Love this place! I purchased my car a couple months back now and have zero problems at all, and they were quick to reply and help when I went to look at and purchase my car I’ll have my car for awhile but anyone that needs a nice car should check this place out. Even afterwards I lost my key fob and locked my paperwork in my glovebox and they sent everything I needed over within a matter of minutes. Great service!

First and foremost the car I went to look at wasnt available in that moment. An absolute let down. After a long day of going to several other places and dealing with many different sales reps needles to say I was over car shopping for the day. But Exclusive cars was the last stop. I knew in my heart that I would find what I was looking for that day. I wanted someone to be honest, knowledgeable and not treat me like youre out of you league being here kind of experience. Needless to say, I was overly indulged by the selection that was available. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I was ready to drop my coin on a big purchase even with them not having the car available I was there to begin with. What made it all was the sales representative. (Miles) I believe was his name. He took his afternoon and spent a good amount of time showing me all the different options that were within my range. He was patient, kind and caring but he said the one thing no other sales person said throughout my day. When you know the right one, itll speak to you. Only a true car person can appreciate. Itll either feel right or it will not. I feel as though I found my diamond in the rough if you will. You have good sales peeps and then there are great salesman. Exclusive cars has earned my trust. Just bought a car here. Never met anyone here before, this is my first experience. If you are going to buy here, read this: this is a used car dealership. For that reason you need to be the most educated person about the car you want to buy or you’ll end up being disappointed, no matter where you buy. You should know ALL the comps nationwide, test drive 5-10 options, never buy immediately after a test drive, take a few days to let the choice sit with you, take 2nd test drives on any one you’re considering, then take the vehicles to get inspected at a specialist who will show and explain to you anything that’s wrong, get the carfax (they gave me an autocheck report when I asked, then I spent the $30 to get the Carfax in addition), WASH the car (touchless wash, to uncover any “makeup” they put on the car) and negotiate on price accordingly. If you go in as an educated buyer, and know everything that’s wrong with the car, you’ll have as good an experience as anywhere else. I bought a Range Rover from them KNOWING it had about $2400 worth of work needed, and that it was priced around $1700 lower than comparable range rovers. I came back armed with the knowledge of everything that needed to be fixed, negotiated some money off the price, and did the math that overall I’d be better of buying here and fixing the car. That’s the process you should use at any car dealership. You never HAVE to buy a car from anyone - so make the most educated decision you can, be it to buy cheap and do some fixing, or buy for a little more and not have to schedule shop visits. I’m sure the other negative experiences in reviews for this place actually happened - they’re a used car dealership. Go in educated, and it doesn’t matter.
WARNING! Read all the reviews. This is the worst dealership ever. These people will lie to you straight in your face. They sold us a car that they claimed had a clean title until we found out later that the car was in flood damage and a total loss by insurance. A car that we paid over 30 thousand dollars is now probably only worth 15 thousand. Also, the engine is overheating. I called to speak to the owner Said. he hang up on me. These people are thieves. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a car from Milad at Exclusive Cars! To preface, i work in used cars myself and tend to be pretty picky. We were looking for a rare RED Porsche Macan- with only a few options in the country Exclusive Cars had the right car, with all the options, lower miles, clean Carfax, and they beat everyone elses price. We live in Nashville (1600 miles away,) so i called and later on had a ppi done- which i recommend before purchasing. Milad was great about texting me updates and staying in touch! The car had a nail in the tire which was fixed by the dealership. We flew out to their beautiful showroom and had a seamless transaction! The car was solid and handled the 1600 mile trip back VERY WELL! I am happy with my purchase from Exclusive Cars and would happily do business with them again!
Took the car i was looking at to the mechanic before buying and the mechanic said that it needed an oil change, new battery, and a realignment. I called the dealership while i was at the mechanic and they said they would be willing to pay for the oil change and the new battery. then after i got back to the dealership i confirmed again with them that they were willing to pay for those things, then the next day when i was there to purchase the car they claimed i never told them that it needed those repairs and they refused to pay for those things. i bought the car anyways and made those repairs myself and then check engine light came on a few days after i bought it! listen to the bad reviews, i saw these bad reviews and chose to look the other way because of the “good deal” they were offering and now i seriously regret it! do not do business with them.

These guys were awesome! Gave me a pretty good deal on my trade! I bought a gorgeous, brand new car! They were super great to work with!........ **UNTIL!!!*** I took my gorgeous car to a dealership because there were a few things that I wanted looked at.... aaaand there is $6000 dollars worth of front end impact damage because it had been WRECKED!!!!! Que the complete change in attitude and willingness to help us! They did cut us a check for $300 dollars and wrote us off! Which is better than nothing I guess, but we are stuck with a $5700 dollar balance! Thank you Exclusive Cars for teaching me a great lesson!

Bought a 2012 Mercedes c class from there and I love it! They helped me out and negotiated a very great deal. Have had the car for 9 months and it doing amazing! The associate that helped me at exclusive cars was great i told him witch truck i was interested in i told him the financial situation i had figured with my bank he checked the book on the truck and everything was within reason. He printed me out a sales contract and i was on my way to the bank in my new truck in less than 20 min. Great service thank you.

I bought a Toyota Tundra from Sean at Exclusive Cars. Sean was friendly and helpful up to this point. I did not dicker with the price, I felt it was fair. I drove it off the lot and within a mile the check engine light came on. I had the code checked and it needed catalytic converters. The code had been reset previously indicating that this was an ongoing issue with this truck. I returned to the lot and spoke with Sean. He told me that this was a new problem and that sensors can go out at any time. He completely blew it off. I ended up replacing the converters myself in my garage for about $400. The typical price would have been around $2000 at a shop. I asked Sean to at least cover half of the cost of the $400 which was the cost of the parts. I provided receipt as well. I was never compensated at all. I was also promised by the owner, Sayid that he would send me a new drivers side mirror. In conclusion, this is a typical sled lot. I would suggest if you really want to do business with this lot, get everything in writing, get the car checked out by a reputable mechanic. Do business with a dealership and pay a little more money. Dont use this SLED LOT. Shame on you guys for treating people so poorly.

Didnt have the truck I wanted but they were AMAZING at helping where they could I had questions about a Toyota Tundra that the salesman answered and they made me and my wife feel great about buying. Not pushy at all very up front. I plan on returning to see if they get new inventory in a few months and I would love to buy from them.

They even let us take the car to our mechanic so we would have piece of mind that the car was indeed in good shape. After that Shawn was even able to call our bank and get our interest rate lowered because of who he knew...who does that for you?? Great experience and my wife loves her new car.
Dealing with Exclusive Cars during the sales process was enjoyable. Keep in mind they flip cars. Their goal is to sell cars fast. Do not plan on anything save as you see it.Would I buy from them again? Yes.The risk is great when buying from a non-authorized dealer, so negotiate, because you are taking the risk, not the car sales shop.
I really really wanted to give a high review, the whole trade and sign deal went smooth. Then we drove our newish car and made it almost home and now it wont start. It has to be jumped every time. I understand batterys go south but this shouldnt be a issue the first day off a lot. Then while we were driving our newish car puts out this terrible smell whenever you use the dual climate control and AC. Something that should have been fixed before it should even be listed for sale on a dealership lot. We like our car but this should not be the way a dealer should let anything with its name on it roll out of their lot like this.
We bought a 2 year old SUV from them and we had it for maybe 2 months and the whole steering went out. Not power steering... Like the actual steering function. It was very scary as I had my two little kids with me when it happened. They claimed they would try to find a way to assist us and we never heard back. When I tried contacting again we got no response. Always fun to have to drop 1500.00 and be without a functioning car for a month and a half to fix a very key element to the car. The actual car buying experience was great. In the end thats not really what matters. What matters is that they stand by their product or at least make an effort to stay in the good graces of their customers. The mechanic we took the car to was shocked that they would not offer any type of assistance seeing as it was still a fairly new car and we had just purchased it.

We were very happy with our experience purchasing our Chrysler Pacifica from them. They were straight forward with the cars history. When we expressed real interest in it, they produced the purchase agreement without hesitation. Other dealers wouldnt commit to a purchase agreement. Exclusive Cars had the lowest price for the vehicle in its class. When we checked its value on KBB, Exclusive Cars asking price was 3500 below the listed value. The bank we went threw had no problem financing the full out the door price.
I found the truck here that I had been looking for. I enjoyed coming here because the sales guy was very laid back and never pressured me. He gave me the details I asked for and tried to answer most of my questions. He was great to work with.

HORRIBLE CROOKS!!! Bought a Ford F-150 from these guys and didnt even make it home before we broke down. Come to find out the engine had blown and the whole engine had to be replaced! Contacted the dealer asking for any kind of help seeing as how we didnt even make it 200 miles before it blew. Dealer wouldnt do a thing! Any reputable dealer would have offered some kind of assistance. I have talked to several dealers and they have all told me that they have had similar instances in the past and always replaced the engine for their customers. Stay away from these crooks, they will sell you junk and not try in any way to be fair or honest. Horrid experience. Definitely go to a reputable dealer instead!! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB.
Bought a great Chevy Spark here for a price that was 1000+ dollars cheaper than the places selling older Sparks with more miles on it. Dealer was also very easy to work with despite the bank financing the purchase sending the check to the wrong location.10/10 would purchase a pink car her again

Take it from me this dealership will bend over backwards to make sure your car is the right one for you. Bought a car from this place a while ago and it had frame damage even tho when i asked them they said there wasnt. the check engine light also came on exactly 100 miles after buying it, indicating they knew about the problem and cleared the codes to get the sale. ended up spending $1,000+ to get the light cleared. its not worth it to buy from exclusive cars. you will always find a cheaper price but end up paying more than you would have if you just bought a car for the regular price. these guys are scammers, and thats coming from a car enthusiast. i would not recommend risking it. if you look at how they handle confrontation you will see they play dumb and get defensive and try to blame the buyer.

We have purchased like new vehicles, nice ones, Hummers, Escalades, Jeeps, VWs, and many high end Trucks. They all have had a factory warranty, and have been in perfect shape. In fact, I just got a new 2014 Ford Truck as a surprise from Christmas from my husband. We really like their professional staff, and their knowledge of fine cars and trucks. We have always had the best service from them, and we have really liked all of our vehicles. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 F250 and we brought a 2004 F150 as a trade-in. I felt no pressure from the sales staff here. This is a very big plus for me as Ive had bad experiences at other car dealerships. They were fair and honest with us through the entire process which is incredibly important. We actually got an amazing deal on the new truck. The owner is a very kind man who I can tell genuinely cares about people. We were promised by the salesman that he would try to get us a lower rate since we purchased the truck on a Saturday. Shawn kept his word and saved us another .25% off our interest rate. We got a thank you card later for our purchase which was a really nice gesture. My wife and I would and will definitely do business with these guys again.These guys are totally legit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We bought a car and when we test drove we noticed the AC didnt work so when we mentioned it to the dealer, we were told the compressor was FINE and just needed to be recharged. Less than a week later we took it in to get it recharged and we were told the compressor was actually melted and had to be replaced. We called to see if we could get some help in this since it was so expensive to fix and they told us the part was fine and it wasnt. They did nothing to help us. I am appalled that they were so dishonest and that they didnt even try to fix the situation. If you look for cars here make sure you take it to get looked at by a mechanic before purchasing!
Bought a Mazda 6 from these guys and from day one it pulled to the left. I kept taking it to the Mazda dealer to solve and take care of the problem. I paid to have it balanced, rotated, aligned and nothing would take care of it. I come to find out he mostly sells cars that have frame damage. Beware most of the cars have Frame Damage on his lot. I will not buy another car from him. Totally Dishonest
The owner is a very nice man and he really cares about his customers. They have the best prices and service in town by far.
Looked at 2 cars here and it was always and Awkard and sketchy experience. The first was a Mazda 6 that wouldnt even start when I asked to test drive it. The second was a 3 that obviously had been tinckered with by the previous owner. The manager is super pushy and standoffish. Acts like hes from an old gangster flick. Insists on riding in the car with you during the test drive and agressively hardsells the entire time. He got angry and swore about other drivers on the road and made the experience super uncomfortable. Always asks if youre serious before you have even seen the car. Very tacky place. I just bought a fantasic Mazda from another reputable dealer for the same price but in better condition. AVOID.
I planned on writing a review 1 year from the purchase date however, current events prompted me to write earlier. No qualms about the overall sales experience. The vehicle appeared to have minor wear and tear and passed two, (at Exclusive Cars & BMW Mini) BASIC diagnostic checks. As time passed, I found that the oil light came on quite frequently and I was adding oil myself two times in between oil changes. As more time passed, I was adding oil three to four times inbewtween changes. I knew that wasnt normal and so, I had to make an appointment at BMW Mini for them to figure out what was wrong. An engine repair was made (something was cracked, $880) but, the oil is still burning fast. I recently made another appointment ($360), to have them look deeper and they found that the valve seals need to be replaced. Its a $5300 job, (I paid $8 for the vehicle). And so now, Im stuck with a lemon that Im financing and have to somehow get rid of ASAP. I drive around with quarts of oil now and have to add oil every week. If this car stops altogether I will be in a nightmare situation. I purchased this vehicle because I was in need of a reliable vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Hid important information about a car I was looking into purchasing.
I am from California and was looking for a Porsche Panamera GTS with some very specific options. My criteria limited my selection and I found one on the internet at Exclusive Cars. I was concerned about buying a used vehicle without seeing it in person so a trip to Utah would be necessary if this deal were to happen. Shawn was very helpful with providing me all of the information that I requested including as many pictures as I needed in order to assure me of the vehicles condition. In addition he was able to get a print out from Porsche that provided me with a complete option list. Based on the information he was able to provide we were able to agree on a price over the phone on the condition that I would approve the vehicles condition when I arrived. Shawn met us at the airport himself and drove us to their dealership. Their whole team was very polite and professional. The car was just as Shawn had described. Shawn had the paperwork prepared, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He even assisted me with a weather report and their recommendations on the best way to drive back to California. In conclusion, I was able to get the exact vehicle I was looking for in great condition and was very pleased with the whole transaction. I was looking for a fair and honest deal and that is exactly what I received.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!FYI: some of the 5-star review for this company are from employees, kind of seems like a conflict of interest!I bought a gorgeous jeep. Sales was a joke, as they made me feel guilty for asking $1000 lower than their price (even when BlueBook listed it $2500 lower than their price). Said they wouldnt be able to feed their families (eyeroll, this car was bought at an auction, so I know they got it for an extremely low price). Also treated me like a dumb-girl and told me that I would have to pay additional for the soft top that was pictured in the ad. Brought my guy-friend back and then they finally agreed to give me the soft top that was in picture.DAY TWO: I noticed it was leaking oil.DAY THREE: the engine light came on. I called Exclusive Cars, they said they would charge me $$ to fix because I didnt buy the extended warranty (which their sales guy told me I wouldnt need - DO NOT TRUST THEM).DAY FOUR: jeep wouldnt start, I had to jump-start it. Ive had two jump-start it since. Brought it to my mechanics, who said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, it also has a crack in the upper oil pan, and a battery that wont hold a charge. Totaling over an additional $2000 dollars to repair.BIGGEST QUESTION: How could a car that needs this much work, pass the safety and emissions test???? Ive met with SL County, who has asked me to report to SL DMV. Im also in the process of reporting to BBB.

I went to purchase a Trooper, agreed on a price and printed up a contract went to get financing the price went up suddenly $200.00. I inquired the salesman about this phenomenon. I was told and I quote I am going to make my commission one way or another. For those of you sheeple that feel like you got a deal I promise you didnt. Infact, I would not be surprised if the great reviews are actually employees that posted them, maybe. Then again there are a lot of naive people out in the world these days. You have been warned.
Bought a car from them and they gave me a car with the check engine light, lighting up shortly after it was too late to take it back, I took the vehicle to mechanic and they said that it was something that was an issue before and that the dealership had clearly cleared the code. Im terribly upset with them, they are dishonest and they do not sell quality.
