This is hands down, THE best Cricket Customer Service Store in the area. My usual store wouldnt handle my request to cancel a line I no longer use on my account.So i drove a little bit farther, and Amer showed me how to navigate around the Robo menu and get to an actual human being to handle your request. He took care of it for me and was funny, and engaging and just a great service rep. Thats my new cricket store now.

Its a ok place..I love cricket prices like noo contract..an phones are good prices too!! BUT BUT....I have needed help with my phone with virus an went in couple times an thy were not really into helping out..thy just kept saying youll need new phone..just get new phone...But it seems like thy dont even have the time to help its only 1 or mayb mayb 2 workers...An this place is just very busy...So thy need more workers to help on the phones!!! An i been with Cricket 19 years...So I shud knw...lol
