If you ever need help with your Hyundai, don’t expect an answer. Very difficult to get someone on the phone at the Hyundai Service. The woman Shirley who directs you is very nice and helpful, but Josh is the only one you can talk to for Hyundai Service questions. Multiple message left, multiple phone calls, no response. I can understand being very busy, but you need multiple people on the phones.Why is the only person who takes phone calls at Hyundai Service also taking in-person customers? You guys need someone strictly on the phones.

The dealership closes at 6:30pm we got there probably 5:30-6:00pm. Josh was our sales rep. and another gentleman, Phillip showed us all the gee-whiz stuff about the car. Id had my eye on two models from other manufacturers when I chanced a stop by Joe Holland. The experience Id had at these other two dealerships was extremely disappointing. Communication & service level at one was horrific and at the other the sales rep didnt know the product or what incentives were being offered. From his knowledge of the product to the stellar service experience he provided, I knew I needed to really consider a purchase from Joe Holland. I thought, If this is the culture they provide, I want that level of service for the life of my vehicle. Justin introduced me to the 2021 Sonata and that was all she wrote! Ive had a few manufacturing quirks to work out since then, and Justin has been attentive and friendly - making sure I know exactly who to contact to get it taken care of. One of the Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors on our 2019 Hyundai Sonata was flashing and there is a slight rattle in the moon roof. We purchased the vehicle in September from another dealership out of state. My wife scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 8:00am. We dropped it off early Thursday morning before 8:00am. My wife called later in the day to check the status and no one could tell her anything. She never received a call from the dealership. We went to pick it up at 3:00pm. We were told they adjusted the tire pressure monitor system, but the service tech had just received a call about a family emergency and had to leave and they were not able to address the rattle in the moon roof. It just seemed odd that they addressed one issue, but not the other and no one ever called to inform us of the situation or could tell us about the status when my wife called. They didn’t give us any paperwork when we picked up the vehicle either. They did offer to make it a priority to address the rattle issue if we rescheduled an appointment.

We purchased a car from Doug, over at the Hyundai part of the dealership. Doug, made this buying experience for us so enjoyable. He helped us with what we could afford and was honest with us every step of the way. You’re not going to find a better car salesman around. They were able to get us in the car we loved $50 under our budget per month. After shopping around at many other dealerships, we didn’t find anyone that even compared close to these guys and gals!
