Didn’t deal with the stereotypical “hard sell”. Was pleasantly impressed by Mike who showed my wife and I around. I told him how much money I was working with and what I was looking for. He got me right away. He showed me a nicely equipped Ford Edge. There was none of that let me go ask my manager business. We quickly agreed on a price. Now I’m a proud owner of a Ford Edge. Next car I buy I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Bought a truck from them. I was told they would replace the wheel bearing at no extra charge. They replaced said wheel bearing but when I got the truck back the brakes made a terrible noise. I pulled the wheel off and come to find out the Mechanic that had changed the bearing had put the brake pads on backwards which had completely ruined the pads and rotor on the drivers side. Not to mention they also failed to advise me about the other wheel bearing failing. Would not do business with them again.

Completely rude and unreasonable. Made rude comments about my vehicle, stating that the interior was destroyed when it needed vacuumed. Told me I was going to need to pay for a tire, detailing, and service for the vehicle as part of the deal. Refused to talk to me or deal with me on my trade, only wanted things on his own terms. Would not recommend coming here, he will try to rob you blind on your vehicle.
