Do not go cspire to just stream services. Only the devices that are hardwired will work. Try and stream on wifi...NOPE! might as well pay the cable company and get a box in every room. plus by the time you pay these people and the streaming services its practically the same cost
I came in to to change my cellphone provider to C Spire but I had questions which I had to relay the answers to my fiancé who was out of town. Kassidie was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and nice. Thank you kindly for your help 😊

We have been getting upgrades with same agent (Stephen) every since we started using Cspire. However, I will never upgrade with him again. My son and I recently got new phones at Cspire And ask for Stephen as always. He gives us our options, so my son and I both got new phones. A week later I was still having problems getting my Bluetooth to connect with my car and my portable speaker. I decided to take the phone back to the store letting them know I was having problems connecting the device. Stephen was standing there but a female asked if she could help me. I explained to her I was having problems getting my Bluetooth to connect, she immediately got a speaker n my phone letting me know it connected to her speaker. I asked if she could come to my car to help me try to connect, which she did and we were able to get it connected. I thanked her for helping me. I really appreciate her for helping me. I wish I had gotten her name. However the entire time I was inside talking Stephen stood there as if he didn’t sell me the phone and offered no assistance at all.. I don’t think he even spoke to me even after I mentioned to him that he sold us the phones a few days ago. He had zero interested helping me solve my problems. I was so disappointed at the response and the treatment I received from Stephen, someone I’ve always given my business since I started with Cspire.
My visit to the southaven location this weekend Ive been loyal customer since 2006 Ive treated like a criminal from the time I walk in the door the young man who waited on me wasnt even trying to help assist me with my problem overall I left the store without being helped Im truly thinking of switching my service

White sales lady had no sales enthusiasm whatsoever. Nasty attitude you can tell she didn’t like blacks. Never will I visit this location again.

If you could give zero or negative stars, that would be more appropriate. Originally when we switched from a larger carrier to C-Spire, service was equal but customer service was far superior. Customer service has declined but not as rapidly as the actual service. It can take 20-30 minutes for a text to be delivered and the communicators are less than a mile away from each other and a C-Spire location. That is on a good day. In parts of Shelby County, outside of Memphis, it can take more than an hour for a text to go through. Also have had one text chopped into 4 with the order scrambled, and this did not included any attachments, photos, etc. 4G service is not yest in our area, one of the most populous in their service area, but the cotton, rice, and soy fields of the Mississippi Delta, according to C-Spires service map do have 4G service. I wonder if C-Spire is now run by the government as poorly as it is functioning.

I wanted to love C Spire versus Comcast... like how we love our own MS electric & water companies versus Memphis.Sadly no.Been on for about 2 weeks and have had to reset the router (which we bought at Best Buy ourselves) so many times I’ve lost count.I know today is Thanksgiving and usage is high but we haven’t had internet most of the day (thank goodness for cell phone data so I can post, 😜).If you’re reading this C Spire, please fix your Belle Pointe issues bc I think we may be breaking up soon.

C Spire was great. I was greeted at the door. I only needed to use the kiosk it was convenient.
This is my location Keith(no longer a saleswoman knows my family and our needs! (Been going for 19 years+)He is the resident expert and always with a smile even when its hectic and 4 of us are firing questions about phone featues and service at him at the same time. He explains everyhing so a child could understand(the not tech savy). The other associates are really engaging as well. They have the latest phones and accessories and Comfortable seating!
I was in full uniform as a police officer and they made me leave and remove my weapon before they would provide service.Very anti-law enforcement business

My family has had C Spire (cellular south) for over 13 years. We loved them until the past couple years. The service has gone down hill drastically. When you have full service and 3G (since we can’t get LTE in north MS) you can’t even use the internet. In places that I should have great service I will drop calls. I went to C Spire about my issue and they told me to turn off the LTE because we can’t get it here for whatever reason. I still have no service. When my contract is up I will not be returning to C Spire and will switch over to AT&T.
They are very helpful. They go out of their way to service your needs.
Would gladly leave if I could afford any one else. Their internet in Southaven is trash.

I was a C Spire customer for over two years. I lost my iPhone in late June. I hadnt found it by August 2nd and called to have my service stopped. I explained that I still wanted to keep my number, but I was waiting on the iPhone X to come out in November and didnt want to upgrade in August. Needless to say, each month I kept receiving phone bills for full service. In October, I finally called and they said that they charge for full service to keep my number although my service wasnt on and I couldnt receive calls. That is very upsetting as a customer to be billed for something that I am not receiving. I resorted to buying a pre-paid phone from another carrier just to keep my number. CSpire could have also gave me a lower plan since I was not under contract and I wasnt using any data. The lady finally told me this when I called to disconnect my service with C Sprire.
Need technicians that know company phones or customer service workers how to work the phones to help customers
Your LTE wifi is trash I’ve only had this for a day and it’s trash I will be switching back to my former service. 🖕🏾
