Pretty rude employess and just overall bad customer service

Great staff very helpful.

Employee was super nice and they were busy however my son picked up maybe 3 or 4 games to take to the counter and they didnt have them. Someone isnt keeping better check of whats in stock and whats not. He ended up having to just look at a list to see what was available. As i said the employee was great tho. He was very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience.

The associates are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were also able to advise best ways to use the gamestop rewards program and phone app.

Just double check your purchases. We didnt think we had to look at our stuff extra careful to make sure they werent scamming us,, but when we made a visit today Alexandra checked us out and I bought a NEW game but its opened and used so clearly they got the extra dollars for selling a USED opened game as a NEW unopened game. The only thing I could assume was she was a new employee bc the store was completely empty so no rush or anything. But that was our last trip to this location for sure.

Clean store, professional, informative staff

Good selection. Team is amazing. The new manager isnt as helpful as the old one and has given us suggestions that didnt work out. No big deal really since they exchange things. But they also got rid of their elite pro membership which was the reason we ONLY shopped at game stop.. for the points and freebies that came with elite. But in fairness, you can find cool new and used games, systems and merch there. And I have only ever had 1 used game from there that didnt work. The cool part is that you can buy games that arent sold anywhere else... like wii games... without having to do the online wait. Overall good experience.

Mostly good deals but will give you the short end, just keep your games unless your completely done. Will definitely return though.

Always a great place to go for good games and great deals. The staff are always helpful and are willing to answering any questions that u have. The Gamestop Rewards and Membership program brings u even more savings.

This place had more of a open place type of store, and they had a 2ds xl when it was the last one for my childs birthday, I would recommend this to most people.

It was fast and they have alots of good games

Prices are ok, trade in credit is ok, the really cool people dont work here anymore, but there is a guy named Alex who is probably one of the best employees Ive ever met.I asked about what came in a mystery box and he stopped what he was doing and looked up a video for me and showed me the stuff I could get instead of telling me to buy it and find out, great guy.EDIT: No one knows what theyre doing here, I dont know how you can work at a game store and not have game knowledge, you used to be able to come in and tell stories and talk about games but as I was told today Were a selling store the 3 females that were in today, one was rude for no reason and I dont think she knew she worked at GameStop, the other was new, and learning, but nice, and the last was probably the highest functioning out of the 3, all 3 of them kind of seemed to have less knowledge combined than a singular person should have to work at GameStop.On top of that sales are never worth going to and the store always seems cluttered.EDIT: Andre is the only person I ever want to talk to working here, always helpful and knows me on a first name level.
