Very unprofessional. Make sure you get a carfax on any pre-owned vehicle they have because they wont offer you one untill after the sale. Make sure you go over the vehicle with a white glove because they wont cover the garbage they sale.

This was a first time experience for me purchasing a vehicle on my own. My husband was always here to do this. Being a widow, I was a little apprehensive, but there was no need to be. Zachary at Dutch Miller Kia was WONDERFUL. In fact all of the staff was great, It was a grest experience and I left with the car I wanted.
Never had an issue with the dealership purchasing. It’s the service that lacks. I schedule maintenance on my jeep. Drop off in the morning and leave all day for hours. Go to pick it up and haven’t even started on it. Has happened more than once. Why schedule it and inconvenience myself with getting a ride to and from if they aren’t going to stick to their schedule??
It was just an inspection, but I dropped off the car at the appointed time, it was done in less than an hour. They did not discover anything that needed to be done, didnt try to talk me into anything. Every one was very courteous. I get all of my Jeep work done here.

Was in Southern Ohio, traveling from Florida, and had a wheel bearing go bad on my Grand Cherokee. Closer Jeep dealers—Glockner’s in Ashland, KY, and in Huntington, WV—said they couldn’t work me in for a week and a half. Called Dutch Miller in Charleston and explained my situation, and the service manager scheduled me for 7:30 the next morning. I didn’t really know if the noise in the front end was a wheel bearing or the transfer case or what, but it turned out to be the wheel bearing and they fixed it in short order. Very pleasant service staff there. I couldn’t be happier.
Our fire department was in need of a pickup truck at a decent price we shopped around for some time and came across Dutch Miller commercial sales. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful though the entire process with weekly updates on the progress and delivery date and know we have a brand new pickup
My daughter and I were driving to North Carolina and had an issue with our Ford which made us concerned to drive further. We drove into the Kia dealer in S Charleston, WV on Saturday morning g and they couldn’t have been nicer. Despite not being a Ford dealer, they were able to fix our issue quickly and inexpensively! The people there were very nice and fun to work with. Definitely made car buying easy when it came time for them to do any offers for up grades or anything they explained them all very well and if you said no on any there was no push or feeling you were being made to take it. They went over everything on the vehicle the paperwork and even explaining the protection coverage. They also take time out to introduce you to the other staff show you where you would go for car maintenance and also where the parts and garage is at as well if ever needed.

Great service every time I stop here with my truck. Seen promptly at the service desk and things are taken care of. If theres anything else that crops up they come and inform me before proceeding. Best to make an appointment if its just a regular oil change service as it can be a busy place!
Greg Woods is amazing! His many years of experience definitely shone through! I have been looking for a hydro blue JEEP Rubicon with certain options and when I saw one on autotrader or cars.com and called...guess what...they arent actually there. When I saw this Rubicon, I immediately called Dutch Miller and lucky for me Greg answered the call. We discussed the stock photo and he immediately fast walked to the lot and texted me pictures which showed EXACTLY what I wanted. We went back and forth with information and I was able to to put a deposit down until I could drive the 352 miles to Dutch Miller. Yep!! That is how far I drove to get this Rubicon because they just are not available and it was worth the drive. Not only was the transaction seamless it was also comfortable with every team member being helpful from trade-in value to 36 month - zero % financing. Scheduling service appointment online was easy to do. Service writer was polite and helpful. They were able to diagnose and repair my truck in a timely manner and fixed a recall while they had it. My work was done under warranty so I don’t know what they would rate on cost but as far as my current experience goes, I’m not sure what else you could ask for from a service department.
Was polite but over the phone told me to come in for a test drive, but when we arrived was told to come back in 2 months, just my experience but ill be looking elsewhere for my vehicle purchase

John was more than helpful. From our first meeting where my wife and I wandered through your selections of Gladiator models without a salesman hovering. The service dept. took 21/2hrs trying to diagnose my2016 3.0 liter Ram engine noise to no avail. They had no answer to why it was making the noise and sent me on my way. I’m learning more on the internet than they told me so maybe they should start reading the literature I am. Very disappointed.Diesel mechanics should be better trained. Don’t wait till something breaks down on the roads and then say “here’s your problem”
Took my 2013 dodge charger in for recall they fixed that great but I also asked to see if they could help with I tick on the top and bottom of my motor they charged me $147 to tell me the same thing I told them was wrong and then tried to sell me a $9000 motor for my charger. And now my car is broke down seem like its not getting gas idk whats going on but this guy is not to happy because my car was running just fine until yesterday. Same day it came out is the same day it broke down .

We have had nothing but a bad experience the first time using Dutch Miller Dodge Service. Still waiting on them to take care of scuffs and scratches on the side of our vehicle that they did while working on it. It is going on a month now and still waiting on their call to fix it. They did not call the entire time when they say they will, or follow through with you. Will not be going back to this dealership again for anything to be worked on. Also employees said that this happens all the time and that their parking area and room to work is to small and they have to do repairs to damage on customers vehicles all the time. Very disappointed 😑

I was honestly dreading talking to a salesman.. I went in looking at a smaller vehicle, one year older (2021), and at a higher price. For reasons only known to God that vehicle just didn’t work out for me. Well, my salesman Allen Broughton got me out of the dealership in a model bigger than I was looking at, a year newer (2022), and at a better price than the smaller vehicle. I’m absolutely astounded at the customer service and compassion he and Chris (financing) offered during my transaction. Jake Rollo (sales manager) worked with Allen to get me the best deal possible and boy did I ever get the ride of my dreams!! I will never buy a car from ANY other dealership and will never own anything other than a Kia ❤️🖤🤍 I am 150% satisfied with my time spent at Dutch Miller! Thank you all so much! Since Im new to the area, I was weary of going to Dutch Miller Dodge, after reading some reviews. I can now say that they were honest with me when diagnosing my AC problem, and they were able to have my needed part in the following day, and repaired my car in a very timely manner. Customer service was very good, and I would have given 5 stars, but I still had to pay the Dealer cost for repairs. I would recommend Dutch Miller Dodge to Dodge owners in the Charleston area!
They fixed my car and it runs new even though it has 90,000 miles! only problem was there was alot of miscommunication on the phone and the service department didnt answer their phone alot. im from out of town and i definitely recommend for any jeep services!

The people in the service department are always friendly and competent. They fixed the side door on our van as it was hard to open and close. Somehow it must have also fixed the driver seat motor that makes the seat go back and forth because it wouldnt move and now it does.
Took our 2015 ram 2500 in because transmission is slipping, slams into gear and gets stuck in gear while passing on the interstate. No phone calls from Dutch Miller. I called the next morning and was told that the truck was finished but they could not duplicate the problem. Was told when we picked it up that they did a test run on the loop of interstate but it runs fine. On our way home transmission slipped twice and slammed into gear once. Will not be returning to Dutch Miller service department ever again. Seems like they service department would have at least called one time to let us know something or at least ask a question!
I needed a tail lamp assembly for my Dodge Caravan. They had the part in stock, scheduled me in for later that day and was covered with warranty with no problems. Nice clean area, nice waiting room. Treated customers with respect.

I went to Dutch Miller needing a vehicle due to mine being on the last leg. As I looked through a couple of car windows Joe Stoneman came out, introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. After telling him my situation and what I was looking for financial wise he talked to me about the 2021 Kia Forte GTline. I initially wanted something else but after he explained how it would work for me I gave in and it ended up being the best decision. Waiting on the vehicle was the hardest task but if I called Joe, he remained professional and nice. Thus far, I absolutely love my vehicle and thank Joe for his expertise and setting me up with the best vehicle for me.

When I arrived I was greeted by one of the salesman. I was on a cane he was kind enough to helped me inside and we sat down at his desk. Where we sat and looked over some vehicles. I love my Kia Sportage! I bought it used, but the condition is pristine. Dominic was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the features to me. The test drive we took was informative, and he put me at ease. When I drove cars at other dealerships, the salesmen always seemed to make it awkward, but not Dominic! He made it feel like I was taking a drive with a friend, while pointing out all the neat things the car had to offer. He also made sure that it would be available, even though I called him on his day off to tell him I wanted to buy it. The other guys at Dutch Miller all seem to work together well, and really put the customers first. Although I declined to take it, they offer a nice extended warranty that covers a whole range of services. Next time you need a new or used car, check out their selection! I had a really great experience at Dutch Miller, and I think you will too.
Outstanding Service! We had an emergency; called the service department and the next day they had us scheduled. Even gave our warehouse manager a loaner. This company realizes how vital it is to keep your fleet rolling. We will go nowhere else but Dutch. 5 stars just dont seem enough for what they have done for us!

Service Dept. is worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never go back here. I’m 46 years old and I’ve bought 12 vehicles in that time and this place has made me to not ever buy from a dealership again.
If there was any other place to take my Jeep for service in the Kanawha Valley I would do so but sadly there isn’t. I had a 9:15am appointment to have my Jeep looked at the week of July 26. I said I would wait to hear what the evaluation was. Over two hours I watched my Jeep move up maybe two places in the service line. No one spoke to me. I looked again and there was no further movement by noon at which point I called an Uber and just left. I’m asking myself why do they even have appointments if my appointment was at 9:15 and it hadn’t been looked at by noon?At 12:49 I got a call telling me what was wrong and authorized the repairs telling the tech to fix everything that was wrong. I had gotten water in my Jeep and among other things the radio, horn, nav system wasn’t working. When i went to pick it up I found that the nav system was still not working. After some discussion they basically told me - Oh we didn’t know you wanted that fixed too. I said fix everything. Repairs that were done cost $1000 which wasn’t unexpected. Was told the cost of a new nav system was $1700 more. They apparently didn’t even look at the nav system. If they didn’t look at it how could they know it wasn’t repairable? It was easier to just give me the cost of the new system.I bought the Jeep custom ordered there almost 5 years ago. They did nothing but submit my order and tell me it was delivered when it came in about three months after the order. I made my complaints about the poor service then known to management. They had a kid who knew nothing about Jeeps trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Was terrible.NEVER will I go back there. I’ll buy a new Jeep in Summersville or Hurricane before I take mine back to Dutch Miller for service. You all should be ashamed. Oh, and the stupid commercials are embarrassing. Someone should tell the owners.

Folks were nice enough, however, my jeep patriots 4wd is still not working. Have another appointment tomorrow. Hopefully they will be more willing to work on it instead of resetting the trouble codes and saying that it is fixed.
