The owners are honest and open about the cars they purchase. Great place if you are looking for a car for your high school or college students or just an economical, practical car. The cars are not perfect, but thats why they can sell them for cheaper, which is perfect for our budget. Nathan was the one who helped us, and he bent over backwards to help my daughter purchase her car for college. She drove off the lot with a decent Hyndai Elantra that had a salvaged title and a little cigarette smoke smell, but she paid cash and has been very happy with her car for the past 3 years. We are looking forward to going there again!

Just bought a great little car from these guys. Had some issues a few days after the purchase. I notified them right away and they had me bring it back in and took care of the repairs themselves! Didn’t expect them to cover the full expense of the repairs as it is a used car and repairs are to be expected but they took care of it. Great people to work with and super helpful and friendly.

We just bought a used car from A Plus Auto, and had a great experience. Buying a used car is a risky business having nothing to do with the dealer. They had a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander for a great price with only 24,000 miles on it!! It had been in a minor accident resulting in cosmetic damage but the repairs were almost flawless.We really enjoyed talking with the husband, he is fun to talk to. They both worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase.I read some reviews that complained about the car they bought having issues but thats not A Plus Autos fault. Its a used car. There is only so much they can do. Its ultimately up to you to determine the risk and do the research.They had a great car at a great price and were very helpful and considerate. What more can you hope for?

There is only one word needed to describe this place....Shady. Theyre definitely not as honest as a real dealership. And if youre a female, do not risk bringing your car here. Good chance of getting ripped off.Again SHADY

Purchased a car from them about a month ago. Very upfront about car history and even helped me inspect the whole car on the lot. Gage was more then happy to take me on a few test drives and go over the car with me! After I had purchased my car they even gave me a ride to drop off my previous car and helped me rinse my new car really quick before getting on the road! All-in-all very honest people that made my car buying experience very nice and actually helped me save a good chunk of money while doing so! Thank you guys!

Hassle free buying experience. I knew I wanted a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with low miles. They disclosed the previous damage and the repairs they made. I made a reasonable offer. They took it. I went to the bank and got a cashiers check. I was on my way in my new vehicle in about an hour total time. I’m very satisfied.

The owner said he replaced the clutch when I bought it and it turns out he didn’t the clutch has recently gone out, be carful on what you buy there make sure to check it out good or you’re going to get ripped off.

I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta here a few months ago and everything went fine. The car still works great and we got all of the paperwork finished pretty easily. Honestly this is a good place but the workers seem very sketchy. I was honestly worried about buying a car from here because it is a tiny little place and the workers like I said seemed a little sketchy but they were all nice and I dont feel like I got scammed at all. They mail you the title a few weeks after buying the car which I didnt really like because that seemed a little odd to me but maybe that is normal. Anyways we got the title and everything is good!

A Plus is a great dealership - its like a dive bar that doesnt look fancy on the outside but you end up loving it once youve been inside. The A Plus team is low pressure and honest, they wont push you in to something you dont want and their prices are fair - the cars I looked at were all at or below Kelly Blue Book recommended prices. They dont offer financing - which is a good thing for the buyer because they arent going to tack on phony charges or finance fees. We recently bought our 2006 Subaru Tribeca from A Plus Auto. Andrea and her husband were wonderful to work with. We had been looking/ test driving at other places and no one came close to the quality we found there. The car was so clean and ran far better than anything else comparable. After getting in several dirty cars at other places I was so happy to see their selection. There were a few minor issues we found that they quickly took care of. I traveled an hour away to purchase a car from A Plus Auto because they had the car I wanted for a much better price than Id seen anywhere else. The buying process was incredibly laid back and easy and fast. No weird salesmanship going on. After one week of owning it and loving it, the hybrid battery died! My heart sank a bit that day...thinking maybe this is why we got such a good deal on the car. But I called them and told them what was going on and they had me bring the car back up and went ahead and fixed the whole problem at NO COST to me! I was amazed! Im so grateful I got the car from them and how nice they were when I know they didnt have to.

Recently purchased a MINI after a long search. I had no previous business with A Plus, they just happened to have the car I was after. Their deal with me was very upfront in terms of costs and fees and the like. Probably my biggest surprise was after the test drive. The car had obvious brake issues which was going to be my best price negotiator. After bringing up the mechanical issue, they simply said, well fix it, and then they did. Absolutely incredible to find people that say what they will do and the do what they said.

Ive only ever bought cars from private sellers, so I was a little hesitant at first, but these guys were really great to work with. Not pushy at all, and let me take the car to a local mechanic to get it checked out before buying. The car had been detailed before I purchased and the detailer had accidentally held onto the 2nd set of floor mats. Andrea was really good about following up to get them back for me, although she was not obligated to. Car itself has been running great, and Ive had no issues since buying. Overall, great experience with them and I would highly recommend.

Easy to deal with. Andrea and her team were very helpful. No sales techniques that you see typically in big dealerships which make people uncomfortable. They dont offer financing, so be prepared with yours. This is a good thing IMO since it eliminates another venue that is typically employed by regular dealers to up their margins.I bought a 2012 Volvo xc60 that so far appears to be good bargain.

Honestly save yourself the money and go to a real car dealership! Within 5k miles on the 2003 BMW 325CI they sold me, Ive had the transmission go out, the engine now has blown valves, passenger door stopped locking within a month of owning. Check engine light comes on for the same problem even if you fix it. Its unfortunately a lemon. They dont do any maintenance on the car prior to selling. The oil was black, and so was the air filter and cabin filter. They may be nice, but they are not honest.** The sellers response is some what truthful, except the part about cleaning and taking care of the cars, again my oil was black, as was the air intake and the cabin filter. BMW dealer ship i took it to was surprised the car was even still driving, because it was not taken care of or serviced.If you want you can believe their lies, but thats up to you. This is not an honest business, and you can tell by the reviews. And they dont sell quality cars, as you can tell by the reviews.**

New for us at least. They do their homework and make sure that their prices are under market value when and always if it is possible. I feel very comfortable in recommending that you talk to them when youre looking for a new used vehicle for you. Great prices and honest owners

We bought a 2012 Subaru Legacy from A Plus Auto about a month ago and we’ve already had to put in $2400 into fixing it. Two weeks and less than 500 miles after purchase it started stalling on my husband while he was at a red light. We took it to a mechanic and they tried changing the air filter (which was so dirty they also had to remove and clean the throttle body assembly) which ended up being over $200. This did not solve the problem so they referred us to the Subaru dealership. Subaru told us it was the torque converter which would be a $2100 fix (labor included). The torque converters warranty expired at 100,000 miles so we were just over the warranty.We did take it to a third party mechanic before purchasing and they said the car was in fine condition with just a few maintenance things typical to a car with over 100,000 miles on it. So we anticipated needing to probably put some money into it—but $2000 less than a month after we bought it was not in the plan.I don’t know if A Plus Auto was aware of the issues with the torque converter before we bought it or not but I definitely have lost trust in this dealer.

I have bought 5 cars from A-plus Auto over the past 9 years. The prices are very competitive and it has been a pleasure to work with the owners and staff. It is nice to have a car dealer that you can trust.

Bought a vehicle. Loved it until 2 hours after purchase the service engine soon light appeared.... Thanks for clearing those rather than being an honest dealership and fixing the problem! I understand what can happen with buying used but seriously dont say nothing is wrong with it if you know the light comes on and your dealership cleared it! Also thanks for NOT having your maintenance worker call after saying he would fix the problem.

Be careful to research the cars here well. I found a listing at a great price, that showed a clean Carfax report without any accidents or damage reported. However, searching for the VIN elsewhere found that the same car came from a used and salvage auction with pictures of notable damage on the car and a status of the engine does not run. Now this may not be true for all cars sold here, but I found at least one, so always buyer beware.

About six months ago I was shopping for a Subaru for my wife I find a Tribeca at a place called A+ auto, made the phone call a nice lady answered the phone she was very welcoming she emailed me the information about the car including a copy of the Carfax “which I was impressed since most other dealers make you pay for it” We did our homework came down took the car for a test drive Liked it made the deal and right before we leaving she offered if something goes wrong that we can come back and they can take a look at it and if it’s something simple they will be able to help us out. so last week while I was out of town my wife calls me Yelling because I bought her a bad car the engine is making such a weird noise, she’s panicking I am not there and she doesn’t know what to do she doesn’t know where to go ........I told her to stop by the place because they promised us to help let’s see if they will come through she go down there and she called me she said there’s a guy down here I cannot find the lady and should I keep going, he doesn’t look very friendly, I told her that’s fine just see what he have to say. Right before I start complaining he walked up to me and he said when is the last time you change the oil, She didn’t have any idea about what he’s talking about he offered to get the oil changed for free if she pays for oil, Then I guess she was relieved to find out it’s only the oil change she told him that you will be back she have a meeting she have to go to that’s when he told her ma’am I won’t be driving the car making that noise you’re lucky you didn’t ruin the engine I tell you what I’ll give you loaner go to your meeting by the time you’re done i will have your car ready. Now we have a new friend in the car Business, you guys out there should see them before you go anywhere else.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! NEVER EVER buy an AS-IS car from these people, the male owner RUINED my car by tearing off the front lower bumper because I had requested to get it replaced with another one that wasnt damaged, so what did he do, HE RIPS OFF the damaged lower bumper and damages it even more as he rips it off of my vehicle and puts on another bumper in a completely different color from another old used Saab, I told him that it looked terrible and that I wanted the damaged one back on and that I would rather have the damaged one back on over the other that didnt match my cars exterior, well,...when he ripped the original damaged one off he tore off the piece that was there and left me with a WORSE LOOKING bumper !!They sold me me a piece of crap, now a year later I am at a tire store and am told I have one too small of a tire that doesnt match my other four, no wonder Ive almost died THREE TIMES this winter!!!!!! 😡😡😡

This is the worst car dealer I’ve ever purchased an automobile from. I purchased a 2009 BMW 535i from this dealership. The owner told me he works on BMW and makes sure they are all in perfect condition when he sells them. He assured me that it hadn’t had an oil leak when I saw oil underneath the car. He said he changed the oil filter housing gasket and also the oil. I bought the car for $10,000 plus taxes, lincensing and doc fees. I drove the car home to St. George and it began saying loss of power and smelled like oil burning. Took it to my friends shop in St. George and he diagnosed the car. The oil filter gasket was leaking, the oil filter housing gasket was leaking, which he said he changed. The air lines to the turbos had collapsed which caused loss of power and the oil hadn’t been changed because when they changed the oil when they changed the oil pan gasket, it was black and the oil pan bolt was stripped and siliconed in. I was there and took pictures to prove it. I emailed the dealer and he said bring it here we will fix it all. Why would I trust a guy to fix problems he lied about in the first place. These repairs cost me $2,500 and he said they were higher than dealer costs. I called the BMW dealer in Murray and their costs were double that, another lie from this guy.Another later the car was misfiring and I checked the spark plugs and they were all black, the gasoline was just dumping into two cylinders without any spark. I have to change all the spark plugs and coils. This cost $250 to do myself. Car is still misfiring. Those guy doesn’t check his cars out, he buys them at auction then covers up problems and sells them and won’t budge much on price. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealership. I’m actually thinking about filing a lawsuit against them for withholding information and lying about the condition of my car and saying he changed the oil and filter housing gasket. I’ve got proof from a BMW repair shop that he didn’t.

We bought a used Toyota RAV4 here and it hasn’t had any serious issues.However, I don’t trust their mechanic much which is why I give 4 stars. They told me all oil changes and services have been done but I personally tried to change the oil and the oil filter was corroded on there and I had to break it off and buy new part just to change the oil. It worries me wondering how long it went without the oil filter being changed. Also the ABS sensor was soldered horribly from a previous wreck or something and not fixed professionally so I ended up having to replace that too. I took it to a mechanic and they said it was ghetto rigged pretty much. Not sure if that one was their mechanic but I am 100% positive their mechanic did not attempt to change the oil filter.Not sure if I would purchase with them again due to dishonest mechanic. When I buy a car I expect basic things like oil and filters to be changed.

Shady and rude. Just read the replies of the other reviews and tell me the owners arent overly defensive for their unreliable junk. Went to alpine auto two doors down and got a great car from nice people. Dont give your hard earned money to these crooks; adding an extra thousand or two to auctioned cars. If you dont care about high risk then cut out the middle man and save thousands by going to an auction yourself. They were aggressively condensing the entire time I was there. Couldnt wait to leave.

Buyer beware: shady business, unwilling to negotiate price, dishonest mechanic. The dealership said the vehicle we were looking at passed emissions and safety inspections, but when we took it to our own mechanic the brakes were so worn they needed immediate replacement. The sales and maintenance staff were pushy, rude, and defensive. They were completely unwilling to negotiate at all and wanted to charge an additional $1000 in fees and taxes rather than lower the price to make up for the cost it would take to repair the vehicle. I will never go back to this dealership in the future.

Please use caution and do your homework on any car you purchase from this place. Know what commonly goes wrong with the type of car you’re looking at and ask specific questions.I was looking at a car and noticed that the engine oil was empty and black. I turned the car on and off, it made that horrible try hard noise cars make when the battery is about to die. The seller also had to fill the tires before we could drive it as ‘they get low when it gets cold’. It was 30 degrees that day and in my experience low tire lights don’t come on unless there is a problem or your in negative degree weather.I opted to not purchase from this place but if you do choose to please have a mechanic (not their mechanics) look at the car before you spend the money.Good luck!
