I go to see Judi for all of my cell phone needs. All the repairs she has made for me were done in a timely manner and performed with the utmost precision. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel like we’ve been friends forever. I’ve also bought a few new phones from her and have always been happy with the price tag. I have had Wish orders sent here and for the last week and some days, no one has been there, the phone vm is full with no updates on whats going on. I know life happens, but effective communication goes a long way.

Placed an order online. I told it was ready for pick up. Store never open and no one answers the phone. Tired for a week to get my package nothing. Deadline to pick up is coming up. If I dont pick it up by then I lose my stuff and will be charged again. Place is ripping people off. Very unprofessional business.

Shattered my phone today and started searching for a repair store. I called the first store that was displayed and got a answer from a very nice lady. I explained my situation and she said no worries that she could take care of it in 15 minutes. I made it to the store and she did exactly what was stated over the phone. Fast, Friendly Quality Service with a very reasonable price!!!!!!! I even got to watch some of my favorite movie Home Alone while waiting😀😀. I’m glad I called the first search.Very professional service.. We need more great customer service businesses like this one. Terrible experience they dont hold up their end of the warranty they swear to stand behind. Fried my entire motherboard on my samsung and then began to cuss and throw things and call secuirty. Spent 700$ to just meet them in court

Wonderful service. I arrived literally minutes before closing desperate because I was traveling the next day and could not leave my phone overnight . My screen was cracked and had disabled the keypad which disabled my iPhone. Apple wanted to charge me $149 to fix my screen and I wasn’t having it. I stopped just out of desperation of just needing someone to help me at at this point I probably would have paid anything to get in this phone by now. I have a 10 year old that I absolutely have to talk to so not communicating with him for the entire weekend was out of the question . The owner/technician was so understanding of my situation she offered to and fixed my phone for me the same night....and it didn’t cost me another phone.Her kindness and talent not only saved me money but mist importantly it embodied what great customer service is and should be. So I have a iPhone 6Plus and my screen busted when I dropped it. I called around and this guy had the best quote, so I go check it out thinking you get what you pay for.... Wrong!!! My iphone screen had been cracked and would not show any picture. I took my phone here and Jakari fixed my phone within a couple of hours. The next day my phone did not show a picture so I took it back up there and showed Jakari and he replaced my screen no charge due to no physical damage that was caused on my own. If you need your phone fixed with quality work I would definitely recommend Cell Phone Doctors!!!

The customer service by one of the techs was horrible, but the other tech apologized profusely and made it right by me. He refunded the extra I paid for express shipping when FedEx didnt send it in time, and stayed three hours after they closed so he could get my phone to me as soon as possible. If you have any phone other than an iPhone or Galaxy, it may take a few days for them to get the parts needed to repair in, but they do quality repairs.

I drop my God daughters iPhone and crake the screen, i felt really bad but did not want to spend a lot to fix it. I called the Cellular Repair shop and was very pleased with the price and the service was great. The turn around time was within two hours great work. I will continue to go here and tell others about them.

I took my sons ipad in for repair. Instead of it being ready the same day, I had to wait a week. When I got home with it, it would not work unless turned off and back on. This went on for two days so I called back and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. Now two weeks later and no returned phone calls like promised, they tell me that because it is dented on one corner the screen will not stick down. I paid $96 to get this repaired and they will not refund anything back on something they should have told me they could not repair to begin with. I am being told by the lady in the shop that her manager will do all kinds of things, but I have never met him or talked to him. I wonder if he even exists. Poor customer service due to no call backs, time it took to tell me they would not do anything, wasted trips to their store, and lack in trying to make things right. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Now I have an ipad that cant be used.

In an email and phone call I was quoted 89.99 as a special. I ask my husband to drop the phone off for me the next day. He was at the store at 9:00 when they were supposed to open to find no one there. When he called them they told him that they would be there in 15 minutes. ( they were not). He had to drop the phone off later, (which wasted more of his time) then he was charged $119.99.This is a very disreputable place to do any business with.

They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I took my daughters phone to this place a few months ago. She charged us over $100 to fix the cracked screen on a J7Pro. When we got the phone back it started to bleed under the screen, and the entire screen came off. I told her this is not what we paid for, and that this needed to be taken care of. The screen was under warranty, and she admitted that it was the buyers fault. She told me I could buy another phone from them since I said I was going to buy my daughter a phone anyway. LOL (like hell). She kept this phone for about a month, and she still did not take care of the problem. Then she tells me they said they would warranty the screen at half price. She said she was not going to pay the entire amount to repair the screen. I told her we paid you already to fix this screen, and it is your job to stand by your work. She still refused to pay the remaining amount to fix it. This place is so unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend anyone take their dogs phone there. They do more damage than when you first went it. Now I have to pay a skilled professional to fix the issue she created. This is ridiculous. I would tell anyone DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE to fix your phone. CellPhone Doctors Southaven is a complete rip off. When I told her that I would not make a recommendation for her services she tried to say thats not right. Why would I send someone to them, and then they have to pay someone else more money to do the job right. I said Ill speak to a lawyer, and she said my cousin is a lawyer and I spoke to them about this already. Girl PLEASE!!!! BE WARE of CELLPHONE DOCTORS. I am going to post this anywhere I can. Revised December 3, 2015: Waited an entire month for some so called part, which never came in. Kept our money gave us back our phone after causing more damage by opening it up when we only needed a glass. Now we are in Civil Court. SMDH. Other local repair places same day service and only charge 40 bucks for a cracked glass. They charged us $117.00+.Dec 3, 2015 Revision: After careful consideration they came through. They called repaired the glass. Although it wasnt the glass we wanted it was still repaired and the new glass looks good. The store owner even reimbursed half of our money for the inconvenience. We thanked him for being a real man of his word.

Had them replace a charge port on a Galaxy S3. It took a while as they only have one person that works on these time phones only on Saturday, but they do quality work and the prices are fare.

DO NOT GO HERE. The guy is a scam artist. He will put a very bad screen on your phone only for it to mess up a week later and will offer no help with that. Also terrible customer service! Please spend your money elsewhere.

Im sorry that your experience was not as pleasant as you expected, however when you bought this iPad in I did explain to you that due to the fact that it had been dropped and severely dented the screen would not lay flat. I put forth a lot of effort to do the best that I could to get his iPad working, but you also explained that it had been dropped several times. The turn around time was also not my fault, you delayed this process as well because of you not feeling well and expecting a child. Once again I apologize that your expereince was not as expected, but I replaced his screen and went above and beyond to fix what you had already damaged. I offered to try again, but I had to set the proper expectation that due to previous damage, the screen would not lay flat. My apologies, and best wishes.

My daughter dropped her iphone 5c the day before our spring break trip and I didnt put insurance on it like a dummy! We goggled this place went by and they fixed her phone just like new in about 25 minutes.
