I recently purchased a new Mazda 6 from Lester Raines Imports and was pleased with the entire experience. Made an appointment to have vehicle inspected. On Thursday 1/11/18 dropped vehicle at service area and 30 to 40 minutes later it was complete. I arrived early an had two customers ahead of me. Happy to get it done, the old sticker expired November 2017. Didnt even notice it till the end of December.

$$$$$Mazda Service: Service after the sale is full-retail parts replacement rather than parts repair. For example, sometimes a drop of oil on (perhaps) a blower motor bearing would save the cost of replacing the entire unit for several hundred. Sometimes the work is satisfactory but sometimes not. Whatever, its always difficult for me to leave the place without feeling as if the people who dealt with me directly and the people who worked on my car dont personally profit on the pricey parts they sell. More than once they have suggested $1000+ repairs that were completed elsewhere for substantially less. Lasting repairs. Ive come to learn that after-market parts & repairs can be just fine.Nevertheless, Im [signed]The happy Miata owner

LeslieDo NOT go to Lester Raines Mazda. I took my car there for warranty work and mysteriously,less than 24 hours after I get it back, the engine light comes on and I now need $3000 worth of work. But, they will offer me a savings of $800 if I purchase a new car from them. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I lost my honda accord 2005 key and Ive just got new key done today. Even their schedule is full they still help me to make the key. And the price is so much reasonable, its just 130$ for cutting and programming the key. With 3 other dealers that i asked, they charge around 250-300$.

I had a great experience ! I called due to problems with my Mazda, I was 2 hours away and he fit me in. They took care of the problem and a recall that I didnt know about and was very professional and helpful!! It was worth my 2 hour drive just to have such great service!!!!
