Awesome people! Helped out a Veteran with a repairs - from spare parts at no charge. Ill be in for my next pair of glasses. Thank you for helping Steve!
These guys are so nice and helpful! They ended up charging me way less than I was quoted over the phone. Very informative and professional optometrist!!! Julie and Dr. Zink are the best!
Cozza Optical has moved and hasnt updated apparently. They are not at 421 Riverside anymore. They are at 126 N Washington Street now. I found out the hard way.
ProsConvenient to downtown. They accepted my insurance. (Almost nobody else in Spokane did.)Generally nice.ConsExpensive. (Even with insurance a basic no-frills set of glasses cost me $150. The frames cost me more than double the price I saw them for online.)It took 40 days for them to order the frames and make the lenses.Poor selection of frames. (I eventually just had them order me another set of frames like the ones I had)I was under the gun to use my vision insurance before the company I worked for was bought out. But I didnt really save much in the end.Im sure theyre nice quality, but not $150+ extra level of nice in my opinion.
I had one of the plastic nose rests on my dime store reader glasses break. I went to two downtown pharmacies looking for an eye glass repair kit. With no avail, they only had kits with magnyfying glass, screws and the screw driver (one had a set foam guards for the nose rest. I went to Cozza Optical. I explained my situation and they replaced BOTH at no cost. I am very thankful for the repair. Friendly owners and great service. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Thanks again Cozza Optical!
This place has literally the best customer service. They are great at what they do and quick to please. Extremely nice and personable. You get above and beyond what you pay for.
My husband went in to see if someone could help fix his sunglasses. The owner not only tightened up the screws, but spent 15 minutes repairing the nose which had cracked by soldering the metal. My husband tried to pay for the labor, but the owner insisted free of charge. You seldom see such fantastic service these days.
Dr. Cozza and his staff are very positive and helpful.Once you visit their office, you will hesitate to take your business anywhere else. They are what my Grandma calls “good people”.As a USMC veteran and alumni of Eastern Washington University,Dr. Cozza’s office has my business as long as I live in Spokane.I have worn glasses since I was 14 and Dr. Cozza is my favorite eye Doctor.Do yourself a favor and support a great local small business.
Cozza Optical and his staff are so friendly, helpful and provide amazing customer service. I scheduled and appt the other day because my eyes were really bothering me. The first available appointment was a week out. Dr. Cozza called me the next day and fit me into his schedule so he could take a look. So instead of waiting a week, he went above and beyond to get me in the next day. Not to mention, every time I call or come in, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant. This place is great!
The best. Always treats us kindly. Bought two pair of glasses there and will always come back.
By far the best in Spokane, Customer service above and beyond all expectations.
Super friendly and personable. Just went in for a tightening, found a new eyeglasses place.
