You’ll pay $9 for a cup of milky half-blended ice cream in a cup no taller than your iPhone (milkshake). Charged for toppings but somehow they never made it into the shake. The associate lacked basic communication skills. I would have had the shake corrected if it wasn’t understaffed with a line out the door. Poor worker was overwhelmed.Nestle, Be better. Hire more people. Offer more value to your customers. Thank goodness your ice cream is delicious.

Staff was nice and friendly. We got a scoop of rocky road, a Fiesta brownie and cookie sandwich.

I thought this place was dope! A lot of people complained about how expensive it was, like yeah-Everything in Lake Tahoe is overprice and expensive! At least this was original, tasted really good, and wasnt something Ive seen at 10 other beach or lake tourist traps! Got to make my own Ice Cream sandwich! @ different cookies! Loves the PB Cups too!

Fun place to stop into for a quick hot chocolate or a sugary treat, but its nothing amazing or mind blowing. The turtle mocha I tried was fine, but it tasted like it was from a package, and the walnut chocolate chip cookie seemed day old. My friend said the hot chocolate was okay, but nothing remarkable. Probably better just stopping into the Starbucks across the street. The staff was very friendly and nice though, so A+ to them!

The cookies were so delicious, we tried the peanut butter and triple chocolate but the brownie was not as good as I expected. A little hard around the sides. The drinks were SOOO sweet overall worth a trip. Walk in with mask on, order, take your order out the door.

Im not usually crazy about hitting up a chain, especially in a place thats new to me. But it was the end of our evening and I hadnt found a treat that really did it for me. I was craving some sugar that would punch me in the face and this place delivered. I went with one chocolate cookie with dark and white chocolate chips and one - I dont know what to call it. Basically, they molded a peanut butter cookie into the shape of a bowl and then filled it with milk chocolate and swirls of peanut butter. Both were exactly what a wanted and super yummy! Especially the latter - it was pretty darn sweet and the salty peanut butter gave the perfect balance.

The girls answered my questions and they were friendly and funny. My mocha is delicious!

Its -4C outside. No one wants to be outside, and yet this place insists on keeping its doors, literally, wide open. When asked if the doors could closed, we were told no. We ordered a few cookies and asked them to be warmed, but they ended up still cold.

I’ve seen more personality in a slug than the little Asian girl working the front. Didn’t get greeted or anything.

Love their cookies, but had a brownie today. The Butterfinger brownie was great. Killer rich. Super chocolaty. I also got a taste of my wifes white chocolate macadamia cookie. It might have been better than my brownie.Service was excellent and friendly.

Basic. When I went they had little options . They have minimal drink options. Ridiculously expensive . Your better off buying cooking at the store or baking them yourself. Bought a strawberry milkshake because the options were from a choice of like 5 ice cream flavors. Portions are tiny for the price cookies are small too. Nothing special. I regret going.

Bad customer service. Wasnt greeted and very rude at the counter. Did not even acknowledge our presence. Seemed disinterested in her job. Got cookies anyways because we dont have Nestlé store in my area and I really wanted some cookies. Still left a tip which I feel wasnt deserved, but Im reasonabe and Im on vacation so my mood is chill.

Cookies are good and you can warm them. Skip the coffee/latte/capuccino though, theyre all bland.

Horrible customer service. Went in at 8:45 on a Saturday night while it was snowing. They close at 10. They had the chairs and tables blocked off so nobody could sit and the employees were super unprofessional and rude too. “Are those butterscotch chips or peanut butter?” A blank stare and “I don’t know.” Was her response. “Do you have milk?” Because I was purchasing a cookie. “I don’t know.” Umm okay. The only area to stand and eat was full of an employee and her friends ignoring customers and blocking the walkway to THE FRIDGE OF MILK. I own a shop myself and would be LIVID if my employees were treating people like that. Clearly, this place does not rely on return customers, we won’t be back.

This is one of my favorite stops in Tahoe. The cookies are delicious and soft. Even though it is busy the service is quick! Thank you!

Hot coco was good but the cookies were over cooked. They dont have prices on the cookies but have prices on the rest of their stuff. Watched a few people come in and the staff didnt even greet and they ended up walking out before they were even noticed.

Went to get some fresh baked cookies, says on google they are open at 9:30am. They didnt have an hours of operation sign on the door. Came back and they open at 10am. Went in and they didnt have any cookies ready! They said it would be another 20 minutes or so. Note to self they really open at 10:30am HA.

Loved it! Clean and updated. Very spacious with plenty of room for the line to form. Food was incredible. Clean restroom as well. Staff was friendly. The toffee cookies were so tasty and the perfect mixture of soft and crunch.

The service was fine but I cant help but feel like the cookies they offer are identical to the dough offered in supermarkets. At least they serve the restaurant grade Dryers ice cream. Nestle should step their R&D game up and offer things not found in supermarkets.

3rd trip in this week. Darn those cookies are habit forming

I have enjoyed many outstanding experiences at Nestle Toll House including the one in South Lake Tahoe for 3 straight years. Unfortunately, the experience I had today Wednesday, October 14th 2015 may very well keep me from ever going back. We stopped in the South Lake Tahoe facility at 4:00 PM and asked what time they closed. The employee stated he would be open until 9:00 PM. We told him we would be back after dinner- sometime between 8:15 - and 8:45. He said he would be open. When we stopped by at 8:40 PM the doors were locked, all the cases that held the food were completely empty. It was clear he started to close this place at least 30 minutes earlier which means he closed the place shortly after 8:00. When I questioned him why he was closed, he stated the store closes at 8:30. This is contradictory from what he stated earlier in the day and what the website says. This individual is a poor representation for Nestles Toll House and in my opinion this employee should not be allowed to represent this excellent organization moving forward. He should be fired especially for the attitude he showed us this evening. I am in South Lake Tahoe a couple times a month and if this individual is employed there when I return again, I will never set foot inside any Nestle Toll House facility again. I am assuming this is not the type of individual you entrust your organization with.

Cookies were very dry and crunchy. The brownie was not very good either. My son said the ice cream was pretty good.

Got a cookie cake for a birthday and it was good. It was easy to work the employees to select the flavors and have ready for pick up.

My husband and I were in Heavenly Village and wanting a sweet treat, and the line for Coldstone was enormous, so we made our way around the block to Toll House. There was no line, and plenty of baked goods. We decided to go with a brownie sundae, and we were beyond impressed by the amount of goodies that goes into one! Rocky Road brownie, two scoops of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, a candy/nut topping, and chocolate sauce, for much less than a smaller bowl would have cost at Coldstone.We were very happy with our experience and would definitely go back.Pokemon Goers: TONS of pokestops nearby and all over Heavenly Village. Enjoy some ice cream on a bench and reap all the pokeballs!

Look Nescafe if you are going to hire teenagers to operate youre store front then expect them not to do thier jobs unless a manager is watching them constantly. This is to l the corporate side hopefully your see this and fix the problem. This is not helping youre brand name and business.
