I went in today to find out why my car was making noise while driving and I ended up getting new tires and obviously them rotated and balanced. I dont know Johns last name but he was really great. He helped me out a lot and got me out of there in about 2 and a 1/2 hours. Without an appointment and having to get new tires while they were pretty busy, I think thats pretty reasonable. Thank you!

Awesome. My only complaint couldve been the 2 hr wait for a repair but service was awesome. Ill follow up if it doesnt work out. Lol

I always love the service there and and they are very accommodating in light of the pandemic. However, the bathroom was very disappointing which was very disheartening, especially in light of the pandemic.

I was a potential new customer. But, I was ignored for about 15/ 20 minutes. I stood near the help desks assuming there was a line to wait. But, the sales associates/desk people just picked up phone calls, walked away. Blatantly looked at a computer screen. One guy said he would help me in a second, but never followed through with that. I dont recommend them if you are a new person going here. No one will help you. Very unprofessional. Never going here again. Stay away from this place, if you are not trying to waste your time.

Wow. My two Daughters, in East Memphis & Horn Lake, use this location exclusively. I drove 94 miles to get my tires and still come out ahead. Inventory, service and just everything else awesome. Only sad part is I cant get same level of service in Savannah, TN. Its now my go to place for tires.

This has nothing to do with their business but the fact somebody who claimed to have a flat got me to drop them off there. And I had 3 hours of work time wasted that I get to make up for tonight. Guys name was Dennis. He left and didnt come tell me he was leaving. Never again

I give them 1 star for scratching up my chrome wheel to patch my tire, even after asking them repeatedly to please be careful with my wheel.My main priority was dont scratch my wheel more than having the slow leak fixed.The tire technicians are careless here.

They put my tire on backwards and left my lug nut lock stuck on the rim and didnt take it off!!!!! I guess they hire people who cant read or even try to do there job right.

Ordered the wrong tires for me. Never called to tell me they had arrived, made an appointment, arrived at stated time, waited 1.5 hours before they got to me, messed up one of my wheels BAD. They say theyre going to get me a new one, if they do Ill increase rating to 3 stars. They did give me a nice little discount for not getting the tires I preferred. Customer service is decent but workmanship leaves some to be desired.

Phenomenal service. John and the shop workers were very courteous, respectful, and did not try to manipulate me as a lady. And they were quick with good pricing. I have recommended them to other family members, including the seniors in my family because too many people try to take advantage of good people.

Need to offer alignment services before selling new tires so they can check to see if the tires will not wear prematurely and offer to align before selling a tire

Not only do they have great prices but also professional and consistent.But the real reason Im writing a review is because my 7 year old son asked one of the young men for application because he wanted to work at Discount Tires . The young man gave him one and allowed him to fill it out and when our service was done they left him a Tshirt in the car which really encouraged him that one day in the far future he could be an employee there . Its just amazing to see young men stepping up and investing in the next generation

Very good service. They didnt have the tires I needed but they got them sent over and out them on my car quickly. I didnt need to wait while they got the tires sent over, they called me to come back and went ahead and put me in the queue so that I wouldnt be waiting long.

Most of the staff here are nice I’ve only had one rude service person here... but my issue isn’t that. The problem is I’ve purchased several tires here for several of my vehicles and they all have some sort of leaking issue. Here I am paying hundreds for new tires just to come back 3 days (consecutively) after they’re put on my car because of flat tires and air seepage. The staff is very fast and efficient but I’ve missed numerous of days for work or had late days due to my tires having air issues.... NEW TIRES AT THAT. I’ve ultimately stopped going to them for my tires even though all that I’ve purchased have warranties on them. That’s why I only gave 3 stars.

Friendly and helpful I got tires here a couple months ago and they helped me get a great deal and came back today and they patched a tire and balanced and rotated them all for me and I did not have to wait a long time.

Been a customer of Discoutn tire for about 6 years even before they opened the store in Southaven. Purchased 4 tires today git in and out in great time.The tech who put my tires on obviously didnt want or shouldnt have came to work I had my spare on and the other tire in trunk locked down,got home he tossed the spare in the trunk on top of my work shoes and golf shoes I keep in their broke some stuff. Needless to say I will not be returning

I called around looking for the best deal on new tires for my van. When I called discount they gave me a price that was in the middle of the others. The salesman asked if I wanted to purchase these tires, I told him that another place had a better deal. He asked me what it was. He then said OK we don’t match deals we beat them. I was give a total $5 cheaper then the cheapest deal I found by discount, plus their location is more convenient. I went in there told them about the conversation I had and they honored it. I also let them know I had an appointment, so they got me took care of in time for me to go to my appointment.Over all it was a good experience.

I ordered 4 tires off of their website and got a tire about every 10 days before had all four. Fast forward 3 months, after having tires installed, I picked up a nail. I made an appointment (still sat there for an hour before they looked at my tire) and was told I hadnt purchased road hazard and needed a new tire because of the location of nail.I had to go back in my emails to find receipt to prove I paid for it then I was told tire wasnt in stock and it would be in the next day.Its been 8 days and still no tire! I will never purchase tires from these people again!(Update)It has taken 3 weeks to get my new tire in and they ordered the wrong one, but somehow they were able to get the right tire there in an hour and a half after realizing their mistake! (why did I have to wait 3 weeks before?!) Take your business elsewhere!

Discount Tire-Southaven is the chic fillet of tire shops. It really blows my mind the level of customer service they provide. They make going to the mechanic not suck and for that I will be a customer for life.

Discount Tire in Southaven is incredible!! Went in this morning to get a tire looked at that had a slow leak on an used car recently purchased. I also wanted to get the tires rotated and balanced. This was the first time trying this place out. I had made an appointment, great option if you have sat multiple hours at their competition that does not do appointments. When I got there, I was greeted by Kamuela Perez, who was super nice! I explained my problem and we walked out to the car so he could inspect my tires. He told me that the tires were from them, which I didnt know, and that the flat repair and rotation would be covered. The tire balancing was very affordable, especially for getting the hidden weights. The whole process from walking in to walking out took 45 minutes. Im so pleased about my experience and they now have my business for a lifetime!!! Would highly recommend for anyones tire needs!!

I ordered a tire and it came in later that day. Took my wifes car the next morning when they opened, they got it changed and put the spare away for me. I was out and on my way home within 45 minutes. I would recommend them.

These guys are awesome. They did a price match which slashed the tire price by almost 30%. They managed the set of tire within a day for me. There was a little bit wait time of 15-20 minutes even though i had an appointment. Most likely for covid and Friday afternoon when i got there. Stuffs were helpful.Do your online research before you go to the store to get a good deal through price match. The tire maintenance warranty gives you the peace of mind.

I would give it 5 stars but an incident occurred that kind of bothers me. I bought 4 tires and had them mounted. No problem. Great tires, awesome price. Great service even in these times. But the tech said that they could not find the reason why the tire I wanted as a spare wouldnt hold air. I asked if they thought it was the nail stuck in it. He laughed and said could be. Hed take care of it. Little under 10 minutes later he said everythings good to go. The next day when I opened the trunk to put my groceries in, there was my spare. Taken off the rim. Rim put in a plastic bag. And the nail still in the tire. Really guys? REALLY ? Really?? I didnt think to check behind them because they do A+ work. But I do fail to see the humor here.

Everything went well and I would have given them a 5 star rating but I had let them know when I bought my tires that I wanted to keep my old tires and I let them know that when I arrived and I had to remind them once they got finish to go get my old tires that I was keeping them and one of my tires they damaged as they was taking them off the rim and then I noticed on my invoice that they still charged me a disposal fee even though I kept my old tires
