After another store refused to return accessories, we reached out to the mccorkle store. The employees were absolutely incredible. They were willing to help us and we will be heading there soon. Maybe management should have more than 1 person working in the evenings. The staff was friendly, but it took more than 1 1/2 hours to help the one person who was in front of me. In the time I have been waiting the line has grown to 5 people. And some people have left. Again not the staffs fault, but at some point it gets ridiculous.After waiting over 90 minutes I am told that they didnt sell prepaid phones at this store even though 1. I could have bought the phone online and picked it up within 2 hours and 2. I called this morning about a specific phone and told it was in stock.The second staff who came into the store was rude. AMAZING AT&T store. I will only go to this location due to the incompetence I experience every time I go to the southridge location. I recently had an issue fixed with Devon and I cannot express how satisfied I am. I’ve spoken to agents, managers, etc. between customer service and other local stores and no one could resolve the issue that AT&T caused but she did! Saved me the $180 I was entitled to the first place. World class service!

Everyone was super friendly. I ended up coming here having a horrible experience at another AT&T and they were all so helpful, friendly and made me feel like I was the only customer even though I wasn’t. Definitely would recommend anyone to come here and this will be the only AT&T I will ever come to!!
When I go to this store in south Charleston I am always so pleased with how friendly the staff is and very professional and knowledgeable I won’t use a different store I only come to this one thank you Devon and your team for such a great experience EVERY time!!!Oh and their district manager ….Jake I think his name is…. I went here after dealing with the rudeness from South Ridge store. They have the Best customer service I have received at any AT&T store in the area. Even when super busy they take their time and make sure you are taken care of. Super friendly staff and Management.

Had a wonderful visit with Madison and Toran, they made what is normally a very time consuming and annoying experience into something wonderful. They helped me every step of the way and made it very pleasant. I cant say enough good things about them, and will absolutely be returning for all my cellular needs.
The manager at this store was completely rude, my boyfriend and I were looking at phones and she rudely informed us that we were not to touch the phones and to just not touch the displays. I will never use this location again as long as shes around.
My recent visit to AT&T was a very good one. The representative helped me to acquire exactly what I was looking for. Being a senior citizen I wasn’t looking forward to lots of changes in what I was used too.
Madi at my local ATT store helped unfreeze my phone. Her expertise was extremely valuable for helping me regain communication tool. I am a disabled veteran who needs to be able to call an ambulance quickly. Madi made that possible again. Thanks Madi and ATT for being part of my health team!!!!!

The person who helped me was VERY helpful! I came in inquiring about AT&T service(currently with another provider)and they worked with me ran me multiple quotes. I am currently thinking about switchingI did have 1 problem. I felt super weird at the fact the employee was standing and pretty much towering over me. They explained to me they can’t sit at computers anymore which I didn’t understand. Even though the rep took their time it made the whole thing feel rushed
They signed my account up for a business plan when I’m not a business owner. They selected the most expensive plan, and I’ve lost hours of my life being transferred to multiple departments on the phone trying to resolve the issue. They quoted me $100 a month and it ended up being $200 for one phone.
This our first cell phone. Devon explained everything very well. If it wasnt for her we probably would have not got one. Even after getting our phone, she still helped us with questions we had when we got home. This has been the best experience. We had tried many times to get a cell phone and walked out of the store confused. Thanks Devon for helping us 😊 At&t south Charleston.

I went there to try and lower my bill because they are offering $35 a month unlimited and I pay $45 a month. At first they said they could do it cause I said I was going to switch then because 1 of my 3 phones on the account wasnt paid off so I would have to wait till that was paid off. AT&T always has an excuse and they are the most expensive company with awful cell service. I dont recommend this company at all!!!
A couple years ago, I ordered a phone (using the online service) to be picked up at this location. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that I couldnt have it because the only authorized user on the account was my late father. I ended up having the phone shipped directly to me. Since then, I have ensured that I became the authorized user on the account.Fast forward to today, when I went in to pick up a new phone ordered online, and again was told that I couldnt have it because my late father was the only authorized user on the account. After blowing my top at the manager and being asked to not come back (dont worry, I wont ever be caught in this store ever again), I called AT&T and, after being shuffled around a bit, I was able to arrange to have the phone shipped directly to me.Im not sure if its just this store that is incompetent or AT&T in general, but if you order online, have your product shipped to you.
Everyone is trying to sell something but not paying attention to the customers needs. No manager is never on duty. And added a line for a “free” phone, but I’m paying for it anyways... Never again

Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and kindly, but in a non aggressive manner, which was a nice surprise for stores that provide commission for their employees. Emanuel was very helpful, kind, and patient with me as I tried to figure out which plan and phone would work best for my upgrade and added line. He worked multiple plans and gave me printed financial info for each option allowing me to choose which was best for me and was not pushy. The staff was SO kind to me and were very accommodating of my three small children by providing toys, coloring books, cookies, and cartoons to keep them occupied while I focused on taking care of all my concerns. The store manager drove to another store to retrieve the phone I needed as well. Very satisfied with the kind and knowledgeable staff. In addition, I overheard other staff members working with other customers, greeting each one equally regardless of their needs or appearance, and overheard a difficult customer being handled very professionally and quietly. Very well trained in professionalism and quality work. Will definitely be back and recommend to others. I left pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase and new phone plan knowing that I was provided all the different choices and information by Emanuel, which the manager looked over to ensure accuracy each time.

As soon as Kory asked to help me she was rude, loud, overbearing and condescending. I’ve been a loyal customer with multiple phone lines for approximately fifteen years. I even stopped her and asked her why she was being so patronizing and told her she was coming across as downright rude to which she never responded. I vowed never to go to SouthCharleston location again.i feel management or owner needs to contact me personally .

Recently purchased a new phone from this store due to the $1000 discount promotion, but was lied to about the eligibility requirements. The promotion was available for new AND upgrading lines, but the store employees told me I was only eligible if I opened a new line. I questioned this and they reaffirmed me I could only get the deal if I open a second line. This lead to me opening a second line that was totally irrelevant and a complete waste of money. I am now stuck with this 2nd line for 90 days which is going to cost me an extra 3-400 dollars i would not have needed to pay. If I cancel it early, I lose the $1000 promotion. Dont buy your new phones here! Dishonest scammers.

I was in the area on vacation and my phone got damaged. I was able to come in and get help immediately. Everyone there was very helpful and was able to get me going again. I was at dinner in South Charleston and saw an AT&T employee from this store named Madyson at the restaurant in her uniform and asked if she could help me fix my phone. She immediately stopped what she was doing to help fix my issue, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you AT&T for having amazing employees who represent you well. She’s a good one. Don’t lose her! Worst experience ever! I have been coming to this location for almost a year with no problems and great service until now. The new management that they are under is incompetent and staff is unprofessional. No one knows what to do and are too busy their own phones to pay attention. I was told that the old manager no longer works there. So I suggest everyone find a new at&t to go to as well. I would give zero stars if I could.

AMAZING STORE AND EMPLOYEES!!!! WELL STOCKED. PARKING CAN BE A CHALLENGE AT TIMES SINCE THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 6 SPOTS BUT OTHER THEN THAT NO ISSUES!
The employees here are GREAT! Any problems Ive had the manager here has went above and beyond to fix!! Only thing I wish was different was seating for customers to set at with staff and more staff. I go in the evening when 3 employees are there and an extra hand during this time would be great. Still beats the wait at Southridge tho.

POOR POOR service!!!! Im disabled; I really need my phone. My hubby took my phone to this store 3 days in a row and it wasnt fixed. I had to skip my kidney dialysis treatment and call customer service my self. They walked me through factory reboot and now my phone works. They SOLD me this phone, the store should be responsible and fix it, its only 6 months old. I DONT CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very friendly staff, have to wait longer than usual but short handed staff. Is well visible and parking in the front of location. Parking lot can be tricky as is on main road and you can miss the place . Overall great.
