I always dread having to go for an oil change.. And I know people always take the time to post complaints or when they’re unhappy with the service they receive. So, I figure today I would make it a point to take a moment and say what great service I received at this Jiffy Lube location today! (Michigan Street, South Bend, IN. 9/23/21 @6:00pm)After a long work day, last thing you want to do is go take care of vehicle maintenance and issues and deal with attitudes and horrible customer service. Really seems rare to deal with nice people in the service industry these days. Well, all three of their employees were so delightful, polite, informative and helpful. They were cracking jokes, and being silly.. even though it was almost closing time for them as well. After today, I don’t want to ever need to go anywhere else for my oil change, cabin filter change AND the nail in my tire!Thanks lady and gentlemen for a great experience today! I hope that this review makes a difference for you, as you did for me today, when you didn’t have to!

I would thank Derek and his staff for checking my car. My Engine overheated came on. I was very concerned. Derek went above and beyond to check to see what the problem was. He had wished he had more tools to find out what the problem really is. He tried and I appreciate that. He made me feel better. He recommended that I take it to a shop. Kudos! To the staff nice and friendly I always come here for my oil changes.

The technicians worked quickly and were very kind and professional. My tire was unable to be patched, so they placed my spare on and got the right tire in stock in just a few hours. Price was also great.

The serum ice was performed in a short time. Technicians and the Individual who walked me through the process wee very professional and knowledgeable. The only isdue is the service was very expensive.

First all thanks to CODY for the help in finding a part I needed for my hummer. However I myself did not feel safe to bring my vehicle in. And the reasoning behind this is because a rude lady worker smelled of straight alcohol!! And was bragging that she went to jail and just got out!!!! That is no where professional on any level. I’m extremely happy with Cody’s work. it was like I was talking to a manger he is a very smart gentleman and really good at knowing what I was trying to describe to him. Thank you so much I hope you’re rewarded in some way!!

The staff is friendly and seem to be knowledgeable. However, a few items on the receipt that was marked as checked wasnt checked. Also I am having a hard time paying 3 times as much for a service where they are doing less than they ever have because so much on the newer vehicles are sealed.

They were very friendly and fast. The only reason I am giving three stars is because I paid about $115 for an oil change. I dont really care how friendly and fast you are, an oil change should never cost that much. I could have went anywhere else and paid 50 to 80 bucks. Again, great customer service and super friendly. But that isnt worth the extra cost.

Went in for an oil change and they saw that my serpentine belt was ready to go.So happy they took the time to check it because when they took it off, it split right down the middle. This could have been a really bad thing had it happened while I was driving and could have taken out a lot of other components with it.They had the belt in stock and we were on our way in under an hour.Thank you Jiffy Lube employees !!

Im not one to take my car in somewhere for a service, I always do the work myself. I was traveling home and got a warning light about my battery. They were able to solve the issue quickly and also do a professional oil change. I was very satisfied.

I paid for the signature oil change service. They did change the oil but did not do all the perks that are advertised, like cleaning windows and topping off windshield fluid. I probably wont use jiffy lube again. Way more expensive than Belle tires, and they didnt even do what was advertised for the expensive price.

I am very displeased with my service I was just there in my jeep. The lady that checked me in told me everything was fine with my vehicle. After I left I headed my way to advanced auto. Because I knew I had to get a new air filter. Which was not offered to me. After checking under my hood I realized that I have no antifreeze in my vehicle at all. I have dealt with this lady before when she told me it’s cheaper at Walmart to get my air filter and oil services completed. I will not be back here again nor do I want contacted about this!!! Poor service

Valve cover gasket replacement, oil change, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. They did a great job and even more they were very helpful working with me and my hectic work schedule. They let me drop the car off at 05:00 and once they opened for business and began working on my car they called me and kept me in the loop step by step. Thanks guys!!!

Well my boyfriend and I had came in for an oil change last week . And we were shocked how fast they got everything done. They did such a perfect job and were super knowledgeable. Great service. You get to stay in your car which I wish had been the procedure long before the pandemic. All the employees wore their masks the whole time. They were very friendly and courteous.

$600 dollars for new brakes rotors and caliper only only the technician to forget the bolts. My cars brakes went out on the highway. If I could leave a negative star rating I would.

Came in for an oil change about 35 min ago. Waited in line for 20 minutes and that was when I looked inside and realized that a lady with the name badge Sydney wasn’t wearing a mask. So at this time I’m not okay with coming into the shop. You guys don’t take mask serious enough and it’s a shame.

The mechanic went out of his way to fix my vehicle on a Sunday morning without an appointment! He literally saved my job.

I asked for synthetic high mileage oil. The garage manager was helping out with my vehilce. When he went to go fill the car with new oil, i saw that he had a big jug that had been reused numerous times (im sure for multiple grades of oil). How do i know that was the oil i actually requested? Also, i offered a synthetic oil filter. Which i took. I did however ask what the difference was, i was told its made for synthetic oil. Im sorry but thats not an answer, know the products your pushing.

WAY over priced for an oil change. Basic conventional oil was quoted at $40 over the phone, charged over $70!! Very underhanded shady thing to do. If I didnt really need this done today, I would have taken it to Midas down the road when they had an opening nearly ¼ what jiffy charged me. Even the car wash would have been ⅓ what they charged! Robbery!

Pretty fast service for decent price

Two Derricks working here. One manager and the other a tech. Praise to both of them! Bought my new tires other then here and was able to get them installed same day without an appointment and very satisfied! Five stars no doubt, just wished they wouldnt had switched out my tire valve stem caps!
