Service was great when i bought my Samsung galaxy note 7. Now that the recall happened it has gone down. Guess they only care about commission. The normal person at Super Target South Elgin is an airhead that must live under a rock because ive called a few times asking how to go through with the recall for samsung galaxy note 7 and each time she acts as if she didnt know such a thing was going on. Im sorry but that right there shows horrible customer service. YOU SELL PHONES FOR A LIVING! KEEP UP WITH WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE PRODUCT YOU ARE SELLING!She must be one of those iPhone dependant SPECIAL people.
