I appreciate the great service that I received from Dr Day. His staff treats me like I am the only patient in the place. Thank you.
Dr. Kamae and his staff are outstanding. He discusses the situation clearly, provides suggestions, and helps determine next steps for care. He has a kind and respectful demeanor. My condition is frustrating, and having his expertise gives me hope.
If youre in need of eye care, you couldnt find a better place than Spokane Eye Clinic.Dr Allar was informative and kind. Id never had any eye surgery before and he made certain that I knew what to expect. During surgery, he was gentle and reassuring. The care I received before during and after surgery was amazing! During the second surgery (on my other eye) I received the same level of care as the first time. I was totally pampered and made to feel like I was their favorite patient.Since the surgeries I have received excellent care and Dr Allar always pleasant and friendly.I am an artist and color was fading from my vision, since surgery color is back in my life, virbrant and clear as it had been when I was young.Thank you Dr Allar and Spokane Eye Clinic for giving me back my colors!
Since my horrible accident at the end of June,, Dr.Jack and this staff have been their all the way..out standing care,,and professionals...and all the Staff at Spokane eye Clinic are awesome...Dr.Jack and his stuff are now in my dream team of DOCTORS.
Dr Kamae gives me hope for gaining my eyesight back after 3 strokes.
All at this location were extremely helpful, as I seemed to have confused my appointment date. Thanks to all involved, including Dr. Kamae.
I am sorry, I only left a rating unless my actual review was deleted. Well this was a wonderful experience. From my initial visit to my surgery I was fully informed I was treated like a lifelong patient I was comfortable in all aspects. The staff is professional, the office and exam rooms are spotless and I had the utmost trust with Dr. Lee and her staff and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much. God bless you.
Staff, Doctor, were very friendly, helpful and willing to answer all questions. Experience was awesome, very quick procedures.
Always had gret professional care here.
They are the nicest people and very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the back nurses. I really like Doctor Wirthlin, he has a great sense of humor and I always feel comfortable. I was about two hours early and they got me in. Everything is explained to me.
I friggin love this place!
This office was great and the provider was super professional! 10/10 would recommend.
The staff, front line and back office and medical staff were wonderful. My experience with the Dr was rushed, he spoke to the nurse/MA rather than me regarding check up, a lens, and a future surgery. He spoke as if I wasnt in the room.It was only when I asked direct questions for my second surgery: lens opinions, treatment and what to expect to the Dr he interacted with me.The first surgery pre-op appointment I didnt know what questions/concerns to discuss with the Dr about. It wasnt until I spoke to others in my community I became aware of other lens options.I called the clinic after becoming aware, spoke with a young lady, who was very sharp, and discussed the different lens types. Please do not respond with Were sorry about you experience......It doesnt take care of the situation.
I appreciate the clear explanations for my concerns on the vision changes in my remaining eye that Dr. Bodhireddy has examined the last few years.
Horrible Surgery... Fair on office sysffe
Service above and beyond expectations. So fortunate to have met Dr Wirthlin and his staff. Was treated like a family member from start to end.Was informed about my eye condition and what would happen during the surgery which was painless. The overall experience: Excellence to 100% Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.
The entire staff is professional and competent. They take care of my problems and communicate well with me as to just what is going on with my eyes.
Great place for eye care
Dr Kinard is amazing!
I called in yesterday to request an appointment. They made me an appointment for the next day and they were able to offer a couple different times. The building was easy to find, there was plenty of parking, and I was taken back to my appointment less than 5 minutes after I got there. There were other patients there, but I didnt have to wait. They were really well organized. The eye exam was very thorough, and the staff was very friendly and put me at ease. Nothing was rushed, but the appointment was over quickly because they were so efficient. They also take Apple Care through Molina, which was convenient.
Rather long extended wait to get seen. Rather unimpressive service. Then 4-6 weeks for a prescription ?Took same STATE insurance to another provider....not only received better nicer FASTER QUICKER service, the doctors are OUTSTANDING....AND my glasses were READY and AVAILABLE in the store within 2 weeks.Let the seniors go to SEC... smart 40s, fashionable 30s and outspoken 20s... go to ... well yall have to check my other reviews to find it
My wife was diagnosed after a time in the hospital with an autoimmune disease. After coming home she started having problems with her eyes. We contacted Spokane Eye Clinic and they got us in that day. Dr. Thomas Riley at the Spokane Eye Clinic determined the autoimmune condition had moved to her eyes. He contacted her autoimmune Dr. immediately while we were still in the office and they came to an agreement as to the best treatment plan. Dr. Riley continues to follow her condition closely and the eye problem is improving. Since we live 100 miles away from Spokane the rapid attention to her needs the first day we were there is much appreciated. We have found the people and care at Spokane Eye Clinic to be caring, no nonsense and meeting our needs in the best way possible.About a year ago I was experiencing times when black spots would move through my vision. Dr. Riley examined my eyes and determined I may have been having TIAs (mini strokes). While we were still in the office he called our primary care provider and suggested I be put immediately on a full strength aspirin and have a vascular workup. I had an MRI that determined I had a blockage in my carotid artery that was causing the problem.Dr. Riley has correctly diagnosed both my wifes issue and mine and went the extra mile in both cases to insure we quickly received the appropriate care. We have found Dr. Riley to be knowledge, personable and highly recommend him to our friends.
I have been using this clinic for several years, and I trust the services they provide.
I grew up going to Spokane Eye Clinic and have always thought the doctors were excellent. I always have prompt service when calling, it’s easy to make appointments and I appreciate their appointment reminders. Recently I took a friend in because he needs assistance with transportation etc. Sometimes when I take him to different appointments he is not treated very well at all but I was so impressed with the Spokane Eye Clinic. The nurses and doctors were so awesome with him and very patient. Thank you for making it a good experience for him!
I had cataract surgery done and was very very pleased with the outcome the staff was very helpful with questions and very nice and friendly Dr. Maier and Dr. Brandt are the best.
I recently took my 6 month old in to see Dr. Weed. He and his two aids (Mark and Samantha) were AMAZING. They were very patient and caring and made us feel like we were their only patient. Every time I have called with a question or a problem I never feel like I am bothering them. Truly wonderful people.
I have been a patient of Dr. Day at the Spokane Eye Clinic for about two years now. I decided to seek an Eye Doctor after being diagnosed with Glaucoma in order to, hopefully, stop the progression of damage to my vision. Under Dr. Day’s care I received a surgery to reduce the pressure which I believe, can be done at early diagnosis. My cataracts were removed during the same surgery. I am so pleased with the care I have received at the Spokane Eye Clinic. Dr. Day, the Specialists, the Nurses are sincerely interested in providing the best care possible.
Dr Maier is simply the best eye doc ever. My husband had his annual eye exam last week, I went with him and had woke up that morning with a burning left eye. After my husband had been examined I asked Dr Maier about my eye, he made arrangements for me to be seen that same day, I had scratched my cornea and needed treatment of which he took care of right then, ordering eye ointment and instructions for caring for my eye. With in a very short time my eye was so much better. I can’t thank him or his staff enough. This care was done at the new north office on Nevada. He has been taking excellent care of our eyes for several years and we can’t thank him enough for the excellent care and concern he always has for each of us. Love the new office too!
This amazing team of caregivers is professional, courteous and prompt in taking care of eye patients of all ages. The pre-surgical & post-surgical care I received was outstanding! Thanks Dr Ryan Whitted & team (Sandy!) for keeping us ‘looking Good’
I have now taken two of my children to see Dr Weed at he north clinic. When my youngest still had a blocked tear duct giving him trouble at a year old, his provider referred us here. Dr Weed was phenomenal with our little guy; super professional, assuring, and extremely informative. We appreciated his attentive care and patience in both welcoming and answering all of our questions. He performed the procedure to fix the blockage and we had an awesome experience with all of it. When my daughter was referred for an eye exam I immediately called to set up an appt with him again. Another awesome experience; the nurses are so great with kids and he was awesome and made my daughter feel at home even testing some of his tools on her doll first. Now knowing she’ll need glasses for at least the next couple of years, I’m so gankful we’re established with a great doc and awesome care. Very thankful.
Left on hold for 20 mins, then you have to wait two months to even get an appointment unless you want to drive way out of your way. Not impressed with service either. Easily the worst eye clinic in Spokane. Youre better off going anywhere else. The response they posted to me in a complete and total lie. No one ever called me. How would they? The appointment was for my kiddo and only my first and middle name are showed. This place is the worse. I took my kid to American Best and got better service.
Went there 5 years. Only had one decent prescription. Got over charged before. My first prescription was so bad it wasnt useable. Felt they dont spend much time with you. Got refered there so wasnt sure what to expect. Well plenty other places to go.
I tried for five hours to make an appointment by phone and got nowhere. I called, the line was busy so I left a message asking for a new patient appointment. I called back later when I got no response. Later, I finally got a call back from someone who took my personal and insurance information, then told me she was new and someone else will call you to take your information and give you an appointment. After I just spent fifteen minutes giving ALL my info. I missed the call back, in which no message was left, so I called back immediately but was immediately directed to voicemail. I left a message stating who I was, the situation, and that I was waiting for an appointment. After that no one called me back. I guess they dont really want my business or care about patients badly needing an appointment.
Never again will I entrusted my care to dr Nicholas Ranson. He is totally useless. He can’t even remove a simple eye Chalazia. He has earned the title “Worst eye doctor in the world”. I can NOT recommend him to anyone.
I am having severe eye problems so I went to the eye doctor to get some answers. Little did I know I would immediately be accused of doing things with my contacts I wasnt even wearing and before he even looked at my eyes he didnt even introduced himself very unprofessional experience. He kind of laughed about the situation witch i wasnt and said there is nothing he can do about it and it will get better even though he didnt even want to hear any of my symptoms..... it has been getting worse every day and now im without any options.... Thanks spokane eye clinic....
Dr. Colburn and his team did an amazing job. I didnt even use any pain meds after the surgery and I would recommend them for all your surgery needs.
The wait time at this place is beyond annoying! It takes over 2 hours for an eye exam to be completed. Last time I went in, I made the appointment over the phone, told them I wanted their north location multiple times and I took time off work showed up to my appointment only to be told that it was scheduled in the Valley! And that I had 15min to get there for my appointment, because you can get from the north side to the Valley in 15 min. I will NEVER schedule another appointment with them again. They did fit me in but I wasnt out of there until almost 4:30 when my appointment was at 2pm. This is beyond unacceptable!
Will only use Spokane Eye for vision needs!!
Was not at all professional went in today for my appointment and then tell me that my insurance dose not work but did not text me call me or not evevn a letter telling me that the insurance I have wont work but they called and confirm my appointment
Was told one price by phone and in person at the desk I asked how much it was so I could pay right there was told I was all payed and I could leave. Few weeks later I received a bill for a lot more money called to see what up all they could say is they dont offer anything for the price I was told in person and payed up front will not go to them anymore
With two excellent health plans that pay 100% of my health bills, this eye clinic always charges more than the two Insurance plans allow!
I had catarac surgery performed on my right eye by Dr. Jane Durcan. When I first went in to visit her after my surgery, I told her that there was a floater covering my pupil and she said. it will take a little while to get used to it. Months later it was still covering my pupil and she again told me, I will get used to it. One year after surgery I visited Dr. Durcan and she informed me that the surgery she would have to perform to rid myself of the floater could be potentially dangerous to me and there was a great chance of infection and me going blind in that eye.My vision is worse after Dr. Jane Durcan performed Catarac surgery than it was before.I understand there was a chance of something going wrong but I expected Dr.Jane Durcan to try and repair my eye if that happened.. I feel as though she waited until after a years time to tell me she wouldnt do anything to help me see better.Im going to have a different doctor perform catarac surgery on my left eye in two weeks and after that, have him repair the eye Dr. Jane Durcan worked on by having him remove the large floater that appeared after her surgery so I can see out of that eye again, finally.
Horrible customer service. Rude, snippy employees. Info on their voice mail not always current. Dont waste your time.
Dr Ellis and staff are top notch!
Great service
Good doctors
