I really appreciate the staff at this location. I came in with a few concerns and questions. My associate was friendly and cheerful, and very attentive as I described my issues. She repeated back my situation and made sure she understood everything. She then promptly corrected my problems. 10 out of 10 would recommend... actually have already recommended them in the past. Todays interaction just solidifies that confidence.

I have been a Verizon customer for almost twenty years. I was having a difficult time getting an older phone acitivated and some other Verizon associates (other locations) were rude and uninterested in helping me when they realized I wasnt buying anything. I walked into this Verizon store and Brent (wireless expert) politely greeted me and offered to help me. He actually listened! He was professional, friendly, and very kind. He activated my phone, offered information about my plan, advised me on devices for future purchases, and answered all of my questions. He genuinely made my day! Taking the time to listen and showing kindness are not valued as much in todays society, but Brent obviously understands their value. Thank you again Brent ! You are truly an asset for Verizon! You blessed me abundantly and Verizon is blessed to have you!

We came came into verizon trace-fork to add 2 lines for my boyfriend . He had straight talk. We first had alex who was so nice. He worked so hard dealing with straight talk. We had to come back to trace-fork today and jason helped us. My boyfriends phone and watch wouldnt work so jason has been helping us and on the phone for about 4 hours dealing with straight talk and Verizon. Ended up being something with insurance. Jason fixed all the issues and was great 👍 this is exactly why i have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years thank you!

What an excellent experience. I had been with my previous carrier since 2005. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsey Ooten. This young lady was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She assisted with 2 phones and a tablet, completed data transfers and answered all of my questions. I have never had a more pleasant or personable experience in purchasing phones. She is a highly-qualified and highly-recommended professional.

I finally decided that I was going to switch to my husbands phone plan through Verizon from my personal plan through AT&T. While I was at it, I decided to get a new phone as well. My husband and I walked in and we were immediately greeted and assisted by Charlie. Although they didnt have the phone I initially wanted, he offered to order the phone for me. I declined, just because I was eager for a phone that day, so he set me up with an awesome phone that was comparable to the one I wanted. Charlie kept us talking and laughing through the whole process, so it felt like we were in there for 15 minutes tops! He even almost had my husband buying a new phone! (Husband is still highly considering coming back and buying said phone.) Hes been the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman Ive seen in the phone business so far. He left me happy with my phone, and happy with my choice of switching to Verizon!

I had an EXCELLENT experience at this location with Alex! I have also worked with Jessica in the past and she was phenomenal as well. This particular time, I went in after my phone had completely died after three years of use. Alex was great with showing me every option, and was straightforward with me about the pricing and benefits of each device. I never once felt like he was pressuring me to buy something just because he “wanted to make a sale.” I spent about 2 hours in the store that day, and Alex gave us his undivided attention, and answered every question with patience and kindness! I walked out that day extremely happy with my purchases and confident in what I had just bought! He has followed up twice now with personalized phone calls just to check in to make sure I was really happy. He made the experience painless and stress free. I highly recommend this location!

Came into verizon today because my Disney+ subscription was not working. I couldnt believe they have stayed open the entire time of the Covid 19 Virus pandemic. First of all, we were met with a very Courteous person upon arrival .This person was Jeremy. He was excellent at helping us. Listened to our requests, explained the problems and fixed them with accuracy. We were very pleased with his service. I will personally recommend others to go there.

I was at the point of exasperation by alert sounds would come up on phone for no important reasons at any time day or night. I found this very disturbing. So I called and got problem fixed with explanations I could understand and follow on my own. I was pleased to note all wore masks, kept social distances, and used sanitizer. My rep was extremely patient with all my questions and time it took to help me.

Soo I decided to go to Verizon I met w Alex and Jessica told them my horrific story and Alex and Jessica calmed me down said they would work something out for me and by God they did bc im currently going home with a note 20. Walked in today to switch from US Cellular to Verizon, Jessica greeted us and was very friendly. She spent about 3 hours with us making sure that she did everything that she could to get us every discount that we were applicable for. By the end of it we ended up having a superior cell phone service at a lower cost than our original. I couldnt have asked for better or friendlier service. The first time I accidentally deleted my keyboard & she was able to reinstall for me. I am overall pleased with my experience except he co-worker Brent getting rude with her in front of while she was putting in all the necessary information. I would gladly refer a friend to Taylor, but would suggest they avoid Brent.
