Mattresses by appointment should absolutely be your first and last stop when shopping for a mattress. Because they are by appointment we were the only ones in the store whilst shopping. THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! (This is our first brand new mattress we’ve ever bought) my boyfriend and I just moved to Sparks and we have been sleeping on an air mattress the last 9 days. My husband and I upgraded from a full to a King mattress recently and its seriously the best mattress ever!! It was affordable and so worth it. Brad was very professional and helpful. It took us FOREVER in the store to decide, laying on all the mattresses. But he was patient and not pushy, which was important for the both of us. We didnt want the salesman treatment being pushed into a pricey mattress. It was very laid back. I felt like I couldve decided against buying one altogether and he wouldnt have gotten upset. He special ordered the mattress for us, kept us updated on its arrival, and delivered it to our home. I love my new bed and I have been sleeping through the night without pain. Something I’ve not done in many years. Brad was super helpful, enthusiastic, personable, and knowledgeable to help pick out the right bed for my back and neck injuries. I can not however recommend the finance company as I’m still dealing with their mistakes and would highly recommend putting the purchase on a credit card if you can’t pay cash.

This is the first time I’ve ever bought a mattress on my own. I’ve looked around at stores like Mor and RC Willy, but I couldn’t be more impressed with the service that I got here! I walked in not thinking I would get a mattress and just checking everything out. But Brad was so nice and helpful that I couldn’t leave without buying one. Great customer service, terrible quality. Any mattress place which has no return policy is a big red flag warming. They delivered the same day which was nice. Terrible, overpriced mattress. I threw it away and bought a cheaper, and better quality one online. I was actually able to find the mattress I bought here online.
