Dropped the car off at ten and the 15,000 mile service was done very efficiently. The car was ready on time and I was greeted by pleasant service personal. I stopped by the parts department to order some touch up paint. They were able to have it sent directly to my home. I have a Buick dealer right down the street from my home in Coeur dAlene, but I prefer to come to Becker because of the excellent service. Its were I bought the car and will most likely purchase the next one there as well.

There are many loop holes in your warranty forever. My transmission went out and of course a loophole was found and my warranty was voided. The service guy told me that I missed an oil change during the pandemic, even though I didnt drive the miles. I am extremely disappointed in how you market your company to take care of customers. A new transmission was 4K dollars. Your dealership also had my car for 16 days. I am actually in the market to purchase a new car, but I will not buy a car from your company again, nor will I recommend it to family/ friends. Your warranty forever is very misleading.

As always, the Becker Buick service dept. does an outstanding and efficient job of keeping my Buicks (I have 4) in tip-top shape. I ALWAYS use them for service on my cars whether its an oil-change or error messages (Ive only had one of those). Love those guys!

Vehicles are in very limited they received the truck on a Saturday and my salesman called me add told me about it, it sounded exactly like what I wanted. I could not come in until Monday, my salesman said he would hold it for me. There were others interested but they said it was on hold for someone who got in line first. I went in Monday at 5:00 PM and the truck was what I wanted. The deal went very smoothly!

My dad has been a mechanic for over 30 years and him and I have always done my oil changes together. I was hesitant to bring my car for an oil change but I wanted to keep my warranty. Everyone was extremely nice, the man that does the financial paperwork remembered my name and everything about me which was very exciting. After paying for my service a nice gentleman walked me out to my car and opened the door for me. This made my visit. This isn’t just a way for the dealership to make money, they truly take care of you.

Took vehicle in for running board issue for the 3rd time and it has been a total of 3 full days in the shop and they still cant resolve the problem even though I have provided pictures. This is not the dealerships issue rather a GMC issue. The vehicle was purchased brand new in June 2020 and it has been at the dealership since Feb 2021 and lastly in July 2021 and still doesnt perform the way it should. Extremely frustrated and losing patience as this is our 2nd new GMC vehicle purchased in past 12 months. Next time it fails I am requesting a service person drive to wherever I am so they can take their own pictures and videos to insure the problem is to GMC specifications so the problem can be fixed.

I scheduled my appointment online. This was easy and convenient to do. I received reminders two or three times before the appointment. The day of the appointment I arrived on time. I was greeted by a service counter representative, masked and friendly. The intake was timely and I was told it would take about an hour. This was routine oil and filter change. I was called 45 minutes later. After safely paying for the service. The service rep took me to my car and removed the floor covering and other safety coverings. The car had been washed. Very satisfying and excellent service. Which is typical of my experience at Becker Buick GMC.

I have taken my GMC Yukon Denali into the service department twice now for the same issue (Small EVAP Leak). Both times theyve replaced the same two parts each time charging me about $200 and both times the CEL came back on. Maybe its not the same purge solenoid valve and gas gap. Thats an expensive $400 for them not to fix the issue. You would think the dealership that has GMC in its name would know how to fix their vehicles.

This last month we had the opportunity to do business with Becker and are so thankful we did...We live about an hour north and started out our search for a used mid-size SUV on Facebook Marketplace, both to save time and narrow things down. I sent messages to three different dealerships and the only salesperson who made an effort to respond to our questions was Sara - she went out of her way to track down a vehicle that met our very specific needs, sending photos and videos of vehicles, and even suggesting purchase options we hadnt considered, but turned out being exactly what we needed - she was highly responsive and helpful thru out the entire process! We ran into a bit of a snafu over a misunderstanding, but Kelly the Sales Manager went above and beyond to resolve that issue, and we were very happy with the deal we made! Sara took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and run thru all the various features that were new to us, and we left very happy customers! Had some questions the following week on the new tires on the vehicle and had the opportunity to talk to Sam the Service Manager, and he was also great, taking the time to answer all our questions.We highly recommend Becker, especially Sara and Kelly, straight shooters, no pressure from either of them, was just really great doing business with them!

We bought a used car here last month and had a great experience! Our sales person Shawn Nichols made sure everything was perfect with the car before we took it. He never pressured us or played any of the games that have made me walk away from other dealers. They also offer a forever power train warranty for free. They was busy serving their customers and they took time to fix my tire and due to my wait they did not charge me a penny. They will be where I will go when I can afford to buy a car. You name it, everything at Beckers is very good. Very friendly employees and reasonable service prices. The occasional service discount flyers help quite a bit when I need a number of maintenance things done on our vehicles. All the service advisors are very helpful and my service advisor Grant is great, also had a general conversation with Donald in sales and he is also very friendly.

I just switched to Becker Buick because I found out they are still locally owned and operated when all the other dealerships are selling to corporate and I had been at a big name corporate for years and was not happy with customer service. I just left my first service appointment At Becker and it went great. They are operating safely with COVID. They were friendly, courteous, on time, helpful and fair priced. While I waited I looked around the new cars and a salesman, Clayton, was nice enough to let me test drive a new car while I waited. He knows I have no intention to buy but had the time to share with me and did. He was not pushy at all just friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time and work was done ahead of schedule.Becker is still experiencing work shortages in the wash rack. This was the 3rd time I was not able to get a wash with scheduled service.

After sharing with the sales man how the last car lot screwed us over he also sold us a lemon we havent even had our car for a year and its broken down three times it needed a new transmission which was covered under their warranty but it took over month to get back to us then just found out we need a new alternator which is not covered they didnt offer to do anything to help and when we called the man who sold us this lemon he just said yep happened to my son too...so no dont go here!!!!!!!!

Dont get really much more than just an oil change for $115! No inspection of anything! Never even realized I didnt have DEF as he asked on the way out. Didnt full windshield wash fluid or anything. Not returning
