asked the two ladies behind the front counter (neither of whom offered me so much as a good morning; the term Ladies being used liberally) if i would get a discount for inconveniencing myself and returning the truck early. I cannot tell if a discount was applied or not, i do not read uhaul invoices on a daily basis however the attitude and sarcasm displayed by the employees was truly astounding. Regardless of being provided a discount or not the manner in which I was treated was deplorable. A simple im sorry we are not able to would have sufficed. The employee i worked with directly was Chunda Walls who evidently must hate her job. I thought Uhaul was a place where i could receive service with a smile and a pleasant greeting instead i was treated like an unpleasant chore. I do not care about the money however it is unacceptable for me to walk away with out informing someone of this incident. I will never rent from u haul again and given the opportunity will advise anyone considering it against it, having done business with both Penske and Budget in the past i regret not driving the extra mile to feel like my business is appreciated. Hard to put into words the belittling treatment i was given.

Went in asked for a bundle of medium boxes and the young lady Candace rung me up and just handed me the receipt and didnt ask if I needed help, I expressed that she didnt ask me if I needed help and was angry because I was on the phone and was very verbally disrespectful.
