Loyal customer but pricing is outrageous lately. Went for rear brake overhaul and they quoted more than twice what I had it done for elsewhere. Same with my last set of tires. Hope something changes because their people are outstanding like Mike

I had an emergency situation this morning; wherein, I had a large staple that had punctured the sidewall on my tire. The tire could not be repaired. Although, I still had tread on my tires, I felt it best to get four new tires. Juan Alvarez assisted me with my purchase and even though they were extremely busy, he managed to squeeze me in to get my tires put on the car. And, he got it done within an extremely timely manner. I found Juan to be extremely professional and pleasant I have done business with Reno Vulcanizing for decades and it’s great to know that they’re excellent customer service continues with Juan! I cant sing the praises of Reno Vulcanizing enough! The Jeep dealership told me for two years that my squeaky brakes couldnt be fixed and the issue was a known problem with the make and model of my car. One trip to Reno Vulc and four hours later, my brakes are whisper quiet and my sanity has been restored. The fix was super affordable, too, and they had no problem adding on a last-minute tire rotation request. Ive long been a customer of Reno Vulc, but this most recent visit only further confirmed that I fully trust these mechanics to provide me with quality service. I very much appreciate Mr. Mike, him and his team are very good at keeping me and my family safe. I had a cooling problem in my vehicle, replaced what was needed. They found a damaged engine mount. I understand that if certain parts arent fixed it will cause bigger headaches. So I said to fix it. My car has ran perfectly since. That was September of 2020. Today, (03.04.21) I bought tires. And my vehicle still is in great shape!

It when it comes to fixing cars they are top notch. but ive had the worse customer service experience with one of the workers. Mike is always mad when he speaks with customer. 2 weeks I had an appointment and i was a few minutes late and mike wouldn’t take my car for repair. he is so rude and disrespectful. everything else is good except for mike and the way he treats the customer. Very disappointing.

I had such a great experience bringing my truck into this shop that I ended up bringing in my wifes car upon pickup of my truck. Thomas was nothing but professional and went over multiple scenarios to get my truck back on the road affordably. Mike came inside to explain what was going on with my breaks. My wifes car was done same day and both had extensive printouts of what was being worked on and the status of the fluids throughout the vehicle. I highly recommend Reno Vulcanizing on Prater. Ive had my fair share of tire issues this year and these guys are always there to help and get me in the same day. They even got me out of a jam when I was unable to drive my car to them. They really have gone above and beyond for me.

I had a good experience with them. My 2011 Prius brake accumulator went bad, and the Toyota dealership wanted $4700 for the repair. Reno Vulcanizing got it done for $ 1500. And they got the work done on the same day I turned the car in for service.

Were honest, told me what needed to happen right now and gave me advice on what I should get done in the near future. Set up an appointment. Was quoted $450 for stock spark plugs I told them it was too much, any other options? then he told me $230 for cheaper plugs but said they didn’t feel comfortable using them. In the end they did a put in the stock plugs for $230. Seemed like he was just trying to rip me off and see if I’d notice. Also took and hr and a half longer then what I was quoted. Not recommended. But they were quick to answer the phone.
