My fiance and I went here yesterday afternoon to buy an Xbox headset. I had no idea what I was even looking for. The guy working there offered to help me, and he absolutely did. He helped me to choose the perfect one. It was exactly what I was looking for. This man really knew his stuff. I wish I could tell his bosses what an awesome and valued employee they have working there. This 5 star rating is for the employee who assisted me, for his broad product knowledge and amazing customer service skills.

When I went in with my girlfriend to trade in her PS4, they wouldnt take it because of the damaged controller sticks. They said it would knock $40 off the trade value, but it costs like 10¢ for a new stick for the controller. I would have potentially been okay with buying a used controller to go with the trade so I wouldnt lose so much on the value, but they didnt even have any in stock. Perhaps if they would focus on actually selling games and controllers instead of filling every empty space of the store with useless collectibles and Funko Pops, they would have had a controller for me to buy. I guess they should change their name to CollectibleStop instead of GameStop.

Favorite GameStop in the area (compared to the mall and Cross Lanes)! Every employee Ive interacted with has been friendly and helpful in terms of recommending games or items based on my interests or purchases. If they dont play the types of games I typically enjoy, theyll ask another employee that does.

Call ahead to see if a certain game was in stock, they said it was and they would put it in the hold drawer... drive 35 min to get there and was told they dont actually have it. Start ordering my games elsewhere.

They have been closing an hour early, making up there own store hours when it’s posted as 8. Best to just go to the towns center mall and try your luck there instead of wasting your time with these people.

The employees were very nice and really wanted to interact and talk with you about the new games and everything, we went in today on thier sale on games and came out with three games. They gave us thier weekly ad and also a list of upcoming games.

One star is one to many. For pre-order they had people put our names on a list for the PS5. On the first release they sold-out online and for the second release they didnt even call people on the list to let them know that they arent going to honor the list and give it to people who campout all night. Also for over a year whenever I call to ask a question maybe once ever 6 months but whenever I do they are short and rude. Enjoy your one star by default because you dont even deserve that.

The staff here are friendly and oh so helpful. They really cheered me up during the lockdown months as I was searching for a DS game system and a specific game I had lost in a recent move. As an essential worker I was really looking for oh way to relax and the effort they put in really made me feel better. One of the managers especially was fantastic as she went above and beyond to try to connect me to someone who had these items closer to where I lived. A big thanks to her and all involved. You guys are the best!

Okay, so I /USED/ to be a gamer (guess I rose up!) way back before all these new consoles (like the PS3 haha, okay Im old) and was looking for guidance on what modern console I should get. The staff I spoke with was quite obviously a gamer & provided me with loads of useful information. They greeted everyone that walked in. Ill probably be back here soon.

Best GameStop ever! Ive used them for around 4 years now and have always been extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the current market for games and/or consoles. Ill typically go into the store and ask What games are hot on the market? or Whats your best selling game right now? and the staff always seem to have a good idea what they are talking about.

Although their sign on the door states that they are interested in electronic device trade-ins, I was treated like a criminal and ultimately told that they would not accept my trade-in. The trade-in device was one that rlwas honored on the website, but at the local store, they declined. Poor service. I asked if they had a copy of a game, they said they had 1 copy left but couldnt find it. Overall a terrible experience!

The staff were infinitely helpful and polite, and the store was clean and organised. My only complaint would be pricing, which obviously isnt something local staff have a say in. Overall a good experience, every time Ive been here. I find it is even simpler than attempting to peruse their website for used games, anyway!

Listen! I love these guys! They work hard, always have a great selection and one time I went up, saw a book I wanted badly but didnt have the money for atm, and the sales rep put it up for me for when I was able to come back and purchase! Which I did! Always have the games and accessories we are looking for! Great prices and sales.

I do NOT like that this GameStop puts a CD from a drawer in an open display case when you purchase a new game. Unless you get it within a few days of release, you always magically wind up with the last copy that was of course being used as a display. The other GameStop near me does not do this.

Either employees who are a**holes or not enough employees. The last time I went they wanted to not refund me the full price back which was only $6. Its always crowded.
