Excellent customer service with great attention to detail. They took my beat 10 year old paint and brought it to a mirror finish. I cannot recommend them enough. Their paint tech talked me through the various stages of the services they offer and gave me examples of the work they would perform. I opted for the stage 3 and it was what my paint need to almost completely eliminate the abuse Id given the truck over the past decade. The ceramic paint treatment will also protect my paint from further abuse!

I needed to get out of my fish bowl and was looking for a good, quality shop and they were just up the street from me. I’ve always seen the nice cars and thought it would be over priced or not a place that would work with me, but was I wrong. This place is legit! I brought my 2017 Honda Civic Si here for Xpel PPF paint protection on the entire hood, front bumper, trim, headlights, fog lights, and mirrors and Luxe rolled out the red carpet.Their customer service is second to none and is truly a white glove experience. Have a 2011 Porsche Carrera 4S that needed and deserved some TLC after a decade of faithful service. Went to LUXE based on on-line reviews. In all honesty I could not be more pleased with the results. After paint correction and a ceramic coat my 911 looks like it just came from the showroom. The price was fair, the staff friendly and highly professional and the work was completed exactly on time. As an added plus take a tour of the facility and see the exotics that LUXE takes care of or is selling in consignment. I could have spent the whole afternoon there.

We had a full detail done on my wifes SQ5 and they were right on time with the work, but when I got my car back the radar detector didnt work unfortunately. I called them and they dispatched one of their techs to come to my house 25 miles away, who worked on my car in my own garage and got it all corrected ~ no charge!Diego, the tech, was spectacular, and professional! You couldnt ask for better service!Its not about having an issue, but how you deal with it, and they are ABOVE expectations!Very nice job!!! 👍 Highly recommend!

Two detailers performed an interior detailing of my double-cab truck. The floors, boot area, and compartments showed the after effects of previous food consumption, hauling yard work products, and hiking; pretty dirty!Their work was exceptional! There were areas that they focused on that I couldnt get clean but hoped they could; my hopes were rewarded! They not only delivered a spotless interior including the roof liner and moon roof window, but they put found items including a lost necklace in a plastic bag for my recovery! I appreciate the workmanship and honesty.I also appreciated that they left the cab fragrance-free and without residue.The detailing was a bit pricey, but the results are very impressive!I recommend this company and service.

Incredible workmanship and artistry. They put a PPF film on the front half of my car and did an incredible job. Before committing I asked them what makes a good PPF job. Their reply was one that you cant even see installed on the vehicle. I thought that was hyperbole, now I know its possible. Absolutely phenomenal work. They removed the badge, side markers, turn lights and more to get complete coverage and wrap the PPF around all the corners. Great work!

Andy & his team are terrific! We had awful scratches from a car wash that really marred the finish of our Caviar (deep maroon) colored Jaguar XJL. Jaguar of Salt Lake recommended Luxe and were so thrilled they did. Andy worked with Geico to have them cover the full cost minus deductible. Our Jag has never looked better after their pain correction. It has a deep and brilliant shine.

Everyone here is professional and super friendly. My kids love to come to the shop to see their sweet dog, Addison. This is my third time coming to Luxe Auto and once again I’m super impressed. They have removed three door dings from my Subaru and they were very inexpensive. I recently had paint protection film installed on my new car and they did an amazing job. Not a company I would trust more with my vehicle. I had a full PPF wrap, modesta ceramic coat, and tint done. Sure you can find someone to do it cheaper, but these guys are professionals. Everything is perfectly cut and installed. No lines. Very easy to work with and dependable.

I made an appointment for window tinting our Tesla 3 for today, April 28th. We are 120 miles from Luxe auto. Upon arrival at 8 am, we were told the appointment was for tomorrow and they would not take us. I received a confirmation from them showing the appointment for today. We drove 250 miles round trip without receiving the service. It will cost us another trip plus another full day, but we will take our business elsewhere. After receiving a call this afternoon from Andrew at Luxe, we are rescheduling our service with them. I can’t remember any business that has responded to a problem with such great customer service! Andrew not only apologized for any mixup, he went above and beyond to make up for any inconvenience we experienced. This is by far, the most customer care company I’ve ever experienced. We are returning tomorrow to tint the windows on our Tesla 3. Because of the care they extend to customers, I will not hesitate to recommend Luxe for the trust they earned. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a difficult problem into a great and appreciated resolution.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Lux. Lux originally replaced my hood bra by one that was installed by Untouchables. After about 4 months, the replacement bra was torn by a small rock. I was dreading a challenging experience (like I had with Untouchables) to get the bra replaced under the warranty. It ended up being an exceptional experience. Bryson was my original contact. He went above and beyond, from bringing the shop manager out (Misa) to scheduling the redo and providing me with a reasonable quote for additional sheeting of my vehicle. I ended up upgrading the hood bra to a thicker film than what the dealer had sold me and added sheeting to the bumper and rear panels. When I picked up my vehicle Thomas helped me out. He was very professional, accommodating and friendly. When he took me to my car my jaw dropped. It was beautiful and looked brand new. I highly recommend this auto spa for its quality, professionalism and service.

So my husband got me a certificate for a window tinting on my suv, and I finally got it applied last week. Luxe made it easy to schedule over the phone and were so friendly and professional when we came to drop it off. They work with really fancy and collectible cars and treated my “mom” Mitsubishi suv no different. Their staff are great and so personable, Justin even took us on a tour of their shop showing us all the great cars they were working on, selling, and the services they offer. And when we went to pick up the tinting looked perfect, they even go above and beyond, putting stickers and a mirror tag to help remind you not to roll the windows before it’s fully cured and dried. Overall If I ever need any of their services done I will go to them every time.

Luxe has done such amazing work on my 911. They were able to get my windshield replaced quickly before their incredible charity rally (Cars4Kids), and then did a full front end rally wrap to protect the front end and change the look of the car as well. Gabe did an exceptional job and the wrap held up to all the punishment of a couple thousand miles of being pelted by rocks from other cars. I cant talk about Luxe and not mention how every time I visit there I feel like part of the family. Thank you, Luxe!

Super friendly staff plus they do amazing work!

After studying reviews and video comparisons of PPF products (paint protective film) I decided to go with XPel for my 2021 Porsche 911. I had a good experience with another product but I wanted to go with a computer shaped film for maximum protection of this new car. A visit to the Luxe Shop and first hand witnessing their deep wrap techniques I was fully convinced.With the wide body of the “992” I added to the typical front to windshield package as Sport Design rockers and the wide hips make big targets for rocks. So with the help of Justin and Amy, and one of the lead installers we added film on the rockers and up around the rear wheels. Then I added film to the spoiler just in case. With their expert assistance I ordered a ceramic overcoat AND ultimate window tints that are UV/ir resistance to keep the leather from frying.Luxe had my car from Monday to Friday morning and Amy kept me briefed on progress. She contacted me when they hit a couple of “option” phases and sent photos with markups. What great service!!! When I saw the car on Friday, I was a happy guy!! The film wraps deeply under the splitter, inside the door openings into places other products don’t go. The shine is beautiful, the window tint as expected and everything just so!They aren’t cheap, or inexpensive. But with a fine new automobile I wanted a great job and Luxe, Amy and the crew provided just what I hoped fit, a great job.

The team at LUXE auto are very professional, fair priced and probably the best in the State/Region. Their knowledgable staff are so easy to work with and patiently inform you of various options. I started off with a window tint and front protection film but loved the results and their work so much that had them wrap the entire Model 3, Modesta ceramic coat the car, wheels powder coated, etc. Professionals make it look easy. I love the idea of wraps so much now that I decided to try and wrap an older Mini myself (how hard could it be?) Turns out very hard. Its like trying to follow Bob Ross (star of an instructional painting TV show) at home as he creates art masterpieces within a half an hour: his looks incredible and yours looks like a smeared sneeze. I watched a ton of videos online and I appreciate even more the work LUXE auto does, its an art. If you are looking for any of the services they offer, just take your work to them. Theyre the best.

Luxe does audio 🙌. I had taken my SVJ to Luxe for for some updated Xpel and a bumper repair (great place to go for both). Love this car, but I hate the stereo. Just a casual comment Id made in passing. Next thing I know were throwing in the Morel Supremo component set into a racecar because, apparently, I hate the siren song of naturally aspirated V12s (rumors are ugly things). Luxes audio / 12-volt department head, Diego, is meticulous in his design, fabrication and installation processes. Luxe let me assist with the entire build and I was beyond impressed. The finished result exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to bring any car to Luxe for my audio upgrade needs.

One of my newer car purchases came from Florida. So I had an Xpel dealer instal that paint protection product on the entire car. When it arrived, there were areas that needed to be cleaned up. Luxe cleaned up and trimmed all that needed to be done, and their professionalism and expertise was really impressive. I’ve decided to take another vehicle we purchased in Salt Lake (with a horrible Xpel job from a different installer) to Luxe so they can strip it and reinstall the product properly. Anyone in northern Utah shouldn’t even consider another option. Trust me, Luxe is your go to for paint protection film, tint, and detail.

I recently bought a 3-year-old Yukon XL that was as filthy dirty as a truck could be. I was skeptical whether we could ever get it looking presentable. I was referred to LUXE by a good friend for window tinting on my Subaru Outback. The process of inquiring about pricing and setting up my appointment was seamless. Zoe answered all of my emailed questions promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. The tinting itself took far less time than I was expecting, and the result looks fantastic. As an enthusiast and owner of a classic car, I was aware of LUXE and the work they do, but had never employed their services (I’m at more of a weekend/hobbyist level of restoration than a concours level). After this experience, I will certainly be back to LUXE for work on both my classic and daily-driver, alike.

Luxe Auto Spa recently completed full front film protection and front window tinting on our new BMW X3. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and a great 10 yr warranty. They have customers come back after 2 weeks to double check that everything is okay which tells me they really care about making sure the job is done right and will last. They fixed a small spot of film that had begun to peel slightly on a side mirror that would have been a problem months later. We live several miles away in North Ogden, but it was worth it to us to get a professional job. I highly recommend them!

Took my car in to have the rest of my car wrapped in XPEL and they did a great job. Their new install of film looked great, and they also corrected the previous installers PPF folds around all of my doors. I never asked them to correct that because I forgot about it. They just went ahead and did that for me. They also cleaned the interior of my car, which was very unexpected. My car looks great and I want to thank everyone there for the great job they did. They all went above and beyond what I expected and will definitely use them in the future.

I had a great experience with LUXE auto spa. Preston kept me updated on the status of my car, and they made my 2004 car look brand new! The interior was spotless, and the attention to detail superb. I had multiple compliments from friends when I pulled up that my car looked brand new. The wheels were pristine and the coating the put on the outside of the car gave it a very sophisticated shine. A very classy operation, and an honest one to boot. There was a miscommunication with the pricing of my cleaning, and they made right by their original estimate. Overall, I am very pleased and do think that while expensive, you cannot get a better detail job in Utah. I would highly recommend LUXE.

Luxe did an outstanding job of fixing the oxidation problems on the hood and roof of my Lexus LS 460. My whole car looked like it had been repainted. I highly recommend their professional work. They were courteous and helpful. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I have used Luxe many times for a variety of my vehicles, every single time I have a fantastic experience. They had done paint correction and coatings on my BMW, I was so pleased and they gained me as a customer for life. Most recently I took my old Jeep in for some attention. Inside, outside and all around is now flawless. Their attention to detail is superior. They removed some scratching and scuff marks, restored all of my plastic trim and left me speechless.
