I went to the store on 8/30/21 for trade in phone info. Joshua A. indicated I qualified to trade in my old phone for a new one for $1,000 worth. I took the cover off my old phone he checked it and confirmed once again the amount for the trade in. He said once I receive my new phone by mail to transfer all data from my old phone then bring it to the store so the $1000 can be applied. I get to the store today and surprise!!!! Another rep says its not worth $1,000 but probably $350 due to a small crack on the back. Therefore, Id have to pay the difference. I explained to him Joshua had verified the phone. He apologized for him and thats it. Great customer service guys, just awesome πŸ‘ πŸ‘Œ

I would personally like to say Orlando is a very nice guy and helped me get a new iPhone fast and easy. He also helped me switch my number over from T-Mobile to at&t easily. He told me about the discount for the unlimited plan which helped alot and also when he switched my T-Mobile number to at&t it was his day off!!! He did it from home….. now that’s a hard worker and great business. Don’t let this review go unnoticed he deserves something I really appreciate all his help 😁

It’s a good store, employees are very helpful. Just a heads up tho, on Sundays the store is closed. They have new temporary hours. Was disappointed to learn this b/c on maps it says the store is open on Sunday but in fact it is not.

I just want to thank Mason who was MORE than helpful and did such an amazing job helping me get a new phone and helping my (not so easy to get along with) grandpa update his old phone to switch to a new one ! After going to countless other locations he was able to help all of us get everything we needed to accomplish done! He was very patient with us and a life saver for my family and I. He is doing an amazing job! I will defiantly be going back to him to switch my X-finity internet over to a better plan!

My husband and daughter and I went to AT&T and had the most wonderful and pleasurable service from Mason Logan. He was so knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectations. He found us savings that we never thought were available. He was so kind and patient with me.. I am technically challenged. I just had to write this review because it it 100% earned!

I was very satisfied due to the fact that I went it there to change mobile lines and it got completed. It was resolved in a timeline manner. The only reason it took 20 minutes plus, was because the problem was on my end. Not the employee.

I signed up for phones in May. I was lied to about when they’d arrived. Canceled order went to the store. I was told $300 a month, now I’m being billed over 500 a month and they are not supposed to draft my account on a certain day because I changed my billing date, yet the keep pulling money and over drafting my account, I spend 4 hours every month between complaining about their screw up and calling my bank to again dispute charges. Ready to cancel service and go back to my previous provider. Thanks ATT for showing me how incompetent your company is and showing me that your reps will lie to make a sale. Sad

Watch out for these guys as they are snakes. Bought and activated two phones here. Both times additional protection plans and add ons were put on my account without my knowledge or permission after I left. This is clearly not a rouge employee but the store culture. AT&T is better than this and they need to take action against the fraudsters.

I Highly recommend this AT&T location. I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Angel. I walked in just expecting to get information on shipping my phones I was going to trade-in. Angel went above and beyond!Turns out the rep who initially Signed me up for AT&T put me on the wrong phone plan. When Angel took a look at my phone plan he got me an even better deal with the same monthly payments, assisted me was signing up for multiple discounts that I was qualified for. Also, broke down my billing for me and advise me of all the information that was missed during my initial sign up with AT&T from the previous rep from Target.Angel was very patient when I was trying to get all of my credentials together. Not to mention, the manager Josue was very proactive in assisting me with the shipping details. I walked in feeling very overwhelmed and walked out more than satisfied!Even after leaving the store, I reached out to Angel over the phone and Angel was very quick and thorough about answering my questions that I had forgotten to ask why I was at the store. I just have to say what an amazing experience I had overall at that AT&T location because of Angel and Josue! I Definitely will be referring others their way!

My mom and I came in to trade in our phones eddy was the one to help us out. We had to order my phone, which I was okay with. What really upset me is I was told with even a crack in my screen that my phone would trade In for $300. I go in to trade in my phone and was told I would get $25 dollars for my phone. If that was the case I would have kept my old phone. They told me I could go get the screen fixed, which cost me $65, and then come back and trade my phone in for the value. I then told angel that if I knew I could just switch everything back over and just keep my old phone. He then told me there was a fee to do even that. I was upset cause in the end I spent more than I wanted to due to Eddy only wanted to get the sale to get his commission. Then when my mom got her phone they were setting up the phone in the store and he walked away for about an 30 minutes. He didn’t come back and she had to get a different sales member and he helped her out to a point. Two hours later we had to go and my mom was already upset walking out and her phone still not set up. DO NOT recommend this location. Go Somewhere else. Maybe a different provider as well

The Next Up program was added without my knowledge or consent. When I asked if there were any interest or charges associated with getting a payment plan for my new phone, I was told none. I asked a couple of times. I was able to get the charge removed when I called customer service, after they explained to me the plan is optional, a fact which is not apparent on the website. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service but this does nothing to foster trust in AT&T.

Just like any other wireless box store. They will tell you anything just to get you in. Apparently AT&T rates it’s customers just like Uber or Lyft. If you ever cancel a service don’t hope to be treated like an A+ customer if you decide to come back, no matter what your credit is. My visit was a complete waste of 2 hours of my time. They must think that if you are patient enough to spend so much time with them, you’ll settle for anything. Never again. They all lie, including the managers.

This AT&T store always comes through with great service, solving mobile service problems or getting new service/devices. Stopped in to get our tablet upgraded and although they didn’t have the tablet we wanted in store, Geon got us set up (quickly) with an awesome alternative. We also got an appointment for new cable/internet service to be set up next week that only took 5 min to set up. We’re always happy with the service at this store and Geon didn’t disappoint!

The manager Garret Minaglia have bad customer service and not attentive to his surroundings. He was helping a customer and talking about personal business. So, he was not helping him anymore, he gave him his personal number. And talked about his son birthday tomorrow facts. Bad extremely bad manager skills need to change his position. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. We are in town visiting the area when our phone decided to die on us. We purchased a new phone from this location, only to discover that it’s been blacklisted and flagged as a stolen item. After getting back to the store we are informed that there’s no more in stock however if we would like to drive even further out of our way, another location has it in stock. Since this is something that AT&T should be more than accommodating to handle and fix for us since we are being extremely inconvenienced, the manager goes to pick up the phone from another location (after we had to inform them that there’s no way we are going to run around chasing down a phone to replace a stolen product they sold). Before she goes she so kindly advises us that they will gladly waive the restocking fee. Restocking fee? A) why would you ever think that a customer that was sold a STOLEN phone from YOUR STORE even be held responsible for something like that and B) why would there even be a restocking fee, the phone is blacklisted. So are you telling me that someone else could be sold this merchandise and be subjected to not only the time inconvenience but the awful attitudes given by the manager and employees? I would caution anyone considering going to this location to think twice about it because not only would you potentially be in for the inconvenience of purchasing stolen merchandise, the customer service treatment you would receive is just as bad.
