Southaven store.....Horrible I am on the Sprint side and since the merge I have nothing I repeat nothing but trouble. Phone customer service after logging in total 13 hours with no resolution or being disconnected several times only to get back in the hour or so que. Went to the store not once not twice not three times but 4. Only to be told call customer service. One manager was nice and worked with me but no follow thru as promised. Time to move on

Went to get my daughter a phone, because it died. Since we were with sprint, we thought it would be fine to visit T-Mobile due to the merger. Jose and Joni tried to assist us, but to no avail. Jose was pushy and was not knowledgeable with the Sprint process of the business. He was insistent in trying to sell us a T-Moble plan, even though we explained we wanted to keep everything the same. My daughter just needed a phone and was eligible for an upgrade. Joni, on the other hand, was nice in the beginning. Then she started questioning our faith and belief in Jesus Christ. There is a time and a place for everything. And when dealing with customers, it is best to refrain from speaking about certain subjects, such as religion, politics, etc. We left this location without a phone. However, we located the T-Mobile store in Olive Branch, near Target next to Firehouse Sub, and received exceptional customer service. Not only were they able to assist us, my daughter received a phone without any issues. Our faith wasnt questioned, nor did we feel as though we were being pushed into a new contract. From a training standpoint, please ensure your associates are prepared to assist T-Mobile AND Sprint customers. Because the acquisition took place earlier this year, your associates should be trained thoroughly for all products pertaining to both companies.

Brought my phone in to see what is wrong with it. I purchased a Google pixel in full and got a warranty about 4 months ago.but was told nothing can be done and they refused to help me I was told to go to a different phone service.i had to contact Google and and they told me that it is t-mobiles responsibility to replace defective phones and that they themselves have alot of problems with t-mobile with the warrantys.anyways Google is sending me a new phone and I will be switching services.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently I went to the Southaven location and Jacquisha Todd helped me get some changes made. She went above and beyond! I hope T mobile appreciates her. She was awesome! I have always had good experiences here, but she was the best!

You might want to school your employees on medical exemptions provided in the Statewide mask mandate. There are legal and valid exemptions and this should be recognized and customers treated respectfully.

This store has the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen. The representative will great you but the other workers that are in the store wont help even if they see customers standing around waiting to be helped. I shouldnt have to beg someone to take my money. Smh. I came in to purchase a new phone but they just lost this customer and commission

T-MOBILE is a great wireless service provider. And this store has been here in the same spot since the powertel days of the company. Prices on par with other providers for devices. Plans are quality service at a good rate. Employees in this location are always friendly, and happy to help.

Went in to drop off a signal booster, as advised by the website. Upon arrival I noticed that there was one rep and three other customers. The rep was helping a customer, then the next, where he attempted to up sell him on the new gear watch, without attempting to acknowledge the others who were waiting. Finally he got to me, about twenty minutes or so, and was initially unable to find out how to put my return in for me. I was then given advice on how I could print off the shipping label and ship it myself. While on the phone I was advised that he was trying to help me out so I acknowledged that he was doing his job. In the end he packaged the repeater in a box that had no padding, so Im sure its going to get destroyed in transit, and I took it to UPS and shipped it myself. Maybe a quick training session about how to handle that situation without attempting to put it on the customer would help.

This is a reliable store especially compared to the T-mobile store on popular near a Mexican restaurant. The one on popular is trash due to their workers not be knowledgeable on anything and losing 90% of my photos on my phone and I was there for 2 hours. This Southaven one only took 20 mins for transferring photos and such.

The best customer service the most affordable and only truly unlimited data plan out there and the prices are going down this week I went and picked up a new LG G pad 8 for next to nothing, and signed up for the new even cheaper unlimited data plan. So i have a new tablet and my bill stayed the same

I beg of you two things. One, dont ever use this rude unfriendly store.Two if you live in the Southaven/Olive Branch areas DO NOT get T-Mobile.I moved from Florida and had been with T-Mobile in excess of 7 years. I have never dropped calls and had a lack of reception like I have here. Their network is NOT adequate in this area. Good luck getting 4G too half the time its Edge. Spend a little more go somewhere else. I am actively looking to leave and Ill be happy to pay my Early Termination fee since I have a contract from the old days with then.

Ive been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and if I could rate zero stars I would! I live in Southaven and originally went to the Southaven store off of Goodman Road. From the moment I stepped foot inside the Southaven store I felt UNWELCOME. There was no greeting, I felt if I was an inconvenience just from walking in. Not until I was walking out did I get an Excuse me maam, which I replied no thanks, ill go to another location. It was then I drove the additional 25 minutes to the Olive Branch location where I was greeted by BOTH associates with a warm welcome! Thank you to both women at the Olive Branch store for being friendly and helpful!!

They sure pulled a fast one over my mother and I. Thought we were getting upgraded phones since we have been with them so long. They took my moms phone and took the chip out of it and getting ready to transfer data to new phone when the bomb fell out of the sky. Mom was getting ready to sign paperwork showing she was financing 2 phones. $1299.00!!! Mom stopped and said why would I finance a phone when I pd in full the last one and have had insurance on it for over a year. Mom went in to the store because her phone battery wasnt lasting a day and phone getting really hot when using it. She wasnt going in to get a new phone, just wanted help with her battery. So they have moms phone now and would not let her leave with it. Heidi told mom to put a lock on it and she would make sure moms phone would be there the next day so we could get the manager to help mom. Mom goes back the next day like instructed at 3pm talks with manager. manager comes out to tell mom her phone had already been shipped off. Well all moms photos of her mom (that just passed away) and memorial plus other very important information is on her original phone that was promised to still be there. Manager does try her best and got ups to locate the package to have shipped back to the store. So now mom is waiting for her original phone to come back. She just called and its not back yet. In the mean time her daughter has a nice new iphone 7s that she wants to keep and pay for. Mom just wants her phone back with everythimg still on it and then handle hers thru the insurance she has payed for $10.00 a month for more than a year. Thanks Heidi for promising mom her phone was safe and would be there the next day !!! You better hope it comes back and intact with all the photos and information!!
