There were three obstacles the dealership was faced with this week with our vehicle. They explained the circumstance and ensured this is very rare to run along any such obstacles in daily operations. *Advisory*Avoid Joe Holland Dealership in South Charleston WV at all cost. I purchased a new 2020 Tiguan from them in October 2020. Within two weeks a module went out causing most functions of the car not to work. It took them almost a month to get the part in (only after I filed a complaint with VW) to get it repaired. Since then I have had issues with the stereo freezing where I have to leave it overnight to be able to us it. Then on Saturday check engine light comes on saying check engine oil. The car needed almost an entire quart of oil added to it. Car only has 2,700 miles on it. I contacted the dealership and they refuse to do anything other than sell me another car. They do not care about their customers. They only want your money then after ship you off to someone else. Their sales manager told me this. Please share even if you are not in WV. I want to spread the word so everyone knows who they are dealing with.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would pick it!! My sons VW Tiguan was involved in an accident. It was sent to Joe Holland for suspension repairs. The vehicle took a long time for repairs. My son finally gets his car back, and it was NOT fixed. The dust shield was bent while they did their repairs. The vehicle obviously wasnt driven after they repaired it or they wouldve heard the dust shield scraping the rotor. The filled out a check list of everything they said they checked. The vehicle was still making a noise and not driving properly. We put it upon a rack and discovered the transmission was leaking. He took it back to Joe Holland. They advised the seals are leaking and the ball joint needs replaced. These are all on THEIR checklist, stating they were checked and ok. HORRIBLE service center!!

If I could leave negative stars...I would. We were told we had 2 years of included maintenance when we purchased our 2020 Tiguan. This was nationally televised as a VW special offer and can even be searched on Google and found on CNET. We asked Phillip and the finance manager several times about this and was reassured. Just went to get our first oil change and was told there was NO such maintenance plan. I called Phillip and he said that he could not find this in their system. DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will tell you whatever they can to earn your business but they obviously do not care about return business. It’s so hard to find honest car dealers these days. Such a disappointment.

Car is great and just had body work done their but now my driver window doesnt have the automatic roll up or down and I had to fix my driver mirror myself after getting it back from the body shop noticed my drive side mirror wasnt put back all the way had to do it myself but over all good

Pleasant staff but wait time for an oil change was way too long. Scheduled appt was 9:40 and walked out at 11:05.

So wait 2 1/2 hours in a waiting room thinking they’re going to fix my car. All I wanted was for a key fob to be reprogrammed. After $106 they tell me they can’t do anything to reprogram and it’s gonna be another $363 to do it for me. I will never ever go again to this place or any other car dealer for any car work ever again as long as I live. Complete waste of my time and money.

Awful customer service from management. Bought 2018 VW Passat only 1 key. Ok we settled for it. Bought a 2019 VW Jetta autoban loud noise from suspension. They left the shipping blocks in the suspension from delivery. The car I traded in my friend went to purchase. A 2016 awd ford fusion with auto start. He cant use the auto start because they wont turn it over to him. I gave to them 2 keys and the auto start they give him one. Weeks later they turn another key over and still no auto start. Called today still waiting. Now while writing this they call and change the story and claim it was turned over to him when he bought it. Tom lied! Shirley is the only helpful person in the entire building. Gave them over almost a month resolve.
