I went to Costco and it was a disaster. Walmart seems to care if the glasses are a correct fit, unlike Costco. Service is fast on delivery so I wasnt without seeing for too long.

Eye dr is rude and doesn’t listen to patients. I will never go back there. I took my business to Spokane Eye Clinic and they are amazing.

Absolutely amazing here!!My glasses broke 🤭 I called the place I bought them and they said that they were not under warranty since I bought them on promotion. I had only bought them about 4 months ago!! They said it would be close to 200 for a new frame and it would be weeks to get.Unfortunately my vision is so bad I cannot function without my glasses.I called Walmart and they got me in right away! I decided to just get contacts and then get a replacement frame for my lenses. I paid 28 bucks for a frame that fit my lenses perfectly. I had my contact exam and was sent home in a pair of contacts. They also ordered me 2 trial pairs of contacts to test out before I made a decision.I was so impressed. They got me seeing again same day. I’ll definitely be back in the future!The eye doctor is amazing too. He is funny, and he even remembered me from YEARS ago!

Surprisingly affordable. Complete pair of glasses lenses and frames for $59 and I got many compliments on them. Broke after a year and a half but its better than spending a few hundred dollars if youre on a shoe string budget. Also great service and pleasant eye doctor. Im going back next payday for another pair of glasses and maybe some contacts.

EXCELLENT Service! Outstanding Prices! Quality product! Theres nothing bad to say about this place. They took care of me from the very beginning all the way to the end. No questions asked breakage warranty made me feel very comfortable with my kids broken glasses even though they were only $35!!!!! This place has all the quality and service youd expect from somewhere that costs 3X as much. The Managers willing to do whatevers necessary to make sure you leave happy.

Unexpectedly great service!My dad is in a nursing home after suffering a high spinal cord injury and is now a quadriplegic with other medical issues as a result. He needed a set of light, single vision glasses rather than the heavy steel frames and four-focal glasses he had since the weight now bugs him. When I called and explained the situation, Jane volunteered to go to the nursing home and measure him for the glasses. This was completely unexpected and very appreciated since moving him is somewhat difficult with his medical issues. Jane was great and I would recommend using them for their great service.

Great experience!! I was able to schedule a last minute appointment and get in and out with no wait on a Saturday! Everyone was super knowledgable and helpful - I absolutely recommend!

We stopped in to get my daughters glasses fixed. Two employees, zero customers and we had to wait for them to finish their personal conversation. Finally we are acknowledged and I hand over the broken glasses. At this point the woman began laughing, once she stopped laughing she said they couldnt be fixed. Rude, unprofessional, and the worst customer service. Take the drive and go anywhere else.

Took 2 of my kids there tonight and my youngest(7) had a bad eye doctor experience at another place. We told the doctor that and he was working at her pace on her time. Talked to her on her level. Very good experience and wont go anywhere else!

Have been coming here for 8 years great group of people.

There service is terrible at vision center I call them get my new glasses they not in I wait for 4 weeks I’m going a different glasses place not at Walmart anymore
