The employee here actually blew his nose and refused to wash his hand after touching the ice cream cones and i asked him nicely he got nasty and refused again he was older and indian very disgusted with this location. Dont go here there employees might give you coved or something worse

Just went in and watch the gentleman blow his nose and come right over to help us. I asked him if he would please wash his hands or put on some gloves and he got nasty and said I could go somewhere else cause his hands were clean.

This is Dunkin Doughnuts and BR. Nice shop with lots of quick food options, open early till late. Definitely good for a quick enexpensive bite.

Never going back. staff was rude and impatient with my daughter. just a 6yr old being indecisive about ice cream. they should know how it works by now...

I drove there from a little further west since this is the closest Baskin-Robbins and arrived around 11:15pm because it said they were open until 12AM midnight.. and they were closed! Extremely disappointed for fuel wasted and time wasted!

Late at night and need to satisfy your ice cream crave at twice the price of the grocery store. The ice cream I call a every day taste. Yet children see look and want to have. The the price on the 31st of any month is a discount. The coffee is always warm. The funny part is the hot collar 😂

I arrived for a DoorDash baskin Robbins order that was ready at 9:42. I arrived at 9:57 and the store was locked. The hours outside said they close at 10:00. I called them and they ignored my call until the 3rd time I called, and when they picked up they said they close at 10:00, even though it was still 9:58 (their huge clock in the store even said 9:58). They were technically still open for 2 more minutes but they could not just give me the DoorDash order (which was already ready and had been ready for 20 mins). Inconvenience for me as a DoorDash driver, made me lose money. Also an inconvenience for my customer who could not get their food.

Got order wrong. Wrong topping on both sundaes and wrong ice cream for second sundae and not even a flavor I like but one I hate. Lazy or incompetent service. Not what was on my order.

They will not give me a cup of water. Starbucks always gives you water for free

Same Dunkin Donuts. I had coffee. I have yet to try them but they had gluten free brownies. I admit that the staff is friendly but not enough to keep even the table clean.

This place is a mess. Dirty floors. Messy seating sloppy counters. The young lady at the counter has a very cavalier demeanor which translates into she couldnt care less if you buy anything or not.Baskin robbins 31 should be made aware that this location does not represent the chain with any decency. So much so it only has 16 flavors of half frozen ice cream. Not the 31 flavors of fresh frozen ice cream baskin robbins is famous for.Avoid this place at all costs.
