Came here during posted business hours, but the place is locked up tight. Definitely not a holiday, and no signage on the door indicating they are closed, just the Open sign lit up and a locked door. Other customers waiting but left.

Owner will straight out lie to you about the cost of the phone plans. He will start acting crazy if ask him to to explain what he has done. I was sold a 130 dollar plan that turned into a 200 dollar plan. I had to go to the Boost Store in the old hills mall to fix my service. They indicated that this is a common experience by many other customers. Secretly record any and all transactions with this store. His paper work is garbage. Just stay away!!

My favorite boost Mobile man has passed away so I probably will start paying online. Hes the only reason I went there. there is limited parking. No bathroom. Phone cases are 15/24$ theyre the same cases you can buy on eBay for $5 actually the ones I bought on eBay have lasted longer.

Dishonest Untrustworthy Unprofessional. The fat slob at the counter has no product knowledge and worse customer service skills. Seen him lie to an old lady so shed buy a new phone when a factory reset would have returned her phone to new condition. Once I went in to buy a new phone and the fat slob had his boy there behind the counter with him watching TV together. He wouldnt quit watching TV to pay attention to the questions I had. I dont pay any payments there and always give a bad reference.

The guy in there was a total butthole and wouldnt help what so ever. Boost mobile is just terrible service overall and you can never get a real person on the phone and if you do its some iranian that still barley helps ya.
