London & Olga Rock!!!I visited the first Extra Space Storage on 124 & was greeted warmly by Londons smile then her warm, kind voice. She then gave me access to a storage unit to view to see if it was large enough. Once I confirmed it wasnt London located 1 on Ronald Reagan Pkwy & assisted with registering online. She informed me of the price difference with online & in-person. I was fine with not receiving the free month versus the reduced price. While registering I received an error message & was unable to refresh. Olga called me within seconds of registering to assist & sent me an email to sign my contract. She assisted me with my passcode for the gate & building entrances when I couldnt locate the codes on my signed contract or my welcome. She was very patient, polite & helpful. Neither, Olga nor London rushed or appeared frustrated by my many questions or need for extra assistance and they both offered additional assistance if needed even after everything was complete. The best customer service ever!!!

I highly recommend this location. Customer service is amazing. Michelle is awesome!! She made sure I got exactly what I needed and did it with a smile. The units are very clean and they have plenty of dolly’s available for convenience. The hours are very accommodating and ease of use and access is great.

Olga was wonderful.There were no available units for the size I wanted at her location but she called another locations, and was able to get me into my unit. Once we got there Michelle went the extra mile and took care of all our needs, this location is very clean, well lit and big. Just awesome service all around

I just want to post a review of my experience here at this facility. I have had several units here for a couple of years and have never had a problem here. I have never had any doubts about the safety or security of my belongings. I have had an incident where I accidentally left one of my unit doors open and unlocked and was discovered the next day by staff who shut the door and notified me right away of the situation. Believe it or not, nothing was touched. I also have had a need to make special requests that the staff have had every right to refuse, but have put for the effort to make it possible. I want to thank Michelle and the rest of the staff for being Great people and taking care of me and my belongings. I like having my stuff here and will continue to do so. I believe that when someone treats you right and does good, you should let them and others know about it.Thanks again Michelle and your team!

She very capably and clearly explained company rental procedures and requirements and took us on a tour of the facilityWe agreed to rent a unit.Her information presentation was outstanding. She is very well informed and very lucidly outlined facts and procedures with enthusiasm.Computers were not operating at the time of our meeting. We left and Michelle made the effort to send all required documentation to us for signature by email.Impressive operation!

Michelle is very personable, professional and prompt and giving you the assistance that you need with your storage needs. I am a current client and have two storage units with them. They keep the building very clean and the AC is always set on a cool temperature so that your items don’t grow mold or mildew as I have experienced at public storage

So, the Extra Space Storage at Ronald Reagan Pkwy in Snellville is awesome!!! Their indoor Storage is climate controlled and always clean... and Michelle is super!!! Shes got great communication, always available to help, and she runs a very tight ship!!! I have 3 storages here (2 autos & 1 indoor storage) and I am and have been VERY pleased.

This was the closest location that had what I needed. Its a bit further away but it is totally worth it once I met Michelle! She is knowledgeable, professional and so personable. Made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions before I even asked (she really knows her stuff)! The rental process was seamless and quick. The facility is spotless inside and out. VERY happy that we decided to rent here.

Extra Space Storage does a good job, but this one seems to have a manager who is really top notch. She has been very helpful, very informative and very professional. They are not the lowest price, but the manager at this location clearly make the monthly payments seem to be worth it.

Rented unit on line. Process was quite easy. Established access code and went unit next day. Access was quick and easy. Storage facility very clean with great lighting. Prior to getting to unit received welcoming phone call, that explained exactly where the unit was located and offered to answer any questions and did!

She gave me a run down of the property, how it works and when she would be available to assist which is all the time. She provided options for me even down the line. Be very careful here before renting. If you walk into the the facility, they have one price. If you look online, there is a lower price. They will not tell you in store that a different price exists and if you got your pricing online, you will have to bring it up and show proof of the price at that moment, because they arent pushing that lower price. Be diligent in your research here, the online pricing changes throughout the day.If you are an existing customer, you cannot rent any units at the web rate. That price is only for those new customers. If you are an existing customer and get an additional unit to upgrade and then let your old unit go. They have what they are calling a transfer fee. So, be very careful on what size unit you rent. If you get a smaller unit and decide later that you need a bigger unit and try to rent a new bigger unit, an additional fee will be added called a transfer fee.Its a nice facility, but I wish there website and employees would disclose this information upfront, that would alleviate a lot of problems.
