Came into the store last week after my wifes dropped her phone an the screen cracked. The gentleman that helped us told us that they do not fix phones at this location and that she had no upgrade options because her phone was damaged. Its very odd that in the store, we couldnt get an upgrade with a damaged phone, but online or through the Verizon app, she can. Verizon definitely needs to fix this.

Switched from sprint, got a new s21+ and they never even switched the service from my old number so I wasnt even receiving calls/ texts but had serivce to the phone. They didnt care to resolve the situation so I went back to sprint.

Absolutely rude and unhelpful. I have been a Verizon customer for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. I was looking to upgrade and the sales associate refused to show me phones or discuss promotions. When I asked about device availability she said Android is there. Apple is there. She never ever came around the counter. When I decided on one I walked back up to the counter and without blinking or checking she said There are none in stock. When I finally made a purchase she said You will receive a link. Pay through the link. And she walked off! I was shocked. Will NEVER purchase or upgrade through a Verizon store again.

Rude, unhelpful, arrogant staff. Lack of inventory to support the products they sell. Not to mention service that is only marginally better than other providers. Oh, and staff than couldn’t answer a technical question about their service if the answer was written in neon signs right in front of them...

First off Id like to start by saying that Im a customer 21 plus years. the last few years Ive had nothing but problems out of this particular location. After being told I would have to pay even though I have insurance on my phone, and which case I responded if that happens Ill have to take my business elsewhere the young man told me sorry to see you go. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service they agreed to replace the phone told me to go back to the store. Without even looking up my account or anything I was told no that will not happen that if corporate wants me to have a phone they need to be the ones to provide the phone and the only remedy through them was for me to buy a new phone. They made no effort to look up my 21 years of history with your company or call corporate or look up the notes in my history file. Now Ive spent another 45 minutes on the phone and I am still on hold a wedding information to get another phone.

I would have given 0 Stars if I could! I go in with my mask on not over my nose because I cant breathe!! They have plexiglass on the counter and the manager has a mask on, but he refuses to take care of me because the mask is not over my nose!! I mean really you got a placey glass in front of you and you have a mask on!! By the way in the state of Mississippi mask is not a mandate!! Now i know why the reviews here are so poor!!

They told me they wouldn’t sell me a phone. That I had to buy a phone using the app. On my broken phone. Then they told me I couldn’t do it inside. I have to stand outside the Verizon store. That’s absurd.

One star would be accurate for this location. The inside was beautiful and well-setup. However, the agent that I got, Feridnan? Fitzgerald? Something to that effect, was a ridiculous salesman! I was treated like a number and not at all like a human being. I asked him about specs on a phone and how do I do this? and his reply was you just have to play around with it. I dont know. How do you not know every dynamic of the products youre selling? I was finally down to a decision on 2 phones I couldnt decide between and the first time he decided to glance up from his phone was when I said I was undecided and I was going to think about it over lunch. Worse experience of my life and my first experience buying my first cell phone with a contract.

Went to Verizon stores and they didnt know how to fix problem with my phone. All they want to do is get you to buy new phones ($900) instead of solving the problem.Cant wait til our contract has expired, then were trying new service elsewhere.🤔Verizon need to train there employees at the different branch Locations. 😟 UghProblem still EXIST, why pay for service you cant useIM SO DONE WITH VERIZONWISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO FOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE

I was very impressed by Dee ! My husband and I went in expecting a long wait.Plus a couple hours to change multiple phone accounts over.DEE welcomed us at the door.Very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS !We explained what we needed on our many many phone changes.He was able to address all our needs and we were finished in 10 minutes.I was amazed at how fast he was able to complete all of our needs.I highly recommend Mr.Dee, hes an awesome young man !

Sitting here looking like a fool! This past Black Friday I went in to get the iPhone X because it was $400 off. That is the only reason I even considered getting a new phone! I allowed an associate to verbalize this to me multiple times the price. I am JUST NOW seeing on my bill 24 divided monthly payments from $899!!!! I have been with Verizon for years and I am shocked. I am sad. I feel cheated. I will most definitely be switching networks as soon as this thing is paid off. Verizon Southaven, you’re terrible! I wish I could recall the name of the associate!

I will never Ever come back to this store ever again. I have been with Verizon 10 years and had the worst customer service. I bought my disabled father a phone and didnt want him to wait for the mailman to send it to the house. This store was the only store that had it within driving range. I drove 30 mins from Memphis to come get the phone. And wasnt even offered by a store representative to activate the phone. I did everything myself. Good customer service goes along way. They were not busy. All the other store representatives were on their phones. The employee that gave me my phone tauntly told me how I can activate the phone, after I voluntary called customer service to activate my phone while I was still in the store.

Even though I have had Verizon for 17+ years now, I still feel they are overpriced. This store usually has what we need, but the sales staff are extremely pushy with products. I know its their job, but I only came in for a case, not a new phone, tablet, wifi, plan, auto device etc.

I hate that I have to give one star instead of no stars. My fiancé and I went in to see what kind of upgrades we would be eligible to receive after waiting three years with our current iPhones. Since the new phones are coming out in a week, we figured we could at least get some sort of a discount in order to upgrade our phones (we’ve been customers for approximately 10 years). The website states that with the purchase of two iPhones you will receive $700 off of the second phone with a new line. You’d think that there would be some sort of loyalty discount for those already with Verizon trying to purchase 2 new iPhones... but there isn’t. Soooo, what Verizon is telling me is gaining new customers is more important than their loyal customers. They’d rather their current customers trade to a competitor to ensure the discounts that they openly offer to bribe new customers?We were informed by the sales person that the only thing we qualify for would be our normal upgrades. No questions were asked if we were eligible for an upgrade nor did he try to offer us assistance in any way. Poor salesmanship on the part of the salesperson, if you ask me. And HORRIBLE PR for Verizon as a whole. I don’t doubt that the other providers are doing the exact same thing; however, they lucked out by not having me walk into their stores today.

Since switching over the last decade from AT&T to Sprint to Verizon, Im extremely pleased. So far Ive been using Verizon for the last year for my personal and business endeavors and couldnt be happier. I have had a few issues out of my Motorola Droid 4 and walked into this store on Airways in Southaven, MS, to be greeted at the door every time and helped immediately. The people in this store are very nice to work with and down to earth, they seem to be enjoying their job and glad to help every time. They have handled everything properly and assisted me fully with each issue Ive brought to their attention. Ive been especially impressed by the customer service from both Ebony H. and Signora B. from two different times Ive had to come into this store. My issues with AT&T in the past were great phone service with horrible phone or store customer service, and Sprint being horrible phone service with mediocre store customer service. With Verizon, the staff at this store specifically, and my great phone service, Im enjoying having made the switch.Thanks for staying so positive and helping each and every customer who walks through the doors into this store, I never leave reviews but felt this store deserved the positive feedback!~

In the month of January, I went into a Verizon store(6870 Airways Blvd,Southaven MS) to buy a bluetooth, while in the store a employee notice the at&t device, and started asking question.Well, I was sold LIES, because if a customer stating I am a OTR driver, home 3-4 days a month, need high speed internet all time,cause I have a firestick, my computer which I received my loads, and communication with my company on, my Rand McNally, and my phone, can Verizon jetpack do the same as AT&T, he look me in my face and stated YES, lies all lies.Spoke with a manager, and she stated go to a store on the road any Verizon Store, that showed me right there,as long as I got her in a contract we good,cause how in the world can a trucker driving with a 53foot along with your tractor,go in a shopping center that a verizon is in without risking hitting something or perhaps someone. I went from paying $120.00 a month for my internet and cellar phone services, to $210 a month.The store in Southaven MS, speaking with others has a reputation of doing what is needed to make a sale, I have not been offering to make this right, one agent offer what about a tablet, but we need you to pay $100+, or we can drop the line for $85+, my husband asked me why are you letting Verizon do you like that? Well what to do pay the almost $200 to drop the line( which will through my monthly budget off), I stuck with a device that is worthless and stuck paying for a service because Verizon LiES.

This is the WORST CORPORATE Verizon store Ive ever been too in my 8 years Ive been with Verizon. The stoe maneger, Brandon, is the RUDEST Verizon Manger Ive ever dealt with. Matter of fact, I have never had to deal with a Verizon manager that was rude, EVER... As a small business owner, I would recommend that Verizon fire him & find a more positive customer friendly/helpful TEAM leader. Excellent customer service starts at the top & proliferates down to the rest of the team. Which its obvious this concept is completely missing at this Verizon store. I will never go back to this store, nor recommend it to anyone. I will GLADLY drive to the Verizon Smart Corporate store in Germantown, TN for all of my future Verizon in store needs. Where I Always receive the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive grown to expect from Verizon.

She spent two hours getting our three ipads and four cell phones sorted out when we changed the users around.
