Jermell was awesome!!! I rate the business 5 stars from customer service down to the phone repair. He spoke when I came in and I told him my problem (water damage). I didn’t really care about the phone. I only wanted the sentimental value that was connected to it (pics of my deceased father and newborn baby). Jay worked diligently to solve this problem for me. I could tell he was a sincere, very nice guy and really cared for me as a customer. I also watched him engage with other customers and he treated them the same. I went in to get a battery changed on an older phone that started to fail, but feared it could have been a problem with charging as well.He was able to change the battery out quickly and troubleshoot the charging problem. It was determined that it was not just the USB port but something more involved. It was very important to me that I got copies of photos and data from my old phone and he prioritized this and gave me options on how it could be done best.I was able to get a good price on a newer model replacement phone competitive with online prices but without having to wait for shipping, as well as all my data transferred. He even stayed with me until everything was migrated.I feel like the customer service was definitely above what I usually expect and would not hesitate to send any family or friends this way. There is a good selection of phones available and again, some of the most knowledgeable and best customer service Ive received. Should I run into any smartphone issues again this will be the first place I turn to.

Cheapest around to have an iPhone 11 Max screen replaced. And the turn around was in under an hour.

I rarely give 5 stars. That being said, I received great help in finding an unlocked phone without having to deal with Verizon or Sprint store up sells. The guy (Jamel) was very knowledgeable and made sure the phone swap went correctly before selling it to me. Im happy with the service here and will return. Even offered to order me a case for my new phone in the event that I didnt feel like messing with it myself.

I have been going to Jamel (sp?) for 2 years or so, both for repairs (2 or 3 times) and buying a new phone at a good price. I broke my screen and came to the store to get it replaced. It was amazingly priced (anything under $100 for a new screen makes me SOOO happy)!!! Jameel got it repaired within 2 hours, but informed me there may be a slight issue with the home button. Instead of charging me full price, he graciously gave me a big discount, ordered a new screen and gave me the option of keeping the current screen or coming back to get the new one. I told him I was happy with the repair, but would keep that in mind. A few days later I went back to get the 2nd new screen installed and he still insisted on giving me a discount. The 2nd screen works flawlessly.I would not hesitate to take any smartphone or tablet to him for repairs. He cares about his customers, is eager to fix the issue, helps resolve any problems that might arise and treats the customers very well.He not only repairs phones & tables, but also carries cases, earbuds, cables, phones and tablets.

Went in today with a bit of an emergency. I was very well taken care of. My phone was repaired quick and all my pictures and videos were safe. This is where I will go if I ever have any more needs related to my phone. Oh, and got a good deal on a phone case, too!

I Shattered my 2 year ipad she was very heartbroken. I brought it to smartphones once again he had to keep it he waited on me a little after closing i was busy across town so i couldn’t make it. IM NOT DONE YET 🗣 JAMIL HAD TO UNLOCK THE PHONE FOR ME TO USE IT WITH MY SIM CARD. IN THE MIDST OF DOING SO I WAS SLICK RUNNING LATE OVER MY BREAK AND THIS MAN THREW IN A CHARGER CORD, WALL BLOCK, AND A CAR CHARGER🙌 .. AFTER HE UNLOCKED IT HE FOUND OUT THE PHONE IS A 256 GB THINKING IT WAS 64, AND DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME EXTRA. MAN IS AWESOME 👏

They descrimnate against people with handicaps. Was trying to park in the parking lot and he ran out and forced me to move. I am handicapped and the person with me was handicapped we needed the parking spot to be close to door. He doesnt have signs they say parking for his customers only..which I would have gladly respected.

I was passing through and needed my screen replaced on an iPhone 8 Plus. Prices were normal, but customer service was outstanding. He told me that it would take an hour because he was working on another phone. I waited because I did not want to fight the traffic. 5 or 6 people came in and took their time asking questions, there was a problem with the first screen he installed, and he still finished in under an hour. He even gave me a tempered glass screen protector for waiting. I would definately return.

I happened to find this gem on accident. It was right next door to my lunch decision for the day. I had a phone that needed to be fixed and decided to run in for a quote.The guy that greeted me was INCREDIBLY kind. Assured me that my phone would be repaired within an hour and gave me an ad and promised that if I brought it in with my phone, he would knock 10.00 off.I came back a week later with my phone. He was still as sweet as before. He assured me that my phone would be done in an hour. I did let him know that I would pick it up the next day. I noticed iPads for sale. I asked about the prices. He gave me some awesome information that would save me some money. I told him it would have to wait for pay day. He assured me that they had several and that there would definitely be one available if I chose to come back.The next day I came back for my phone and decided I wanted to get the iPad because I needed to knock my Christmas purchases out sooner rather than later. He allowed to me to separate payments and had me open the ipad container myself and proved to me that it was indeed brand new. I left with a 1 year warranty as soon as my daughter started it and an absolute smile on my face.Definitely go here for all your needs.
