We are from out of town and our car broke down late Friday night when nothing is open. Jack returned our call on a Saturday and spent the next couple days expediting our repairs to get us back on the road to our home in Oregon. He was very honest and upfront with cost, kept us updated along the way and affordable. Was impressed that a self -owned mechanic business had such a large shop and organized. Jack even fought our battle with a third party warranty place for our transmission. Grateful we found him open on a Saturday! I would highly recommend him and in fact recommended him to our local friend in Spokane.

Jack helped me with a vehicle inspection. He was very professional, courteous and quick. His price was also better than several other shops I called.

Yeah so I was trying to help the little guy and got screwed will go to a licensed specialist next time. After 3 months of being lied to I had to call the cops so I could pay for partial repairs and tow my truck away. The guy got irate when I asked for a receipt so I could pay and take my truck home, he said he had no time to write it when he had plenty of time to argue, he said I could not take it without paying even though I had the money. After paying a 1,000 dollars to get my truck back without a receipt and without the job being done and he even confessed to my boyfriend that he messed up more than he had fixed. I highly recommend running from this place.

Jack was awesome! Transmission solenoid died in my 545RFE. He is super punctual, got my truck in immediately and got it back a day and a half later. Great to work with showed me the options for brands, his costs and labor very clear billing also had my radiator replaced at the same time, fantastic technician, I’ll be back for more work when the time comes!

Extremely happy with the customer service and work he’s done. You can’t beat his effort with his customers. By far the best mechanic I’ve done work with. Seriously recommend his work. If you want someone who can truly work with you, who seriously cares about their customers then this is the place to go. Can’t beat it.

I love this place the owner here is amazing. He takes time to truly look and inspect what is wrong with your vehicle and he dedicates a lot of his personal time to the community. He Gets my car straight when I have any issues I appreciate him greatly! I am just so glad he is always there and very handy also quick!

The business owner is very honest and friendly..me my wife and dog were stranded in Spokane from Seattle last weekend. He fixed it on a sunday and was very reasonably priced..He was a lifesaver. And he also was kind enough to let my dog stay at his shop while he fixed the car as we were in the hospital waiting for a new grand baby.Would highly recommend!

Jack was a lifesaver he saved me and my toddler when my transmission went out a block from his shop. Outstanding work and very reasonable price. He work way late to get your car fixed I was extremely pleased!

Very rude some woman was all over him while he was. Working very unprofessional.. kids all around unsafe. Shop was a mess. He is very unorganized and is slow and is always on the phone.. he is very untrustworthy and dishonest.. do not use this business...
