Went in to have my wrap serviced, and picked my car up to find it fully detailed. Not something they had to do, but very cool and appreciated

Thanks to Dax, Amy & Bradley for making my first exotic car buying experience one to remember. They allowed my vehicle to stay there after hours to get shipped back to the east coast which was muchly appreciated. Not only that, The beautiful facility & presentation of the car complemented with the incredibly knowledgeable staff members made me feel right at home. It was an awesome experience working with Luxe Automotive! I had the pleasure of working with Andy and Jed, the customer service they provided was top notch! I purchased a 911 GT3 and I did not purchase a PPI due to the amount of detail in the pictures they provided as well as the over 200 photos taken of the car. Everything was transparent in the pictures and I was able to diagnose everything with my expertise on the car through those photos and the video they provided. On top of all of that they coordinated the shipping for me and was in contact with me throughout the whole process providing pictures and overseeing the shipping process. For my first exotic/supercar purchase experience I am fortunate to have worked with Luxe Automotive!

I picked up an almost brand new BMW from Luxe. It was in perfect condition and I feel like I got a great deal. Max and Cougar took care of everything for me and made the whole process really quick and painless! They were also able to put on some paint protection film and some window tinting to make the car look extra sexy!!

In search for a specific vehicle (classic blue 06 Subaru STI) all over the states for my 16 yr-old son (I know!), I was surprised to see it at this high end dealership. From the Seattle area, my first contact was through text trying to get more info on the vehicle. I received a text back telling me that they’re busy with another client and will get back to me. I forgot about it until I ran across the ad a month later. Came back to the same text and replied with a low-ball offer just to see if I get a response back. To my surprised, Jed Finderup (new salesman) responded back professionally, worked on a reasonable number, a week later I bought the car and had it shipped to my location within a weekend.As a business owner I am very impressed how Jed made an effort to build a relationship and was able to make two parties come to an agreement. The STI is no where close to the prices of those exotic vehicles they have in their show room but it shouldn’t matter. A sale is a sale and Jed made it happened. As for myself, I am very much into cars and have a small collection of the old and the new. Just got done with a nice large detached garage so I’ll be looking into a few slow cars like the GT3 or GT2 or... (ha!). I’ll be in touch with Jed in the near future!!! Quinn

I went there about 3 weeks ago almost 4, for a quote of a custom wrap, they got my information, took pics of my car and never got a response back from them.

Luxe just makes things easy which is #1 on my list. Fees were fair and they moved the car quickly.

Amazing experience! Best car buying experience that I have ever had, thanks to Max. He was very honest, diligent, and ready to help me whenever I needed it.

Poor customer service!!!

Im from the Portland OR area, and I purchased a beautiful SLS AMG site unseen and could not have had a better experience. Max, the owner, picked me up at the SLC airport late on a Friday night, spent until after 130am at the dealership with me talking cars, and even reached out to check on me after the drive home. Hes a genuine, kind, and most importantly, a trustworthy individual. His cars and his professionalism are top notch! You can buy a car from many dealers; but finding this combination of transparency, communication, ease of transaction, knowledge and customer service is extremely rare. It was unquestionably worth making the trip to SLC. I hope to work with Luxe Automotive Sales again in the near future.
