I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE LOOKING INTO BUYING AN EXPENSIVE SMARTPHONE‼️ THEY SOLD ME A USED IPHONE 11PRO MAX AND CHARGED ME FULL PRICE THROUGH SMART PAY.I was needing a new phone because my old phone was damaged. I asked them for the 11 pro max and I was told back in the beginning of June I will have to preorder the phone. I was also told it will take about a week. I paid my $50 and I waited with NO PHONE for a week that turned into two weeks. They told me, “due to the pandemic the orders are off!” Okay! I called ATT to see if they had the iPhone 11 Pro Max to pickup that day. They had BRAND NEW, NEVER USED and UNOPENED IPHONES THAT I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP THAT DAY. I called metro (THIS LOCATION IS WHERE MY $50 IS AT) to ask them for my refund and to let them know I was going to ATT. By this time it’s been just about 3.5 weeks with no phone. The store owner said we have your phone(all of a sudden) I came and I paid at his store and then he sent me down the street to pick up my phone. I didn’t think anything about it at the time but when I got home, I was getting ready to purchase AppleCare I noticed my phone warranty ends 05/04/2021. I purchased the phone the end of June of 2020 so my limited warranty should end 06/2021 the day I punched the phone: I called the store and told them they sold me a used phone and they PROMISED ME THEY WILL REPLACE IT...TODAY IS 09/15/2020 and nobody replaced my phone. They lied to me and now this used Iphone I’m using to type this complaint out with has NO APPLE CARE because of them and their false promises. I asked for his supervisor that was over him (the store owner) nobody knows anything. METRO IS TRASH...THIS LOCATION IS TRASH.

I was very pleased with my service here when I switched 4 lines from cricket to Metro. The staff made sure i was attended to as soon as I stepped in the store, I was greeted and assisted right away. I would defiantly recommend this store to anyone who is wanting great service with a great deal. I was helped by a store employee named Michael and he was very nice I will be back just because of him.

This location is awesome. Patience lives up to her name. She is very helpful and treats customers with respect even when they are rude to her. Its evident she is knowledgeable about your products and loves what she is doing. I have purchased 3 phones for my grandchildren, got my husband to switch his service there and referred several coworkers.
