Had a problem with my phone they tell me instantly they cant fix it. Had been directed there from another at&t to see a specialist at this location. I ask to see him the lady says he cant fix. She tries to do some things,but it doesnt work to fix the problem. She tries to get me to leave, but I insisted on speaking to the guy. Long story short he fixed the problem in just a few minutes. As I walked out looking at the unhelpful employee that tried to run me out because I didnt want a new phone. Kudos to the helpful guy, shame in the lady.
If I could give 10 stars to this store I would! The staff at this AT&T store were amazing!!! Jose & James went above and beyond to help me find the best solution to fit the unique and complicated situation that brought me into this store near closing time. The personalized experience and knowledge they provided truly made me know and feel like the valued customer companies tell people they are but never deliver on. This store and its talented and professional staff exceeded every expectation and more than delivered! I went to the store on Goodman Road To get my screen fixed on my 11 Max Pro iPhone I was greeted by the employees they have very nice attitude everyone in the store.I also noticed the store manager his name is Chris he had a nice attitude very attentive and a great customer service also he worked well with his employees thank you guys so much for your great service

Debra was awesome today helping my 81 year old mom upgrade her iphone. She was super patient and handled everything to make sure her new phone was working, syncing phone in car, phone case installed, old phone erased, etc. She really exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend you ask for Debra!!

I went to go in for an upgrade and trade in. The tech looked at my old phone and told me amd my father it was okay for me to turn it in the following day. We asked if evwrythjng was all good, and he said everything was completed and signed for. Went back to the store, another tech told me my old phone didnt meet the promotion for the s21. Then was told I have to return the phone, even though I spent all night transferring accounts and data. Wasnt offered a credit or another option.
Mr. Deion and Mr. Cameron took really great care of us while visiting their store! They answered all of our questions and helped us in a timely manner. Great meeting and speaking with them. Will be referring them to my friends in the area.

Entered store where over on dozen young sales associates that where gathered at the entrance (felt like a High School social hour). I visited the store with the goal of purchasing a hot spot, yet the sales lady insisted I cancel my new home install and re-sign up with her then add additional services. When I declined, she stated the hot spot would not serve my needs. However, Another service provided what I asked her for and that service exceeds my needs. Very strange business model. Clearly more interested in sales than serving needs of customers.

Never been here and taken less than 2 hours. Be prepared to spend the time. My advice would be to bring snacks and drinks. The people working here must wander around the store in order to find your account on their little electronic pad? This trip was almost 4 hours just to upgrade a phone. That means that each worker only sees 2-3 customers a day.

Amazing Customer Service! This the only AT&T Store I visit out of the entire area! Managers and other associates always make sure you are doing okay! Today I traded in a old Apple Watch for the Series 6. Jeremy who is a salesman here, helped me with no problems, and made a smooth transition!
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an AT&T after being a customer for over 10 years! My rep was the absolute worst. She was very rude and had little to no knowledge of what I was requesting. She seemed to be more interested in finding ways that I could not do an upgrade rather than working toward giving me what I requested. Some of the reps were having social hour during the time I was there and she joined in rather than assist me. I’m seriously considering Verizon at this point.
My family and I went in for our upgrades on our 5 phones. We thought this might be a long confusing day for us with a long waiting period. Turns out we were wrong! Jimmy the associate working there is who we were very lucky to ended up with . He was very calm patient professional knew his job and very helpful. While helping the 5 of us he was also multitasking with questions from other associates working and other customers as well. He made all the changes he needed to on our account and explained it clearly to each of us. We left that day feeling great and amazed at how little effort it was for us because of Jimmy’s skills and knowledge. He gave 14 days to turn in our old phones after making sure everything was indeed uploaded and phones were reset. The day I came in to turn in each phone I was thrilled to see Jimmy would be helping me again! He knew exactly what I was there for and i was in and out in 10 minutes. I will always ask for Jimmy when I need to go to AT&T for anything.
Maury was a very big help in purchasing a new phone and something that I actually liked. The service was great everyone was very welcoming and I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new phone or even internet service.Thank you a million!
I was trying to buy a phone and add a line to a plan. Salesperson had no idea how to run computer system. I was in store for 90 min while she fumbled around on her tablet. She even disappeared with my drivers license for 20 min which made me suspicious. I got my id back from her and walked out because I was no closer getting phone and adding line than when I got to store. Went to Olive Branch location and the transaction was simple and took less than 5 min. I’ll never go back to 115 Goodman Rd west location.

My husband & I just moved to this area. We have been having nothing but trouble with getting our AT&T internet. Weve called they said they will contact us. Well it has been a week now. Absolutely no one has contacted us. We would do it ourselves but the cable is damaged after AT&T came to install it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need internet for my job. At this point Im about to go to Comcast!!!
Very well staffed. I did not have to wait. I got my phone repaired. The Gentleman saw that my phone was almost dead and when I picked it up it was charged. Great service.
I am so very thankful for the customer service at the Goodman at&t location from manager, Jimmy and Deion. I came in several days trying to accommodate my account and get what I needed for all 4 children and I got exactly that at an affordable Price and also they helped set up the devices! This was not a job description for them! I am so grateful!
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would! Kayla and Brandon Williams (manager) are the most incompetent employees I’ve ever come across. I came in to have 4 numbers ported in. Kayla made a mistake so big even corporate didn’t know how to fix it. She and Brandon had no idea what the mistake was and thus couldn’t fix it. Instead of telling me the truth, they made up excuses and lied to me for 5 days, asking me to come in everyday, before I called corporate and took my business elsewhere.Do yourself a favor and go to a different location or ask for different associates because Kayla and Brandon are equally unequipped/unqualified to do their jobs correctly!
Kayla was very professional. She got us the best deal for our family plan. Also taught me how to use my new iPhone. She was patient and had a lot of knowledge about the different plans and phones. She help guide me to a decision in a timely manner.

Never had a good experience coming in here, today I came in because my daughters sim wasn’t working in her new phone. They said I needed a new one and required an ID which I didn’t have a state issued one on me (my wallet was stolen two days prior and replacement hasn’t showed up) my federal ID wouldn’t work. Was told I had to order it over the phone with customer service and it wouldn’t come in for several days. Also not willing to pause my account until it came in. Called customer service fed up and honestly was just about to cancel the account. Explained the problem, she said I didn’t need a new sim at all it needed to be reactivated with the new phone model. No cost, 10 minutes it was fixed. Just call customer service this store is never worth the trouble.
Today at the AT&T store in Southaven I went in for an issue with my email. I thought I would not be able to retrieve my old email and I became very emotional however Latoria and DJ were extremely sympathetic and helpful. They recovered my email and made my day. I wish I could hug them but I will just give them 5 stars and much appreciation for helping me. They are exceptional

Our sales person was very unprofessional, she had 4 inch long nails she couldn’t even type with them they were so long, she was singing to the music in the store and she was very pushy just not a lot of help … I think her name was Jamaica, just very unprofessional .

Have you EVER had to have the feeling that your business is not welcomed? Well, earlier this week I had looked online for a new phone upgrade for my son. I went to the AT&T Store on Goodman Road (next to McDonalds) and asked rep Jeremy for phones A-B-C for X-Y-Z deal because I think that my mom (account holder) had the upgrade plan.The rep escorted me to his table, obtain my sons phone number to see if we had the upgraded plan; Jeremy asked for my ID. I repeated to the rep that I was JUST trying to see if this store have the requested phones in stock before I proceed; the rep said that he would STILL NEED to see my ID to check. NNNEEEVVVVEEEERRR have I had to a rep to see my ID just to inform me if they had a particular phone in stock.OK, about then I was feeling uncomfortable about being a customer. I then proceeded to ask the rep, What if I paid for the iPhone outright? Jeremey said that he will STILL need to see my ID. I pondered for a bit, told the rep thank you, then left...to ANOTHER STORE!!I went to another AT&T store location and asked the rep the EXACT same question that I had asked Jeremy. The other stores rep was WAS EXCELLENT!!! He proceeded to direct me to the phones and informed me of the iPhones and the deal that I spoke of WITHOUT asking for my ID or phone number. I LIKED him and that he had PASSED! Informed the rep that I will be doing business with him; I left out to my car to get my purse and my son.(I give the store ONE STAR just for being clean; customer service from one rep...ZERO.)Mar (30+ years customer with AT&T with over nine years in high-end medical customer service)
Jamica was by far the best employee of AT&T that we’ve come across. After dealing with my technical issue for almost 2 weeks, she managed to help with that PLUS MORE! Her attitude is very kind and pleasant and she is also very very knowledgeable. AT&T needs more people like Jamica!!

Walked into att and was confused about what to do with my galaxy note20. Mrs. Debra asked me what is was that I was looking to get. I told her my situation and how my car was broken into and my S9 was stolen. I was kinda down because I lost a lot of contacts and messages with important information. Mrs. Debra went in my settings and restored everything from my S9. If it wasnt for covid I would have hugged her. I have very important contacts and military information and she helped me tremendously. Thank you Mrs. Debra

Great experience this morning. My son is in the hospital and I was desperate to get his replacement phone working. Cynthia was very understanding and helped me get it going. She even said she would pray for my son.
I would give negative stars if I could. Down right theives. Lied about promotion. They took my tradeins (2 x S8 Active less than 2 year old) and ended up offering me $50 in lieu of the $800 each trade in promotion. Crooks. Told me the trade in had to be at least $60 and 10 months later offer me $50. I then check the value on their website and bam, 10 months later they still show they meet the $60 min. Showed that to them and they still denied the promo credit of $800 each. They ought to be in jail.

I am very concerned how come there are many good reviews for this store because my experience was the exact opposite. They sold me a new iPad Pro and forgot to put the SIM card in it so it didn’t work on the wireless network and found out when I got home. I went back to the store for them to correct the mistake to be told that I’ll have to get back in line and wait in my car- and I was told 5-10 minutes, which that was just simply not true it was closer to an hour. Then, my iPhone 12 pro stopped working all of a sudden when the iPad sim was installed and I was told that my iPhone would work within a hour that it is normal to show no sim on your phone after they switched the sim out because of “the Nashville bombing” they said. In the end, I got home and called ATT and waited on hold another hour but at least eventually got someone to mail me out a SIM card because I put my wife’s sim in and it worked fine on my phone and put the other one in given to me by a ATT employee and of course it did not work. I will never go back in this store again- not to mention I heard the salesmen and saleswomen in the store talk badly about their customers after they left the store.Update: After I was not as upset from the horrible experience listed above I came back to this same store and had a very pleasant experience - told them I believed it was a burned SIM card and they put a new one in and my phone worked instantly! I can see why some reviews are excellent experiences - just don’t come in on Sundays with the staff working there or prepare for a horrible experience depending when that shift is working. So, good staff depending on the day- avoid Sunday’s is all I know for sure at this location! Changing from 1 start to 3 stars now because of this update.

Came to this location in late May to upgrade my phone. Matthew came out to the car (per social distancing rules) quickly and was very friendly, helped me to locate my account and explain the different options available to me. Despite standing in the hot sun, Matthew was very patient as I considered phones, cases, and payment plans. All in all, it was a great experience.
